    Well, I must say that they have failed me as a frequent customer. I won't be shopping with them as frequently as I did in the past they are giving me the run around. I have called and filled BBB claims and they have failed to respond. I bought a G-Shock watch for over $300 which worked for a brief period of time. It's been over 6 months I am trying to get Macy's to replace this watch and all my efforts have been very futile. I have visited 3 local stores and the managers have been very belligerent and very disrespectful to me. I visited the Macy's in Webster Texas at the Baybrook mall, Almeda Mall in South Houston Texas 3 times before it was closed and Deerbrook Mall in Humble Texas about two weeks ago. I explained to the lady I got in the watch department about my situation ; she simply stated that the lady who knows about watches won't be back in a few days. Is this quality service. There isn't anyone who is trained about the watches, why sell them. They need to issue me my money back if they need to pay me for pain and suffering and the time that I have been unavailable to use my watch. I bought a watch to use certain functions and I am unable to use it. I also purchased warranty on the watch. I just called them on the phone today and they have transferred me three times. The last agent said she does not know how to help she will transfer me to her manager and surely she transferred me to a survey and then the phone hang up. Is this how one is treated after a purchase that is defective?

    When you walk into this Macy's, you'll wonder if anyone actually works here. It doesn't look like it. No one seems to be cleaning this place at all. It's unarguably filthy. I've never seen a worst department store in all my life - even Ross department stores look better than this Macy's. Trash everywhere! If this is what all Macy's stores look like now, I'd be willing to bet the company will be filing for bankruptcy in less than two years. Either hire some help to clean this mess up, or shut your doors for good already!

    I walked in expecting to buy a dress, but instead probably left with a case of lice. This store is dirtier than 6th Street after the ROT Rally. The first thing that greets you when you enter is this loud metal clanging. That's the escalator protesting its existence within the store. I would soon join that protest. The clothes are no longer organized by brand or frankly, organized at all. They are all combined together - garage sale style - on racks and the racks are just scattered all over the store. That is, the clothes are that actually hung. Many are just thrown on shelving, on tops of racks, and there are piles of clothes on the floor.

    Covid is basically over so businesses can stop using this excuse to rationalize offering customers sub-par experiences. Do they even have employees? I genuinely don't know since I didn't see a single person the entire time I was here. Granted, I stayed in the formal dress area but the state of this place requires immediate attention. The dressing rooms were open, which is good, the problem is that it hasn't been cleaned since 2020 when the pandemic hit. These dressing rooms are disgusting. They expect me to buy a $129 dress when the place looks worse than Walmart? That's assuming Walmart is filthy, which it's not and in fact is immaculate compared to this Macy's. Half of the dress inventory is on the dressing room rack stuffed in and hanging off hangers. I felt like I was in a third world country. Walked out and didn't purchase anything.

    On Monday my daughter passed away. On Tuesday my wife and I walked into the Macy's in the Lakeline mall to buy clothes to wear to her funeral. I purchased a new gray suit, a purple shirt and tie because our daughter's favorite color was purple. My wife picked out a dress. We were helped by Becky Moskal. She sized me, rang us up, and helped me use a coupon that saved my some money even though money wasn't a factor. My wife asked for a garment bag and unbeknownst to us all Becky could find initially was a plastic bag. She then found a nice black garment bag and said, "I knew I was saving this bag for a special couple." She then asked what the occasion was and we told her our daughter had died and we were looking for funeral attire. She immediately got emotional with us. My wife received a big hug from Becky before leaving. I'm not a suit person but picking this one out was so easy in no small part to my daughter still looking on and the process was pleasurable in no small part to Becky. Thank you Becky. Thank you Macy's. Becky has made a customer for life.

    This Macy's did not appear to be in the same category as the Macy's I'd expect. It actually reminded me of the retail store Broadway. Don't know if they are still around. I can't fairly speak on the horrendous mess I was stepping over, since it was the aftermath of the terrorist strike we call "Black Friday". However, the clothes on the racks were truly bottom to mid grade. The sale prices did reflect a fair level though. Needless to say, I strolled through the store fairly easy, as I didn't find a reason to reach for my wallet.

    1 star for the MAC counter. Every time I give them a try, it's a joke. Take the extra time to drive to the Domain. It's worth it.

Then they said the printer was broken and *maybe* I could try again in two weeks before my return window closes. That made no sense, especially since I had the physical receipt in hand, but they kept blaming me for not giving them my email and rolling their eyes. On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. Overall the quality in clothes has gone down over the years, strings hanging off clothes and cheap materials, it's not worth the money spent.

When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, the employee MISSY LANIE gave me a very hard time. She told me she could not process the return and insisted that I contact the .com team instead. Actually, I called customer service before I went to the store, it was hard to get a live person and the AI agent asked me to go to return them in store. Her attitude was unprofessional, and despite my explanation that the store had issued expired items and I simply needed a refund, she continued to refuse and said it was a "final sale" order. Eventually, she processed the refund, but she unnecessarily called security, which felt intimidating and completely inappropriate. Throughout this experience, I did nothing wrong. The store provided expired products and then attempted to avoid resolving the issue, causing significant inconvenience as I had to pick up the order and return to the store. Instead of assisting customers, the staff created obstacles and even resorted to calling security, which is unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing, and based on the way I was treated, I am no longer comfortable visiting Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack.

    I would love to give this place 0 star if I could, this place is a joke…read more I went to this Claire's location on Sunday June 4th for my daughter's ear piercing but was busy and long line, one of the staff told me that I need to make an appointment so I decided to go on Wednesday the June 7th at 2pm This morning the June 7th around 1pm I got notifications that my appointment still on, see the picture above. My daughter and I went there at around 1.56pm but the store was closed for lunch break, and they will be open at 3.10pm. Seriously The lady ( one of the staff ) came to the door, I told her I made an appointment at 2pm, she said "I'm on my break, you can come back at 3.10pm" Are you kidding me? One employee was stocking headbands, and the manager was sitting in the back doorway chatting with her.After standing there for a while she finally came over and opened the gate. I asked what time lunch is over, and the managers response was " whenever I say it is, I am the manager". Clearly they need some very basic customer service training.
