A friend gave me two cupcakes to try, and they were absolutely delicious! I compared them with several cupcakes sold at Whole Foods, and there was simply no comparison. The Whole Foods cupcakes were much too sweet, while these had the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. I was so impressed that I ordered 24 cupcakes to share with my neighbors and coworkers. Everyone loved them! They were a big hit, and I would definitely order them again. Honestly, I'd order them every month as a special treat--but I have to watch my figure! Jack read more

I had placed an order last minute. The cake was delicious and well presented for my daughter's birthday.

Wish I could leave a more than 5 star review for the awesome backdrop that they created in such a short time- they set up a magical atmosphere with the beautiful sheers, fairy lights, the flowers & the golden n ivory couch - it looked like am on the sets of one of Disney's Princess movie sets. Thankyou 66Strawberries for setting up the stage for a magical evening for our event. read more

I can't believe I haven't raved on yelp about Shaher yet... but here we go. I started to contact Shaher about our wedding cake around February '24. Communication about what I wanted from the flavors, the design, when, where to deliver was nothing but smooth! May 25, 2024 our cake was delivered in pristine condition. Cake was moist and delicious! Guests enjoyed the red velvet especially! My experience was stress free thanks to Shaher. Fast forward to present time, and this epic valentines treat is just **chefs kiss** Sweet, moist and delectable. Thank you Shaher! read more

We ordered a custom cake for my daughter's 5th birthday, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Communication was prompt, clear, and straightforward, which made the whole process so easy. She was very patient with all my questions. They were transparent about pricing and helped us understand how many guests the cake would serve, which we really appreciated. Pick up was easy and the items were easy to transport. The cake itself was absolutely beautiful and tasted just as incredible as it looked. It was truly the star of the party! My daughter chose the design herself, and they brought her vision to life perfectly. We couldn't have been happier with how seamless everything was. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely be ordering again! read more

Great presentation of the cake, truly elevates the occasion. Unfortunately, it was gifted, so I didn't have a chance to taste it and cannot comment on the taste. Very prompt in responding to calls and texts. Collected the cake from a collection place, so not much to talk about the ambiance. A bit expensive. read more

I ordered a chocolate birthday cake with raspberry filling, and it was absolutely amazing! The chocolate flavor was rich and moist, and the raspberry filling added the perfect balance of sweetness and slight tartness. Every bite tasted fresh and delicious. The decoration was beautiful and made the cake feel extra special for the celebration. You can really tell care and attention went into both the presentation and the flavor. My only small feedback would be to spread the buttercream a bit more thinly, as it was thicker. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely order again! read more

I was doing a google search for birthday cakes for my moms 81st birthday and decided to give them a call. Bano was so creative and thanks to 66Strawberries, the cake was enjoyed by all that was in attendance. The German Chocolate cake was an absolute masterpiece, with its rich, deeply chocolatey layers staying impossibly moist and tender while delivering that classic caramel-coconut-pecan filling in perfect, gooey abundance. What truly elevated it to legendary status was the cream cheese frosting--silky, tangy, and not overly sweet--which cut through the decadence like a cool breeze, creating an irresistible contrast with every bite. The combination felt both indulgent and balanced, as the subtle tang of the cream cheese brightened the nutty sweetness and prevented the cake from ever feeling heavy. In short, it was the kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes, savor slowly, and immediately start planning when you can have the next slice. Thank you Bano and 66Strawberries! read more

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about my experience with 66Strawberries. From the very first message when I placed my order, everything just felt easy and thoughtful. I had kind of a non-standard request--a s'mores-flavored birthday cake, which wasn't on their regular list of selections--but they didn't even hesitate. And let me tell you, it's no exaggeration when I say that they crushed it. Especially when I was informed that they had added a bit of extra height beyond what I originally ordered, just to make sure the look was perfect! The cake was absolutely beautiful, and it tasted even better. Every bite was rich, and the cake balanced perfectly with the frosting, fillings, and toppings. You could tell they really cared about getting both the flavor and the look just right. It was everything I hoped for and more. I'll definitely be ordering from them again, and I'm already telling my friends about them. It was beyond a pleasure to have found people who are not only talented, but also genuinely lovely to work with. read more

If it was possible I would give them 0 stars. I spoke to the owner for months about what I wanted for my son's 3rd birthday party cake and cupcakes. It was quite pricey, but for the extent we spoke about how detailed and elaborate the cake and cupcakes would be I was ok with that. We discussed the design for the cake and the cupcakes, and I hand delivered personalized toppers I bought for both the cake and cupcakes with my son's photo on a spiderman for each cupcake topper. I also paid a hefty amount for the delivery to the kids play place so that everything can show up ready to go! To say what was delivered was a huge disappointment is an understatement. The cake was absolutely nothing like we discussed. We discussed a detailed cake with my son's name, age, Spider-Man city with buildings and lots of decor around the Cake and then the top to be a Spider-Man web. None of this was done. The cake was literally red with a couple squiggly lines as spiderwebs. I could have got a better cake from Safeway for 1/8 of the price. Even worse than that, the cupcakes did not have the personalized toppers with my son's picture on each one that I had bought and delivered to the Cake owners home the week before. I bought those on Etsy and they were very expensive and was the whole point of ordering cupcakes through them was so that they could arrive ready to go since I didn't have time to place the cupcake toppers on during the hectic party that I was hosting. Not only were the cupcake toppers not on the cupcakes, but they didn't even bring them and acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. After the party was said undone and I didn't get anything that was discussed and just lost money on things I purchased that they never included on my cupcakes, I proceeded with trying to get a partial refund, at the very least to get the cost of what I paid for the personalized cupcake toppers back as a refund since they didn't even bring them. They not only refused to give me any kind of refund, but stopped responding to me completely. As a small business owner, this was very upsetting and I am not the type of person to write a bad review, but this was the worst part of my son's birthday party. I put so much work into everything and trusted somebody to do what they said they would do and that was not done. I am shocked that they did not honor the mistakes and give a partial refund. I would highly highly advise others to not go with this Bakery for anything, especially important events. They promised all of these things that they did not deliver and then were ignoring my attempts to make it fair afterwards. Very bad business. read more

66 Strawberries Bakery is already winning for Preston's graduation cake, and we haven't even tasted it yet! Their customer service is like a warm hug--responsive, friendly, and so attentive you'd think they're planning the party themselves!! . They listened to every detail about Preston's big day and made the process smoother than their famous frosting. Only downside? They've set the bar so high, I'm spoiled for every other bakery now! Can't wait to see the cake. Thank you! read more

This review is long overdue! I have been super busy the past 4 months but it was on my to-do list. My birthday is December 26 so In 2023 I wanted an almond extract flavored cake (wedding cake) which is real popular in Louisiana where I am from. I called all around even to neighboring cities and all the bakeries said they don't do it. I reached out to Shaher at 66Strawberries who lives in my community and she said they don't do it either but she will give it a try for me. She made me a couple of sample cupcakes to try and they were delicious! I only asked for a more moistness. So she baked me a small cake for my 49th birthday in Dec 2023 and it was so tasty! I like my cake super moist so for my big 50th birthday party in Dec 2024, I asked for a 3-layer cake much like a wedding cake & as moist as she could get it. Shaher again baked a sample cupcake for me to come over to try and it was absolutely delicious and moister than I expected . We picked up my birthday cake on the day of my party and it was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen in my life! I gave her photos in the beginning and she put the photos together to produce the vision that I had in mind for my birthday cake. I had never had a birthday party before in 50 years! so this was my first one and it was very special to me. This cake really took it over the top!! Normally I would not want to pay for such a costly cake, but it was sooo worth it! I think I ate almost half of it by myself! Thank you Shaher, I apologize for the late delayed review. I look forward to working with you again in the future. read more
