The table and chairs were exactly what I needed for the small party I was having. Initially, Gagnon's was great in getting back to me with an estimate. The reason I'm giving only three stars is for their communication. I will preface this with the fact that I live in an apartment and needed to be present for the delivery and pick-up. I was told I would get a call the night before with a time for delivery. No call. I called the next day and was told the delivery would be no later than 11:00 AM. Delivery arrived at 2:30 PM. I then specifically asked the delivery person how we could coordinate a pick up time, he said he didn't have a time but would note my phone number and he would make sure that I would be contacted prior to pick-up. No call and the people picking up were not aware that they were supposed to call me. There seems to be a breakdown in communication/organization. Heads up to those who need to coordinate drop-off and pick-up, plan to be available the entire day for both. read more

These guys are amazing. I was hosting a Seder and needed an extra long table and a few chairs. Their webpage is super user friendly with pictures of exactly what you'd be ordering plus prices for each item. The cost is very reasonable. Once you're done shopping you can 'check out' your order like in Amazon. Then you'll get an invoice printed which you then pay over the phone. That part can be a little tricky to coordinate but it was seamless. I also paid $30 extra for delivery and pick up. That made things extra convenient.
