She brought me the missing chair no later than 20 minutes after we spoke on the phone! Would definitely come back and I recommend to anyone in need of party chairs and table rentals!

The family we were planning everything with let us know at the last week they did not have any chairs / tables so we called Elegance - had everything booked the same day and the day before graduation they had tents, tables, chairs; tablecloths and a cooler all set up so we could decorate for the graduation party! They take care of set up and tear down so you can enjoy your day! They made the grad party easy and honestly it's much nicer having matching tables, chairs and tents than some ratty supplies you have hanging around your house! recommend!

/5 - DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! They will ruin your event!I am writing this to warn anyone…read moreplanning a special event to stay far away from this place. They completely compromised our event today through broken promises, gross negligence, and a complete refusal to take accountability for their mistakes. The Night Before (False Reassurance):We called the night before our event to secure a specific throne chair. Because we live out of town, we explicitly offered our credit card over the phone to make a deposit and lock it in. An employee named KK refused the payment, confidently assuring us that a remote deposit wasn't necessary and that it was perfectly fine to pay upon arrival today. They even issued us an invoice, leaving us under the impression that our rental was 100% safe. The Morning of the Event (The Betrayal):Today, a family member called to confirm the final pickup details, only to be met with a total shock. They told us, "We don't have that throne anymore; we sent it out on delivery to another party." They quietly re-rented our item behind our backs without a single phone call, text, or warning, completely shattering our event plans. The Runaround (An Hour of Ghosting):Panic set in, and we scrambled to call them back to figure out how this was possible. Suddenly, they stopped picking up. It took an entire hour of continuous dialing just to get someone back on the line. When we finally reconnected with KK, she was completely cold, indifferent, and entirely unapologetic that her false promises had just ruined our event setup. Management (Zero Solutions):KK passed the phone to her manager, Victor, who immediately met our frustration with a defensive, "oh well, it's not our fault" attitude. We were completely desperate and willing to do anything to get the throne we needed, but they gave us absolutely zero solutions or alternatives. While Victor eventually backed down and realized how badly his team botched our reservation, they just shrugged and left us completely empty-handed on the day of our event. They blocked us from securing the item with a deposit, promised it would be held, gave it away behind our backs, and then treated us like an inconvenience. This company lacks basic professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Save yourself the nightmare and take your business elsewhere.

I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

The truck pulled up, and my living room was magically, transformed into a slumberland! Everything was done so quickly and thoroughly! We even took a fun video! When the kids came home, they were in amazement and their faces lit up with joy! I have an 11 year old girl and a 9 year old boy, and it turns out my 12 year old boxer was also thrilled with the tents! She slept with us and wouldn't leave the tents throughout the day, and also chose to sleep there the second night, and not with my husband and I, which she normally does. Since I have longed for this experience, I decided to also partake in the slumber party with my children on night one! We had these tents for two nights! I found Julie's embroidery on Yelp. She had some good reviews and then I contacted her. She told me that she and her husband runs the business to help pay for her family's college funds and that she and her husband comes into the city, SF, sets up then hangs out for a date/dinner for the night then return and collects all the chair covers. Her pricing was AWESOME (around $3/chair cover with sash). I was sold after that first phone call, not just because of the price but because she sounded so sincere, reliable, and genuine. Julie even sent me multiple sashes to make sure I chose the correct sash color to match our wedding colors. She also went to Yank Sing our venue to make sure the chair covers she had in stock will fit perfectly. I never had the chance to meet her in person until the day of the wedding when she and her family was setting up all 270 chair covers with sashes tied (I included pictures- white covers with green organza sashes). The chair covers were PERFECT and the sashes were all tied to perfection and ALL lasted throughout the banquet.
