Robert quoted me a fair price and offered several options for payment and financing. We settled on a date for the replacement. The replacement crew arrived on time and completed the full replacement in about 4 hours. They were courteous and professional throughout. Robert stopped by later in the day to personally ensure everything was functioning correctly, which it was. Overall, Pristine Air made what could have been a very stressful situation - loss of A/C during the Houston summer - a breeze. I really appreciated their professionalism, high-quality work, and complete transparency. I would gladly recommend Pristine Air.

It was 22 degrees outside. I posted on my neighborhood FB page looking for some help. One of my neighbors recommended Cold Front as they were close by and treated their customers fairly. After communicating with the staff and sending photos of the faulty part, it was determined that they had the part in stock and would come out to fix it. The technician had to brave snowy and frozen roads to get to us. I was impressed. Even the post office didn't venture out today! They sent me texts stating when the technician would arrive. And he arrived as promised. Tim Alt was such a soft spoken and nice gentleman. He got right to work as he had the photos and knew which part needed to be replaced. Suffice to say, in about 30 minutes, we had heat again. Our house is again at a toasty 75 degrees! I highly recommend this company for prompt, honest, and courteous service! My A/C started blowing 82 degree air and I turned it off. This was on a Friday evening. Saturday…read moremorning I called and spoke to Angela who arraigned for a tech to come out. Parker evaluated the cause (slow leaking evaporator coil) but he wanted to be sure the rest of the system maintained integrity by performing a pressure leak test which he did a few days later. He charged the system back up, enough to get me to the pressure test. Confirming the problem, he passed me over to Hope who provided a solution and explained in detail what needed to be done, what it would cost, and how long it would take. This was on a Friday afternoon. She was able to coordinate the required new equipment, materials and schedule their construction team for the following Monday morning. Everything was in place that morning and needless to say, they knew what to do and how to do it. They jumped on it, and never stopped. No breaks, no lunch and were finished by 2:00 PM. This was a major project, having to demo and rebuild the supply plenum, remove and replace the coil section of the furnace, install a new drain pan and drains, etc. As fate would have it, my thermostat had failed and that caused a delay getting the system to start. Richard, another airWoodlands tech came out and discovered the problem quickly and provided me with a new thermostat. From Angela, to Parker, to Hope, to Cossa, and to Richard, I could not have asked for a better team from any one, anywhere. Customer service in general has failed in America, but this group is an exception. I will never have to search for an a/c contractor. Air Woodlands is the best. (A special call out to Parker. He was the key element in earning my trust and Air Woodlands)

Working with Stephanie via Yelp was super easy and fast responses. Thank you, Stephanie. Shawn came out, very professional, knowledgeable, and wasn't looking to make a quick buck and leave. Provided a lot of information for me and was willing to explain my situation as well as provide some good info to bring back to my builder to save money. I don't know any company that is looking out for the little man especially during this economy. Conley Cooling and Heating will be my HVAC company I use for now on and will be suggesting them to my family and friends. Trust me, don't go to big names companies (Moore/Abacus) and so on. Conley is here to help and treat you like family. My condensation lines run across my attic to master bedroom sinks and cause ton of blocks and issues. Shawn was able to provide me estimate and information on terminating it outside instead of a p-trap in the sink which most builders are doing now. Thanks again Shawn (and Stephanie) and will be calling back for my next project!

He replaced a blown 5-amp fuse, performed a thorough leak test, found no discernible leak, and added the refrigerant the system needed. He also cleaned my 5-ton condenser from the inside and outside, improving that system from about a 14-15-degree split to 20 degrees. Lonnie was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. He explained what he was seeing, answered all of my questions, and used actual measurements instead of trying to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. After a lot of online research and conversations with people I know, I narrowed it down to three companies and asked each of them for a quote. Team Enoch's quote was the lowest. They also offered the highest-rated system (an 18.1 SEER 4-ton unit versus a 15.5 SEER 3.5-ton unit) and the longest warranty. On top of that, they offered an off-season discount and had the strongest online reviews of the three. Because my old system was still running, we scheduled the replacement for the first week of October. Three weeks before that date, the old unit died. I called Team Enoch, and even though it was after normal service hours, they sent a technician, Eduardo, to look at it. He confirmed that repairing it wouldn't make economic sense. Even though the job was already booked for October, they moved me up to their first available dates and still honored the off-season discount. Installation is scheduled to begin in three days. Based on the professionalism and customer service they've shown so far, I'm very confident the install will go smoothly and that I'll enjoy a much improved home environment for years to come. My thanks and highest recommendation to the entire Team Enoch crew.
