I cannot be happier with the service I received to get my gaming PC fixed. My laptop charging port stopped working and I wasn't able to charge my computer. I called Mac and PC Repair and he said it would be $200 for the part and labor. I thought about it and took my computer to best buy and they said the repair would be $700 and that it wasn't worth repairing. I called back Mac and PC Repair and he said he could still do it for $200 and have it finished within 2-3 days, but he called me only 3 hours after I took it in saying it was fixed. Wow, thank you soooooo much to Joseph! As has been the case for the rest of the world during this pandemic I have been working nonstop from home. A couple weeks ago both my laptop and iMac and MacBook Pro. Started running slower than usual with various glitches and difficulties. It essentially halted my ability to work from home. I contemplated purchasing new computers but it was well beyond what I can afford at this time. I searched Yelp and found Anthony and immediately called. He was so gracious and said I could come any time . Loved the fact that he was open late. Long story short, dropped off both my desktop and my MacBook Pro. There are good certified Mac technicians out there, this is certainly not one of them! A good talker, but very poor on the quality of work department! He doesn't stand behind his "warranty" either. He might offer you 90 days warranty (ask him to put it in writing!) which is good as long as the repair doesn't fail, if it does fail then the warranty terms and conditions will change automatically. His repair lasted 30 days, wasted $200 for nothing! read more

Friday morning the laptop I use for work, and almost everything else, died. Major emergency! I took it in to Big Computer Company and had it diagnosed, and they said they could fix the problem, but it would cost a lot of money, and I would lose my computer for 7-10 days... "hopefully." Called around to some local places, and none of them had even had the part, let alone a quote I could afford. Then I found Joseph. He answered the phone, I asked the same question I'd been asking all morning, expecting the same response. Instead, Joseph said "I should have that... yes, I have that." Ok, this is where he hits me with a super high price, forcing me back to Big Computer, I thought. But no, his price for parts and labor was considerably cheaper. Alright, so how long do I lose my computer? That must be where the rub is. A week? A month? "Should take a couple of hours." My very last concern was being able to break away from work long enough to get the computer to him before he closed. And like all of my other concerns, this was immediately alleviated. "I am a home business. You can bring it by anytime," is what Joseph told me. I dropped it off after work (again, on a Friday night), and had it back just a few hours later. It can be hard to find somebody you can trust with your computer and personal data. Joseph is a great guy who can explain all the technical stuff so you can understand what's going on and he's always been able to fix whatever the problem is.
