James was very personable and went out of his way to especially accommodate us and our budget range. He added extra balloons in other parts of the house without me asking and so I went ahead and paid for it even though balloons were missing in the original arrangement. The next day he came back and removed the balloons as promised. At the time of that party we booked a second party for June in Discovery Bay and asked if the balloons would be ok in the heat outdoors. He said he has figured out how to do the installations in hot weather. He agreed to save the date and we agreed to discuss what I wanted as it got closer to the event. In early May (6 weeks in advance) I confirmed the party and provided pictures and colors 2 weeks later. 10 days before the party we finalized the order but he insisted I pay for the order in full so he could buy the materials and it was over $1000. I agreed to give a 50% deposit and the rest on the day of the install or we should just cancel. I pointed out to him that in my research it's not legal or ethical to require full payment in advance for services not yet rendered. He didn't like me pointing this out and decided not to do our party. Don't use them!
