It honestly became one of the centerpieces of the entire shower, and we received so many compliments on it. Beyond her talent, Christina was just an incredibly wonderful person to work with. I came to her on a relatively quick turnaround and with a budget I needed to stay within. She listened to me, worked with me, and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure or difficulty--just kindness, cooperation, and a genuine desire to make sure we were happy. What impressed me most was how humble she was. My intention is not to bash the baker or the business. I am simply sharing my experience and the actual condition of the cake we received so that other customers can make an informed decision. What has been most disappointing is how the situation has been handled. In my interactions with the owner, I have not felt that responsibility was taken for my concerns, nor was I offered a resolution to make the situation right.
