I didn't end up getting a direct repair service from Mr. Abbas, but I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I went to his shop to possibly fix my Chromebook hinges and he said that he could fix them with super-glue for $100 post-tax. I asked if it would be better for me to just get another Chromebook or to just get my current one fixed, and he gave me his honest opinion, which was to just get another Chromebook. He didn't end up receiving any money from me because of his honest feedback. This weekend my computer stopped booting after the latest windows 10 update. I was getting crazy since I spent more than 20 hours trying to troubleshoot & make it work. My insurance business depends on this computer which has the data of thousands of my clients & I use it as a server for my whole office. That means, if I am not able to make it work by Monday morning, my business would be shut off. I called around. I was either not able to reach technicians or they would ask enormous amount of money to help me over the weekend. A friend of mine referred me to Joseph. Needed to get my battery replaced for my MacBook and went online to see where I could take it, as the authorized stores on apples website were charging outrageous prices and were backlogged with orders. The glass screen on my girlfriends MacBook Pro broke to the point where all you would see is black and white lines on the screen making it impossible for my gf to finish her paper for school. Wow. Joseph is the best! He saves computer! I had taken a macbook pro 15' to a shop on Pico which was convenient for me, the guy put the battery in and then when I went to start it up at home, the mouse pad wasn't working! Argh. I tried to text the shop and the guy didn't respond. Being that I had already had bad luck, I decided to go somewhere else to fix it. I called around a few places, they all were saying things were wrong with my computer which had nothing wrong with it till the battery was replaced!? Amazing..Amazing...Amazing!!! So on the very early morning of May 1st around 5 AM, my laptop crashed! I have very important documents on this laptop and I was desperate to find a PC repair guy.
