The venue was about 50 miles from her home base, but she still arrived early (before anyone else) which was a huge relief since we (the party hosts) were running behind. Without needing direction, Andrea jumped right into action and began setting up. Her initiative and professionalism made what could have been a stressful morning completely seamless. In the weeks leading up to the event, I sent her a mood board with color and theme inspiration. What she delivered was spot on. Andrea is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she's also organized, responsive, and reliable. I'll absolutely be hiring her again for future events. Highly, highly recommended!

Very impressed with James, spectacular balloon arch making skills!!…read more After calling several places that specialized in balloon arches, I decided to go with Baloons360. James was very personable and went out of his way to especially accommodate us and our budget range. He not only did an absolute outstanding job at creating the balloon arch to highlight my sons Sesame Street themed birthday, he was just such a pleasure to work with! He added extra balloons in other parts of the house without me asking and so I went ahead and paid for it even though balloons were missing in the original arrangement. The next day he came back and removed the balloons as promised. At the time of that party we booked a second party for June in Discovery Bay and asked if the balloons would be ok in the heat outdoors. He said he has figured out how to do the installations in hot weather. He agreed to save the date and we agreed to discuss what I wanted as it got closer to the event. In early May (6 weeks in advance) I confirmed the party and provided pictures and colors 2 weeks later. 10 days before the party we finalized the order but he insisted I pay for the order in full so he could buy the materials and it was over $1000. I agreed to give a 50% deposit and the rest on the day of the install or we should just cancel. I pointed out to him that in my research it's not legal or ethical to require full payment in advance for services not yet rendered. He didn't like me pointing this out and decided not to do our party. Don't use them!
