I wanted to share my experience because it's been consistently disappointing. I stop by the drive-thru at Better Buzz most mornings, and while the food and drinks are always great, my interactions with one employee, Jocelyn, have not been. Almost every morning, Jocelyn comes across as rude and unfriendly. She doesn't seem to have a welcoming attitude, and it often feels like customers are an inconvenience. A simple greeting or a kind tone can make a big difference, especially first thing in the morning. I genuinely enjoy Better Buzz and will continue coming because the quality of the food and drinks is excellent. However, I hope management addresses the customer service at the drive-thru, as it doesn't reflect the great experience the rest of the team and products provide. read more

I went to Better Buzz Coffee in Moreno Valley last Sunday around 5 PM and was really disappointed. They're open until 9 PM, yet when I ordered coffee, I was told they were out of both medium and dark roast. They did offer to brew another batch, but told me it would take about 15 minutes, or I could get an Americano instead. I just don't understand how a coffee shop can be out of regular brewed coffee at 5 PM when they still have four hours until closing. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a basic cup of coffee during normal business hours. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating enough that I don't plan on going back. read more

Got the cinnamon cold brew and the horchata latte. The cold brew was good. The horchata latte is good too but on the sweeter side for me. Maybe next time I'll add an extra shot of espresso or maybe see if they can decrease the sweetness? Either way, we'll be back to try the other drinks. P.S The straw is hella weak. The crack went all the way down the straw and we didn't even bite ours. Update: came back a day after. Bought 4 drinks. 2 of them were wrong. Asked for almond milk on one, got the regular milk. Ended up wasting that drink. As for the other one, asked for a dirty chai but that chai did not even have a shot of espresso I requested. Threw the receipt so I'm not sure if we got charged for the extra shot. MIL was disappointed at her refresher. Looked different from the photo. She was hoping it had a cute presentation like the photo ( topped with a flower). We came at night this time. The barista didn't seem to be enthused to be there. But then again, maybe she's just ready to go home. The music was louder than it was in the morning. Gave me club vibes. Would I ever come back? Maybe-- maybe I'll just order a plain cold brew. Not the best experience at a coffee location. The customer service at the counter was just ok. Food was super bland and pricey. The coffee took a while to come out & everything kept coming out at different times. First the food after 10 min, 5 min later a coffee, then after another 5 min our milkshake. The music was very loud, they don't have a speaker system to announce names or beepers and we never heard anyone calling us so we had to keep checking in to see if they'd called us and then sit back down to wait. They didn't have traditional drinks like macchiatos& they'd out of the pasties by 3:30. The music choices were great, we found comfy seats in the corner, and the Oreo milkshake was good. read more

Love them at Better Buzz! Staff are always so kind, informative and friendly. Every time I go I'm always greeted kindly and they're always suggesting drinks and food items which I appreciate. Service is quick too, I normally just use their drive through and I'm in and out pretty quickly even on a busier morning. I heard about the hype with Better Buzz coffee in San Diego so I decided to visit this location as it's closer to where I live. I'm beginning to think it's for people who aren't really coffee fans or just goes for the hype and aesthetics. The interior of the store is black and white modern designs with tan interior. They did a good job creating an inviting ambiance that's for sure. Some sticky table so that was a bummer. I noticed on their menu that they various classic coffees and sweet mixes. Given that this is one of my first visits I ordered a classic "best Drink Ever" which was classic Americano with their signature creamy vanilla. It was ok tasting. The coffee tasted burnt and not as fragrant. We also got their "Hazelnut Divinity" which is their white chocolate mocha with a touch of hazelnut. This one drink was way too sweet! The OG Açaí bowl looked good and I'll probably try that one next time. Will be back to try their other flavors. read more

When I tell you I have been counting down the days to try better buzz.. my sisters has received daily updates since construction commenced. We went opening day.. or night depending on who you ask. We arrived at 3:45 am and the line was wrapped. Staff kept things very organized and energy high. We made it inside by 4:30am and were the last ones to receive the free hat giveaway. They had multiple people taking orders and a whole team behind the counters working to get through the growing line. We ordered: ham&cheese croissant, best drink ever, and the exclusive peanut butter cream. The wait was decent considering the line and the fact that it's their first day open. My croissant was sooo good that the $8 price tag doesn't sting too much. The peanut butter is subtle, we excepted more. The best drive ever - was good, but idk if it's the best I've ever had. Overall it was a very good first impression. Vibes were good, staff was very nice and welcoming from outside to inside and the place was decorated very well. I can't wait to go back! read more

I HAD to visit BB Riverside as it was their grand opening. I needed to try their store-exclusive Peanut Butter Best Drink Ever! Pair it with oat milk, it's so good! Furthermore, I had a lemon poppyseed muffin and a can of Liquid Death to stay hydrated. I have two locations closer to me but this spot has a special kind of vibe. It's fun, inclusive, and the atmosphere felt like a celebration of sorts. The drive-thru was PACKED, the sun was shining, but so were the polite staff! Overall, there was great line management considering this is smack in the middle of the Day street shopping hub. I opted to order inside so I can check out the shop, merch, and general customer service so I can report to the Yelp Elite Squad. A+ across the board, some of the staff were brand new baristas, but I appreciated seeing them getting trained and supported! The team worked well, my order was out in less than 7 minutes and it was BUSY ya'll. Loved their dedication! One girl scanned the whole store and noticed my table was semi-dirty, she came over and asked if she could wipe my table down! She apologized without me saying a word. I was going to just leave it be since I knew the staff were busy but they did not miss a beat, that's fantastic! The shop has merch available to purchase such as beanies, hats, shirts, hoodies, coffee bags, and mugs. Additionally, the front has canned drinks like Liquid Death and other products. Overall, the inside of the shop is comfortable. A restroom is available, just ask for the keypad code before you enter. If you're looking to eat outside, there's an outdoor patio. read more

The employee was really nice and patient while I decided on what to order. My 3 star rating is for what I think is too high of a price for what little amount of coffee I got. While the Drive-Thru staff were friendly and patient, our coffees were not what we thought they would be. The place is clean and their outside landscape is perfect for the area. But we had never been there before and decided two of their "most popular". I got the Carmel Vanilla Best Drink Ever and my wife got the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever. They were not the Best Drink Ever. The Banana Pudding had a barely there hint of banana but it was mostly creamy coffee. The Caramel had caramel but i mostly tasted vanilla and it was a stronger coffee flavor and not as sweet as I like or thought it would be. Went to pick up my order today and noticed I was missing vanilla cold foam in my drink (I paid extra for this). I kindly asked the barista if she could add the missing cold foam, and was met with attitude. When she returned the drink, she didn't look at me and just slid it back to me as if she couldn't just hand it to me. I thanked her for fixing it and she just turned around and said nothing. We waited in the drive thru line a total of around 40 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us. The hype isn't worth it, cookie was not warmed up and the banana pudding and pumpkin pie had 0 banana and 0 pumpkin flavor. Both drinks tasted exactly the same with a weird bitter/burnt taste. The decor is so buzzing cute! I love the honeycomb features and all the bee accents. The food was delicious, I got the chili jam croissant (eggs, sausage, arugula, spicy honey jam). But the coffee wasn't great, my Vanilla Latte had a strong, bitter, burnt taste. I'll definitely be back to try something else, and please add some sugar-free options! These drinks are pretty high in calories, so they're a nice treat every now and then. Love Better Buzz, I go to the one near my job in Anaheim. But since this closer to my home, I decided to go to the grand opening at 4am. Though were lots of people the Better Buzz Team handle it well and it was well organized. I waited in the drive thru line, the gentleman organizing the line of cars ensured that no other cars were cutting and maintained a good flow of traffic, and was quite communicative to us. He also gave me some food suggestion such as the carnitas egg bites and the matcha, which I ordered. My order consisted of these items: Ice Lavender Tea latte (for myself), Ice Matcha Latte, and Iced Carmel Vanilla Latte and for food the Carnitas egg bites and Carnitas egg tacos (for myself). Let me tell you those carnitas tacos are by FAR my favorite food item so flavorful and the sauce that comes with it is creamy with a nice kick to it not overly spicy but the tacos are so flavorful (I gave my mom the egg bites she haven't tried them yet, I went when she was sleep). Most of the hot food, if not all, is HOUSE-MADE, meaning it's made to order!!! So it's FRESH!!! I took a sip of each drink and they were so creamy and flavorful, the matcha not to earthy, the lavender isn't overbearing in the tea, and Carmel vanilla latte was sweet (not overly sweet) and maintained its coffee flavor. My favorite thing was the man dressed as the Better Buzz Bee he was such a vibe! We vibed and he put a glowing lightstick in my car lol. Love ya Better Buzz Bee!
