What I appreciate is how they translate that knowledge to someone like me who is a simple user, needing a simple fix (new battery in this case). In comparison with other shops, they came in the same or cheaper that others, with a better guarantee on their work. In the shop, Michael took the time to explain how we could better care for our new battery (in ways Apple should have done when we bought it one might think). I initially took my son's gaming laptop to another repair store who told me I had to leave it with them for 7-10 days before they would even LOOK at it! Basically stumbled upon Tarzana Tech and they were SO HELPFUL!!! I left the laptop with them and got a call less than 24 hours later explaining the issue. They explained the motherboard was damaged but it would be $400-$500 to repair it, which they said was unnecessary.
