Absolutely hands down a 5 star service !! We are from out of town and had our daughter's graduation nearby. The family we were planning everything with let us know at the last week they did not have any chairs / tables so we called Elegance - had everything booked the same day and the day before graduation they had tents, tables, chairs; tablecloths and a cooler all set up so we could decorate for the graduation party! They take care of set up and tear down so you can enjoy your day! They made the grad party easy and honestly it's much nicer having matching tables, chairs and tents than some ratty supplies you have hanging around your house! recommend! read more

/5 - DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! They will ruin your event!I am writing this to warn anyone planning a special event to stay far away from this place. They completely compromised our event today through broken promises, gross negligence, and a complete refusal to take accountability for their mistakes. The Night Before (False Reassurance):We called the night before our event to secure a specific throne chair. Because we live out of town, we explicitly offered our credit card over the phone to make a deposit and lock it in. An employee named KK refused the payment, confidently assuring us that a remote deposit wasn't necessary and that it was perfectly fine to pay upon arrival today. They even issued us an invoice, leaving us under the impression that our rental was 100% safe. The Morning of the Event (The Betrayal):Today, a family member called to confirm the final pickup details, only to be met with a total shock. They told us, "We don't have that throne anymore; we sent it out on delivery to another party." They quietly re-rented our item behind our backs without a single phone call, text, or warning, completely shattering our event plans. The Runaround (An Hour of Ghosting):Panic set in, and we scrambled to call them back to figure out how this was possible. Suddenly, they stopped picking up. It took an entire hour of continuous dialing just to get someone back on the line. When we finally reconnected with KK, she was completely cold, indifferent, and entirely unapologetic that her false promises had just ruined our event setup. Management (Zero Solutions):KK passed the phone to her manager, Victor, who immediately met our frustration with a defensive, "oh well, it's not our fault" attitude. We were completely desperate and willing to do anything to get the throne we needed, but they gave us absolutely zero solutions or alternatives. While Victor eventually backed down and realized how badly his team botched our reservation, they just shrugged and left us completely empty-handed on the day of our event. They blocked us from securing the item with a deposit, promised it would be held, gave it away behind our backs, and then treated us like an inconvenience. This company lacks basic professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Save yourself the nightmare and take your business elsewhere. read more

Kay Kay and her team were amazing! From the order, to the delivery, to the pickup- everything was seamless. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our event went smoothly. We had a formal dinner for 140 people and all of the tableware, chairs, etc... were top notch! I would 100% recommend and we will be using them again. read more

Hands-down, no one does it better than Elegance Party Rentals! They are friendly, attentive and very well stocked. I will always visit them for my rental needs. read more

We hired Elegance Party Rentals to bring in lighting for our Halloween festival at our local elementary school. They were so great to work with. From permits, helping with which lights to go with for the different areas (string lights, orb lights and even light towers!) and helping us stay under budget which was important as we are a local PTA. Would definitely work with them again in the future. They installed everything on time and took everything down the following business day, even came earlier than agreed upon to help with front office staff schedule. We communicated with Kay Kay Hines who was amazing and very detail oriented, she also did a walkthrough with me at the school to ensure all lighting would be ideally located. Can't recommend them enough for any future party or event! They are also an approved vendor with our school district so permit was easy! read more

Clear selection, painless rental experience, and flexible terms. Everything you need in a party rental experience. I ordered an extra table for thanksgiving, realized I didn't need it and was able to swap it out for chairs instead. Staff was warm and friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

Everything about the rental process went smoothly. My reservation was confirmed right away and the customer service was awesome. Teresa and Karen are terrific! I reserved everything a week in advance and had it delivered. Teresa contacted me mid-week as there was a small issue with the chairs I reserved and upgraded me to a nicer chair for no charge. The delivery driver called and gave me plenty of time to have a space ready for drop off. The only issue was some confusion about the chafers/set up I'd reserved as the warehouse didn't include them in the delivery. However, Teresa and Karen made arrangements for immediate delivery. I really appreciate the service and recommend them highly for the items and the service. read more

I have rented tables and chairs at Wally's Rentals a few times. This year I left a message and got a call back the next day. I paid for my bill on that first phone call. I never received an email with confirmation of my purchase, or contact OR "THE FACT THAT IT WAS TO BE PICKED UP AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION." NO INFORMATION AT ALL. My husband after having driven that day back from Yosemite that day went to Wally's Rental. However, since I got no information at all he was driving all over Concord on a Friday afternoon .I did receive a phone call at 2:40 that afternoon to make sure we were picking up our items and to inform me they close at 4:00. Would have been nice to get that information in an email or perhaps on the phone the 3 times I spoke with her on the phone (She who shall not be named.) I was very nice to her until I got a call from my husband pissed off at me. The 72" round table had screws falling out and and was wobbly. Not Cool. NEVER WILL I RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. read more

Great place. They were able to accommodate a last minute rental request hours before they closed for thanksgiving. Staff is all great and Ty was super helpful returning the items. They'll be my go-to for future rentals. read more

Renting party needs and equipment is a breeze. Very helpful and great customer service. I highly recommend this business

Teresa is the best! She was so helpful and got me what I needed into my truck for a fabulous party. I hope they promote her! Haha! Seriously so stressed about this party and so nice to have a friendly face. Rented chairs tables and lighting. If you are throwing a party in Walnut Creek this is where you go! read more

When my original party rental place flakes on me last minute, I was super stressed out. Fortunately, Elegance Party Rentals came to the rescue. Not only were they available on the day of my friends baby shower, but their quote was cheaper! Gary helped me with providing a few quotes and was super patient. I went with 3 tables, chairs and linens. Everything turned out awesome. Delivery was on time and everything was picked up on time, as well. Only problem I had was that some of the chairs were dirty (took a wipe and cleaned them but wish that didn't happen). Recommend this business for party rentals! read more

Great prices and amazing customer service. Teresa made us feel like family. Would definitely recommend Elegance to anyone!

I highly recommend this company for party tables, chairs, and linens! Gary at the company was so helpful and efficient in helping me. I hosted a backyard party for 445 guests. The quality of their products were nice. The delivery and pick-up of the order was on time and went smoothly. I found this company to provide excellent service and was less costly than the other larger companies in our area! read more

Amazing customer service and great prices. I ordered 4 tables and 24 chairs with delivery and it was a smooth process from start to finish. If you need any rental needs, stop looking and just use Elegance. You'll thank me later! read more

Diana and her son are the best they go above and beyond to make sure that you get exactly what's needed. I hired elegance rental on last month for my wedding and they where a perfect fit for the day. Everything that she supplied looked great down to the napkins. She never up sold me like some companies do and she kept her word though my whole wedding process. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!! I will rent again soon! Thanks Elegance Rental !!! read more

This company was by far the best choice for my wedding rentals. They had the best prices and the best wedding deal. I had a backyard wedding with no planner and it was so hard; but I can at least say that Diane made my life much easier in the rental department. She was very sweet about every little change I had to make before the wedding (because that's going to happen). She also was very personal and responded quickly to my emails. Their equipment seems newer than other companies that we looked into, too. After the wedding, some napkins were misplaced by our serving staff and Diane was very helpful in getting to the bottom of the situation. All in all, I would definitely recommend this company to everyone, as I will definitely be using them again if I ever have another big event! Also, this company will drop everything off on Friday, then pick it all up again on Monday. It's very convenient and hassle free; plus, you only get charged for the one day you use everything! read more

Ok, I know party rentals can't be as sexy as a hot new restaurant! But damn these folks got it down!! I don't live in the Bay Area but my Thanksgiving party was. Instead dragging all my crap 200 miles I decided to rent. Elegance hooked me up. It was actually kind of refreshing to do business with a company that knows what they are doing. I called and they actually answered the phone! Made my request, paid online. It took 2-minutes to pick up my tables and chairs! It also took 2-minutes to drop them back off! Boom! Done! I Highly recommend this company!!! I can't wait until next year! read more

I rented four tables and 35 chairs from Diane and her team for my mothers 70th birthday party. Her prices were reasonable, and more affordable than the other companies in my area. Delivery was scheduled between 11:30-2:30 the day before the event. They showed up at 12pm, which was perfect. It allowed me to buy back a couple of hours not having to wait until the end of the window. The tables and chairs were easy to set up, and break down. They were clean and in great condition. The pick up was well within the timeframe set up as well. Everyone was very nice, and accommodating, and I would rent from Elegance again in a heartbeat. read more

Gary with Elegance Party Rentals is awesome to work with. He is quick to response and very professional. I was looking for a party chair and table rental in concord to accommodate my baby shower. Elegance was by far the best priced and most friendly. Unfortunately, my plans had changed and I needed to cancel my reservation. If I ever need the rentals in the future and I'm in their footprint, I will MOST DEFINITELY use them. Thank you Gary and team!!!! read more

To celebrate a very special upcoming 55th birthday, I thought flocking my father-in-law's front yard was a cute idea (a surprise planting of a family of 55 pink flamingos!) I found a herd of 50 online for $114 but was hoping I could perhaps rent the lil' guys since I don't have much use for them after the big day (except maybe around camp at Burning Man?) I called Diane and she was super nice on the phone. Very friendly, and my inquiry about whether she rents bulk flamingos definitely got a laugh. You could hear her smile as she told me she does not rent this item. She told me a little bit about her business which she's run since 2007. (I'm her first flamingo request). She even suggested a nearby party supply store that I should check. I called several other party rental companies and had one curt "NO" reply, received one voicemail, and connected to one automated message. I would definitely call her back first in the future. And it's probably a good sign that she doesn't have a flock of flamingos hanging around. Guess I'll have to come up with something else as a fun surprise for dad. read more

We rented 2 different style glasses for our wedding. They had everything packaged securely to travel in my car. They worked with us to make our wedding the best by giving us the best price so we could put money in other parts of our wedding. Great family owned business and would recommend them to anyone else. read more

Diane and her family are amazing! They want you to get not only the best bang for your buck but have a beautiful day! We rented our party wear from them and they made us aware the cost for delivery was going to more than the actual rental so we could save money if we picked up everything ourselves. I don't know another party company that would cut their own profit and let you know these things after dealing with other rental places. Couldn't be happier with them! read more

Diane was very friendly and accommodating to our rental needs for our back yard wedding reception on June 6, 2014. I was undecided about the color of our linens and number of items to rent until one week before our event, bun Diane was very patient and helped me figure out all the logistics. She offered to meet me in the late evening to show me fabric swatches, emailed me multiple times to clarify my questions and was overall a pleasure to work with and I know it's not that easy to work with anxious brides! The only thing I would suggest is that invoices are double checked for accuracy before billing to avoid adjustments, which in my case had to be done. This was probably due to the multiple changes I made to the table and linen count and it was not a huge worry to me since I caught the error and Diane made the proper adjustments to the invoice. read more

Elegance Party Rentals provided the chairs and arbor for our outdoor wedding ceremony last Sunday at Heather Farms. The prices are very reasonable, the service was great, and everything went without a hitch! They showed up on time to deliver everything and set it up, and came back later during the reception to take it down, all very discreetly. I was very happy with this vendor and would recommend them to anyone who wants classy touch for their party or wedding! read more

I know this is such an overdue review but I still wanted to do it. I used Elegance Party Rentals in October, 2012 for my wedding. I had an outdoor reception for about 170-180 guests. So I had to rent everything: tables, chairs, tablecloths, silverware, plates, wine glasses, heaters, etc. From the first meeting to the end, everything was perfectly smooth. The pricing was the lowest, too, when I compared more than 10 vendors in the Bay Area. They brought everything on time. We didn't need to wash anything(maybe that's normal but I loved how I didn't need to do anything after renting). We didn't need to go back to return, but they came out to the wedding venue in Oakland and picked up everything from us. I had absolutely no issue with them. If I ever need to rent anything for a big party, I will definitely go back to them. And after reading reviews that are more recent, I can still trust them with their service. Thank you, Elegance Party Rentals. It's a long overdue review, but I wanted to let you know. I had a great wedding that I can't forget because of your perfect service. Thank you! read more

Good service however I read that they would set up chairs but that definitely did not happen. The order process was very easy and very complete and accurate. Upon further review I see chair set up is an extra charge. read more

Elegance Party Rentals is an amazing party rental company. I've been renting chairs and other misc items from them for the last couple of years. There pricing and service beats any other rental companies out there. This is a local family owned business that we all should support. I had an incident that I had missed my window to pick up 24 chairs for our family Christmas dinner. I was in SoCal and couldn't find anyone to pick them up before they closed for the holiday. Thanks to Diane's husband, he wanted to make sure we had the chairs for our Christmas dinner for 31 that he met us at his warehouse to pick up the chairs that Sunday. We are so grateful to find a business that provides excellent service that will go above and beyond for their customers. I will continue to rent from them for all of our future events. Thank you Diane and company. You guys are the Best! read more

We rented linens and glassware from Elegance for our Carmel Valley wedding, and they were FANTASTIC!! Initially I wasted a lot time attempting to deal with a different rental company, but I should have gone straight to Elegance to begin with! Diane was a breath of fresh air. She was professional and prompt; while the other company took 7 days to respond to me, Diane picked up the phone on the first ring and immediately set to work on making things happen. The new order was sent to me within the hour. Diane's communication and follow-through were excellent, and she was accommodating with our short timeline and last minute changes. She was flexible about pickup/drop off schedule (the other company was closed Sundays, yet wanted to charge us for an additional day since we couldn't pick up when they were closed). The prices and selection were just what we were looking for. Best of all, when we "dropped by" to double check on our color choice, she generously gave us extra time and attention, providing helpful suggestions and even recommended Khaki linens, which we hadn't considered. We had a rustic theme with accents of purple, and the purple linens (while brilliant), seemed overpowering for our vision. Diane's suggestion was a perfect fit! Her expertise in the field is evident, and we loved all the great advice she provided. Diane's enthusiasm was infectious and it is clear that she loves the work she does. We are so grateful we found Elegance Party Rentals! read more

Gary is the best, goes above and beyond to help you! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed if you go with them.

A+ party rental! Diane is wonderful, and her team is so helpful. They respond quickly, and are very accommodating. I was late at dropping off the rentals but Diane was super understanding. The rentals are reasonably priced. They also helped load the rentals in my car. I will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended! Thank you Diane! read more

Using them for a second time this year, and am still impressed. Quick communication, reliable delivery and friendliness have all been A+. Thank you!!! read more

All started our well for our daughter's wedding. Diane was helpful in April. Then came the FATEFULL day in August! Diane's delivery of chairs and champagne glasses showed up 30 minutes late in a venue that we had for only two hours. Time was ticking by and our guest were wondering what was going on? We called Diane to ask where the delivery guys were and she said they were almost there ( She failed to say that she had scheduled them for two other events and they were running late). Upon arriving the two guys first had to unload other items before the could get to the chairs and glasses. Fortunately, I was standing there (a little frantic) because one of the guys did not know the difference between champagne glasses and water glasses. He was unloading the beverage glasses! Elegance seems like a young business that suffers from mismanagement of time/scheduling. Also since Diane requires full payment upfront, so there is no recourse when she misses a cue. We did have tips ready for the delivery guys but since they missed both the drop-off time and evening pick-up time...Sorry guys NO TIP! Renter beware. read more

What a great business and the owner Diane was so nice and helpful. I keep getting calls to let me know what a wonderful party we had. It wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the heaters, umbrellas, china, linen and all the other things I rented to make the perfect party. Everything was in great shape. I will always call Elegance Party Rentals when I have a party. read more

Long overdue review. Short term notice they were able to accommodate my party rental need of tables, linens and chairs with delivery at an affordable price. Elegance Party Rentals is Phenomenal! An honest, reliable, responsive, customer service oriented, prompt, quality focused, positive and organized company that is family run. Elegance Party Rentals cares not only about the quality of items that they rent out, but also about the people whom are their clients and giving back to the community in ensuring that their needs are met and expect Expectations exceeded for events both small and large. It was very obvious the vast amount of time that is spent by Diane and David in between the rentals in caring for, maintaining and prepping all prior to another client rental....no small task I'm sure. All of the equipment, dishware, glassware, linens, etc. for our event were thoroughly clean, in excellent condition and in working order and nothing was second rate. Nan K. read more
