My experience with Talbots at the other locations here and other states have been pleasant. Staff has always been helpful and polite. I have been a Talbots customer for almost 30 years and today's experience was indeed an EXPERIENCE so uncharasteristic of Talbots. I left the store without returning the merchandise and the associate who walked away was at the entrance fiddling with her tablet! SERVICE indeed.
