    Dimelsa is so patient and so kind. She made my little girl feel so comfortable. The way she spoke to her and included her in deciding how she wanted to pose and smile was just what she needed. The edits were done and sent to me in such a short amount of time and were all beautiful. She captured my little perfectly. I would most definitely go through her so many more times and will be, and have been referring all my friends and family to her.

    I purchased some cupcake liners from this company once and had a decent experience…read more However, the second time I tried ordering more cupcake liners, I was greatly disappointed. I called and left a VM regarding what I wanted. (You never reach a live person, only VM.) She did return my call the following day (a Tuesday) and I told her what I wanted, she said she had them in stock and we arranged for me to pick-up the items later that afternoon. A couple hours later I receive a text saying she would have to cancel my pick-up as she did not have enough of the cupcake liners I was seeking and I would have to pick-up Friday when she received her shipment. Ok, no problem. Friday comes and I don't hear from her so I texted her in the afternoon asking when she thought I might be able to pick-up the liners. No response. I finally get a text from her Monday stating she didn't remember who I was or what I needed, since she has so many customers. I reminded her of what I needed and she replies that she needs a copy of my 'sellers permit'. I responded that I do not sell anything, and I only intended on using the cupcake liners for personal use (not too uncommon, right?). She then texts me stating that as of January 1st she requires a permit. I find it odd that when I spoke to her the previous week she did not mention this and I have never heard of anyone needing to provide a sellers permit to purchase cupcake liners. I found her communication via text unprofessional. Why not just call me? And, why promise me you'll have something for me by a certain date, then "forget" who I am and what I want, and then tell me you can't sell me cupcake liners because I don't have a permit? You can order online and I see nowhere on their website requiring a permit. I honestly felt like I was being singled-out. For what reason, I am unsure. I am just a stay-at-home-mom who enjoys baking cupcakes.

I ordered cupcake liners…read morefor my business, that I desperately needed, and after a week and a half (and shipping is supposed to be 3 - 5 business days) I had to send a message through Facebook to check on the status of my order. The person told me they would check, the next day I got a shipping notification through my email to say the package was shipped, no apology from the owner whatsoever. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered two more times, and both times again no package was shipped, I again had to send a message on Facebook to check, and this time no one responded, I think I was blocked because questioned my first package. They mailed my order the second time around after i emailed them, and gave me some excuse as to why it was not shipped, I had to tell them to honor the time frame listed on their website for shipping items, or contact the customer if there is a delay, no response from the person I was emailing. The third time my package was ordered on October, 29th 2016, I patiently waited, and it never showed up, emailed them again and this time no reply at all!!!! So they also decided to ignore my emails. I ended up asking whoever gets the emails, to refund my account immediately, and I know they were ignoring my emails, because on October 10th my account was refunded, 10 days after I ordered my liners, which tells me my order was being ignored purposely!! I will never order from them again, very rude, unprofessional service. If you question your order they cut you off, and do not respond to your emails. The reason they have good reviews on Etsy is because they know they are being monitored and reviewed, I ordered direct from their website, that is why I was treated so badly. Not worth the stress, there are many other companies selling the very same items they sell. Buyer beware, not sure who runs this business, but they sure do not have any good business ethics!! They treat customers like crap.
