I rented a 152 Taylor Soft Serve Machine for my brother's birthday party, and it was a hit! We had the pineapple dole whip and mango dole whip. I was gratelful when Gonzalo, the owner, found the shadiest place to set up the machine. I made a couple of suggestions, but found the best spot when he realized there would be consistent shade under the venue's staircase. Rent Margarita is a bang for your buck - delivery, setup, breakdown, pickup, a cart + skirt, and cups + spoons all included. Another shoutout to Gonzalo for serving the last batch of soft serve out to guests before taking away the cart. read more

I recently rented the Mega 876 Electro Freeze from Rent Margarita Company for a ladies' golf tournament. Our theme was Margaritaville. The margaritas were a BIG hit! Our bartender was able to serve 100 thirsty ladies coming off the course fast and efficiently! No down time to refill the machine. Gonzalo was prompt, professional and helpful. He showed our bartender exactly how the machine worked with easy instructions. Great value! We will definitely be doing business with Rent Margarita Company in the near future! read more

Gonzalo was very easy to work with and the margaritas were perfect. I would definitely rent from this company again. Gonzalo made sure to instruct us on the use of the machine and he waited to see that we were pleased with the finished product. We rented 2 margarita machines for my 50th birthday- everything arrived as expected, was easy to use, and our guests loved it. Easy to clean and return (pickup). Would absolutely hire them again!! read more

This company is amazing! I called them on a Friday afternoon looking for the drink mix for the machines. The usual company we get it from wouldn't return our call. They not only made the delivery to us on Saturday morning, but gave us tips to help us save money. We were in a bind and they did everything they could to help us out at the last min. A quality company does everything they can to give great customer service and they did exactly that. We will definitely be calling them for all our future needs. read more

We were blown away by the wonderful customer service, easy to use machine and delicious margaritas. We rented the margarita machine for a backyard graduation party and couldn't have been more pleased. It was definitely the hit of the party and we didn't have to lift a finger. I highly recommend you use this company. While every part of the experience was great, I was so pleasantly surprised by the taste. I had low expectations, thinking they would probably be too sweet. They were so good! The white glove service for set-up and pick-up was next level and so appreciated. An overall terrific experience. read more

Zero stars I wanted to like them , I filled out all the paperwork online chose the machines and flavors and I also spoke to the lady manager about the the rental for my child's baptism party . We had so many guests coming and this company was a no show! No call, no apologies, no nothing. read more

We have rented machines from them since 2019 and have never been disappointed. Very friendly service that is quick to assist in anyway they can. Large selections for flavors and machines. Always a hit with our family and friends. read more

I can only say great things about this company. My family and now myself have rented machines from Gonzalo and everything is always perfect. I recently purchased the machine where the mix froze in less than 15 minutes - I thought it was too good to be true but it really did freeze in about 12 minutes total which was super helpful. We started up the machine about 15 minutes prior to our party and by the time the guests arrived drinks were ready to be served! We decided to order the frose and it was a huge hit! Super easy to make (we got 5 bottles of rose and added some vodka and that was it). We went through several mixes because everyone loved it so much. It wasn't sweet at all which is what we were worried about in the first place. We will most definitely be ordering again soon! Highly recommend. read more

By far one of the best experiences ever. I rented one of these machines for my boyfriends surprise birthday party and it was a huge hit. We finished a whole batch that serves up to 100+ drinks and we were a party or 35. That says a lot. The cucumber mix was such a huge hit; the consistency of the drinks was so on point. It was really the best margarita. He provided everything that we could possibly need and made sure that were all good/prepared. He showed us how to operate the machine, provided instructions, and even assured us that he was only a call away if we ever needed anything. I also cannot forgot to mention the light up cocktail tables that completed the whole look of the party and the lights that came with them were a hit aswell! We will Definitely be returning customers. Do not steer clear of them because you will not be disappointed. Gonzalo really cares about his customers!! read more

We rented a margarita machine (double) for my daughter's graduation party. They were very professional and punctual in their delivery. Also we had trouble find a place that would rent to us because we live in the East Bay. They did charge us a $25 fee but I totally understand that because gas is outrageous. I would totally recommend this company and will use them in the future. read more

I have came across his yelp page trying to scout for soft serve ice cream machine - the best thing about him was the ease of planning , budget friendly and great customer service. We have hired him 3 times already this year and he didnt disappoint. Last week at my son's bday party he extended his service by staying the whole time and helping to operate the soft serve, cotton candy and popcorn machine ( that wasnt part of the contract) but he did it with his daughter :) yes we are spoiled. In any case, he has tons of machines, even uplights so He is a truly a one stop shop. Thank you again gonzalo. I and the rest of guests were very pleased. read more

If you rent from this company, you should prepared to be left hanging. I confirmed via phone with the owner several times that he had a machine available for my party. He said he did and that he just needed to know my flavor preferences. I sent those in and then, two days before my party, I received this single sentence email, "No one canceled so l don't have any machines available to rent to you." No apology, no other explanation. When I called to find out what happened, he was completely unapologetic, rude and could not seem to understand why I was frustrated. If you are relying on him to show up, I strongly recommend you seek a different vendor. read more

Gonzalo set up and attended the chocolate fountain at my wedding 2 weeks ago. The entire experience was really wonderful and I couldn't have asked for anything more! Prior to the wedding, we had several conversations on the phone--Gonzalo was always very patient and accommodating, even offering to bring extra chocolate for the event just in case we went over. At the wedding, Gonzalo arrived early to set up, and attended the chocolate fountain for the evening. He was really great, very sweet and kind, and even left the extra chocolate for us at the end of the night. My friends and family LOVED the chocolate fountain--it was delicious and fun. It really was such a huge hit! I am really really impressed with the entire experience, and HIGHLY recommend Rent Margarita for any event, wedding, or party. THANK YOU Gonzalo & Rent Margarita! I am so grateful to you for playing such a wonderful part in my wedding. read more

I cannot say enough positive things for this company and the owner(Gonzalo) .We recently rented the high capacity margarita machines (2) for a fundraiser for our public safety event.. From the first time we called to get a price quote and all the things that the company would offer us , this place delivers as promised. We had over 400 guests and they thoroughly devoured the frozen mix with tequila. Gonzalo was precise on what we needed and how to do a good mix. He even stayed with us for the entire event. Who does that ?? If you ever need a machine or 2 or more, please call Gonzalo; he will deliver as promised. He is a joy to work with and very personable. I will definitely use him again for our fundraisers or a house party. Thank you so much Gonzalo for your support of our fundraiser. We raised some good funds for the kids. read more

Gonzolo and his margaritas truly are the best tasting! Not a huge margarita fan, but I couldn't get enough. We thought we would only use one container for our party of 70+ we ended up using three of them! People ranted and raved about how good they were! He truly enjoys doing what he does it's not just a business for him, really enjoys getting out there and meeting the people he supplies to! read more

I had a large event that had to be put together last-minute at Porsche of Livermore and was afraid no one would be able to help me out. I called THE NIGHT BEFORE THE EVENT asking for two margarita machines and a popcorn machine. Not only did they make sure to have them available for us; they delivered, helped us set up the machines, and explained in full how to use them. It was so nice that on a busy weekend they were happy to take the time to help us out and make sure that we were all set for our event! Once we turned on the machines our slushees were ready within the hour and there were absolutely no flukes throughout two days of use. Great machines and even better customer service! One of my best rental experiences ever! We ordered a soft serve ice cream machine for a wedding of 130 people. Everything from ordering to delivery and pickup was so easy. The owner, Gonzalo, delivered the machine himself to our reception venue, hooked it up, and gave instructions to my DOC for refills. Super easy, super responsive and great service. It was a HUGE hit at our party and also budget friendly. Our guests LOVED the soft serve. It was one of the least stressful part of our wedding planning. I rented a margarita machine from an outfit in Santa Clara. On the day of my party the Santa Clara outfit did not show up. They were scheduled for a morning delivery and at 12:30 (guests arriving at 1:00) I Frantically started looking online for a last minute substitution, literally last minute. I found Rent Margarita and Gonzalo. He had already left Tracy and was heading to San Jose where I needed a machine. He told me if I had called him 30 minutes earlier he could have loaded a machine for me. At that moment I was ready to hear from him that he couldn't help me. He didn't say that. Instead, He figured out how he could help me with what he had on his truck and he told me he would be at my place in 30 minutes. He came with everything I needed and within 20 minutes of his arrival we had margaritas!! I could not thank him enough. He could have easily said no, but that was not his style. He is a sincere and friendly man. Once you meet him you will understand what I mean. He saved our party. RENT HIS MACHINES!! read more

Rented a two bowl machine for my daughters college graduation. The process was very quick and simple. The delivery guy was very helpful and even mixed and started my first two bowls. I would not hesitate to use this company again. read more

Okay, this company is the worst I have EVER worked with. I called 3 days before my event and spoke with a man (sadly I didn't get his name) who assured me he had a machine for my daughters graduation party. All I had to do was fill out their online form - which I did. Now, on my part I put the wrong date, but received an email which I quickly changed to the correct date. No response on my email, so I called and spoke with the same man again. Again, he assured me I would get my machine on Friday for my party on Saturday -- in fact he was loading it as we spoke. He had many deliveries, but he was coming to my house in the morning. Around 11:00 am Friday I called to get an ETA and he was still delivering in Santa Clara so it would be later in the afternoon. I told him if I wasn't home to leave it in the backyard with instructions. When I arrived home Friday night about 9:30 pm after an event there still was no machine. I again called and he said he was delivering to a restaurant then my house and he'd be there by 10:30 pm. At 11:00pm I went to be. I called him first thing in the morning the day of my party and he said "who is this" so I told him and he said he had so many deliveries and I got shuffled out. He would be there in the morning. At 11:00 am I called Party Time Machines who not only had a machine - they delivered it within 30 minutes. I then cancelled with The Best Margarita. I never received a response. I can't believe this company is still in business with this kind of customer service. I was so unbelievably stressed out because of this, and I will NEVER use them again or recommend them. read more
