I understand arriving close to closing can be inconvenient, and I was only a few minutes away from closing. However, a little understanding and a friendly tone would have made a big difference. Her response came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I genuinely want to support this business, but customer service is extremely important to me and plays a major role in whether I return. I believe additional customer-service training could make a significant difference in creating a more welcoming experience.
