    Fry pan with issues

They don't support their products so don't buy it. I have a pen I bought from them that the edges are starting to bubble and I take care of my products.

    This box brings absolute joy!!!

Ok i feel like i need to get the bad taste out of my mouth from my last review and finally write a happy review!! I LOVE MADE IN!!! Not hype but fact!! Although they truly deserve all of the hype they get! When i make an investment as i've done with quite a few of their pieces including a gorgeous engraved knife i do research i buy one or two things and test them. I've got no time to waste my money i know it can't be helped sometimes and bad choices and situations happen but in this case every dollar i spent i can say i have zero regrets! Trust me i wish i was rich Lol i'd have every piece they make haha I'm a kitchen gadget and pan whore hahaha!!! And proud of it ;) I have several of their stainless clad sauté pans, fry pan, sauce pan and saucier. I've got one nonstick fry pan 10", a 10" blue carbon steel fry pan and a pre seasoned carbon steel 12"fry pan. I chose to get the frying pan universal lid which is freaking amazing also!! I've had a lot of different high end and low end pots and pans in my lifetime and i have to say by far these are my favourite! Better damn well be they ain't cheap Lol! You feel the quality just when opening that box for the first time it's like a damn orgasm!! Feel those pans, feel those sexy strong handles oh they've got girth baby! ;) Those stainless clad pans clean up like a dream also! And did i mention such a joy to use! I don't even care about washing these pans Lol and trust me it's my most hated chore besides laundry but i don't mind i love these pans so much! Treat them well do a bit of research cuz yes there is a right way and a wrong way to use these as is for all pans you make this kind of investment learn to treat them right and they will last you a lifetime! Carbon steel has a learning curve btw it's like stainless steel and cast iron had a beautiful sweet baby together!! Even if you get the pre seasoned ones season those babies every time after cleaning inside and out and never leave them to soak also don't wash until they cool as with all pans! Those carbon steel are heat safe to 1200 degrees! I can't wait to do a steak or fish in those inside my Ooni!! Don't try and cook delicate items such as eggs or fish in them until they are well seasoned. They become naturally nonstick over time. Also don't cook acidic foods such as tomato, wine, citrus etc. in them. Use the stainless clad for that. Ok i know this is long bear with me :) Nonstick!! OMFG!! Best i've ever used in my life! I only have one of theirs but don't fear i will have more eventually!! Do not use oil sprays in them if you didn't know this ruins non stick pans by leaving a coating just don't do it!! Put a damn 1/2-1 teaspoon of avocado oil or olive oil etc and that's plenty for your eggs! Or if you like butter but i'm banned from butter cuz of my cholesterol Lol dammit!!But trust me you will not find a nonstick pan or pot you love more than these!! And we all should know don't use metal in them get good silicone or rubber spatulas, spoons and wooden utensils be kind to these pans and they will give you bunches of love back! Huge shout out if you will to my Nakiri knife they engraved with my nickname "Nuggetchick" This knife is sexy AF!! Feels so good in my hand and literally feels like it was made for me!! I get giddy when i get her out of her case to use haha yea i know i'm weird but damn i love her so much!! Gorgeous knife!! This is what turns me on well and cars Lol but we're talking knives here Tina!! Anyway please learn how to properly sharpen your knives they are an investment as well and an everyday essential!! Be good to them :) This review i adored writing as i wrote this i couldn't help but smile the entire time that's how much i believe in and love this company and their products i've had the pleasure to own so far. I hope everyone that decides to try also feels the same way myself and my 19 year old son that loves to chef it up as well does! This is happiness :)

While the major portion of our bathroom remodel is officially complete, we did decide to make some…read moresmall changes. We swapped out our existing chrome faucets for gold hardware, and the difference is night and day. The previous faucets had a very sleek, almost Star Trek-ish look (a fun nod to my hubby, who is a serious sci‑fi fan), but they no longer fit the direction the bathroom was taking. Once the rest of the space came together, it was clear the chrome felt out of place. The new gold faucets align beautifully with the overall design and add warmth and elegance to the room. They tie everything together in a way the chrome simply couldn't. What felt like a small change ended up making a big visual impact, elevating the finished space and giving it a more cohesive, intentional look. If you're on the fence about switching hardware finishes, this is proof that even after the "big" remodel work is done, thoughtful finishing touches can truly transform the final result. The faucets were priced competitively. Many thanks to folks at Tri-Supply!

I was literally wowed when I walked into their showroom last Saturday. It was a mecca for everything home. Honesty, if you can't find it here, I don't know where you can. The only quibbles I have is that they do have departments and specialists for each department. I worked with Aaron in appliances but he could not help me with anything other than appliances. I also spoke with Kelly the day before by phone--both extremely pleasant to work with. Their computer system is not tied into their floor inventory, and apparently hard for even their staff to navigate, making identification of available stock on floor challenging without eyes on. Their desk phones are not wireless, so checking on an item on the floor means holding or calling back from cellular. This is a small, family-owned business. Now that Harway is no longer family owned and a part of the Ferguson brand, the choices for shopping local are dwindling. But don't let family-owned mean expensive. They price match with big box and offer much better service to compete strongly. Although I did not buy that day, I have them in mind for a couple of items. Recommended. Five stars.

I'm trying to think of anything you can buy these days that comes with a true lifetime guarantee…read more I got nuthin' --- except Cutco knives. Cutco knives are made in the USA to last, and the Cutco company believes so strongly in its product that each knife is "guarantee forever" including free sharpening. What?! Until recently, I did not have Cutco knives but, just as I was contemplating an upgrade of my kitchen knives, my sweet Mom gifted me with the set she'd had for years but no longer used. Did the guarantee convey to a new owner? Were these older knives (circa 1970s) eligible for free sharpening? What about the French Chef knife that had a chink missing from the blade? Could it be fixed? When I called the Cutco Kitchen in Rollingwood (in the shopping center where the Post Office is) the answer to all my questions was, without hesitation or question, "yes." I took the knives in today and the experience couldn't have been better. It's a small shop but has a very wide array of Cutco products: all the knives, kitchen utensils, spices, gardening tools, and other handy household items. Although there was only one sales person present, I was the only customer so I had her attention immediately. The sales person examined each knife and found one that had a broken point, which I had not noticed. They would mail it and the damaged French Chef knife to the company for any repairs or replacement. The other knives were sharpened at the shop. I brought my non-Cutco knives, too, because they only charge $5 per knife for sharpening. This took about 10 minutes or so, more than enough time for me to pop by the USPO and Great Harvest Bread Co. where I got an amazing loaf of bread (but that's another Yelp review). Their process is to call me when the replacement/repaired knifes are ready for pick-up, which should be about 10 days. Yes, the Cutco products are pricey but I believe they are worth it. My Mom used her Cutco knives for about 50 years before passing them on to me and I suspect they will be around long after I no longer need them. In Cutco's case, you definitely get what you pay for.

Now it's just gone. The one at South Park Meadows is gone as well. I'm not sure what happened as every time I went shopping there, the store was busy. Sad to see another business go out of business.

I submitted an order on the 27th, with the understanding that I would receive my order on the 29th. The immediate email I received upon processing my order blatantly stated "delivery date Jan 29th". I have called them every day since, I guess it's really on me for thinking there would be such a quick turn around. While I try to sleep on a hard floor in anticipation of ever learning when the warehouse even receives my order, the customer service keeps saying "rest assured". I can't rest, I have nothing to rest on. If the email said delivery date: feb 4th, I'd believe them, but also immediately cancel my order, and search for an option where I can go and pick it up myself. The customer service tells me to ' "rest assured" the warehouse will send you an email when the item is collected for shipping'. They offered me $60 in-store credit, lol and their biggest coupon (25% off).

As a tea aficionado, where else can you find a wall of affordable loose leaf teas of all differing brands and tastes? I've gotten all kinds such as black, oolong, green, and herbals. Deeeef recommend if you're a tea lover like me. They also have the same kind of thing but for coffee. Their cafe is also pretty decent! Recently came here and got their Mediterranean salad. It includes dolmas, pita, and hummus, as well as the salad. And went and got a side of soup and a roll at their self serve soup area to have alongside it. Everything was very yummy! I do wish they had slightly more plant based/veg options, but they do have a small handful so I don't wanna complain too much. Parking is generally easy and getting out ain't difficult either. All in all, this is my closest location, and I like it a lot!
