Malena and Krystal are amazing! I'm a Wedding Planner and worked with them to setup ceremony furniture for a really cool wedding in the forest at Tilden Park and they were so helpful. Since it was a new venue and I informed them about the difficult load in process, they took it upon themselves to go visit the venue themselves to familiarize themselves with it, and talked with the park ranger to figure out the plan to load in and out. On the day of the wedding they were on time (even early) and setup everything quickly and fast! Our shuttle driver even got his shuttle stuck at the venue and Gussy Up helped the shuttle driver back up and direct him to help him get out. They went above and beyond to make my client happy, were super communicative, and the furniture setup looked beautiful! I'd definitely use them again for future wedding clients. read more

I was so shocked at my wedding service I assumed that it had amount of have been a highly unusual situation and not indicative of Gussy Up's general performance but after waiting 2 months to hear back, I realize this company must be a huge scam!! See my first of several emails below: I am writing to request reimbursement for the several items that were not delivered to our wedding 10/6. We called to inform you that the 5 pew benches were not delivered. Unfortunately, by the time the truck returned, our wedding ceremony had already started so the benches were dropped off (stacked) on the edge of the wedding and never used. Also, 2 out of 10 of the chairs and both of the 2 chandeliers were not delivered. I would like to be reimbursed for these items as well as the delivery charge for the inconvenience. I am so happy I went with Gussy Up Decor for my wedding a few days ago. Malena and Krystal were easy to work with and had so many items for rent. I went with the 4 post arbor with white drapes, the white tuft bench and 2 matching ottoman cubes. The decor was so lovely and definitely added to the venue! I had a DIY Photo booth area but just hand held props weren't enough, I wanted to be Exceptional. Gussy Up Decor had a red velvet love seat and a steamer trunk that made an amazing focal point for my guests photos! The wine barrel bar was stunningly beautiful and long enough to accommodate a display of our various selections of drinks. Their scrolled easel displayed my sign elegantly. They arrived on time, had a calm demeanor and worked quickly without getting in the way of the other decorating that was happening. I really appreciated that considering I was on the verge of turning into Bridezilla from stress.
