We can't say enough good things about our experience with Aidan and his team. Aidan was professional, responsive, provided valuable suggestions and accommodating. Whenever you open walls there is always a high chance that you might need to repair certain things that you didn't plan or you might want to add to the scope of work. Every time something came up Aidan immediately reached out and made suggestions/explained if we needed to do something. The solutions did not end up costing us an arm and a leg. We also added to the scope of work several times and he was very accommodating. I've used GC's in the past who would be very difficult to work with and at times would cause more issues. I highly recommend using HB for any work you need on your home.

We ended up getting 6x9 venetian pavers for only 0.99/piece. That's a huge steal comparing to Home Depot selling them for 3.28/piece. They also offers shipping for only $200. We're about to get Over 1,000 pieces delivered. I'm not sure how their delivery services will be so we'll wait for a separate review on that. 2) Customer service: Dejhunae is attentive and caring. She called not one, but 4 other branches all around California to help us get the amount we needed for our project. She checked in with the vendors to ordered extra because the venetian pavers are discontinued. She makes the entire ordering process easy despite the low inventory. Please give her a raise. I never seen an employee more dedicated to an order and customer than her. She is just the sweetest! I'll be ordering more items from Contractors' Warehouse for other projects. Tips: They're offering 10% off for new customers so sign up for rewards!

I finished the renovation and am happy with the result. Big "thank you" to Rebecca.

One day was a Saturday and I went and bought some Simpson metal brackets. They were right in front of a sticker that said 1.67 each so I grabbed like 30. When I checked out I looked at my receipt and it showed they charged me 3.67 each. I went back and they said the sku doesn't match what the placard priced had it as. I got my money back and went to Lowes. This sunday we went to get some paving stones for a project. They told us to go to the warehouse and someone would write up a ticket. There was no one in the warehouse. We went back to the front desk and asked for assistance and they said they will call the employee. The radio he should have answered was just sitting on a desk. We waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. I had parked my truck inside a gated area. When we went to leave there was no one at the guard booth and we couldn't get out. I went inside the booth looking for a switch to let us out. A guard came out and asked for our ticket, I said no one helped us so we are leaving. They still made us wait until the warehouse person could write our vehicle down. I told them we didn't have anything and they could look because once again we were going to Lowes. The whole weekend staff is a joke and they just sit around the desks in the front and gossip. No one is trying to help customers. I suggest closed your. building on weekends.

The…read morecabinets and engineered stone counters were from FGY and were very reasonably priced for the quality. Our order was fairly large as we added an island and a whole new wall of cabinets on the other side of the room with pantries and upper/lower cabinets with glass doors and wine racks. My contractor, who works for a high end construction company, thought the box construction of the cabinets was very good considering these are not custom made cabinetry. Let's be honest, I have done my share of kitchen remodels for 20+ years in rental properties, so cheap Chinese cabinetry I am quite familiar with. So, I was leery as to how the look would come out since I wanted to use materials that are appropriate for my home that is in the 1.5M to 2M market. Would my kitchen scream "Chinese cabinets used here!"? I have to say, a resounding NO!!! We went with the white raised panel cabinets for the nice detail (tired with the shaker look) and paired it with black counters and the kitchen is quite stunning with just the led lights in the glass door cabinets and under cabinets on at night. Robert assisted us from start to finish and he was very patient and helpful. We made many alterations over the course of a few months and he was very understanding. Thanks Robert!!!! I would certainly recommend that you check out FGY for your cabinets and counters before any of the other frankly Chinese supply shops around the Bay (Sincere is way too expensive). I won't knock FGY for it but I would say their cabinet handles/knob selection is limited in my opinion. Now, this seemed to be a common problem with a lot of the shops since they didn't have much in stock either. I ended up finding some really nice knobs/cup pulls from Amazon.

This was the third project they have completed for us, and they continue to deliver outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service every single time. For this remodel, they fabricated and installed beautiful countertops throughout our home, including our kitchen and multiple bathrooms. The quality of their work is exceptional. Every seam, edge, and finish is flawless, and the attention to detail is second to none. The finished product completely transformed our home. A special thank you goes to Aldrin, who is absolutely incredible. He is committed to making sure every project is completed perfectly and on time, no matter what it takes. During our remodel, at the last minute we added the powder room we needed within 48 hours. Even though they were already extremely busy, Aldrin immediately found time to fabricate the countertop and found someone to remove the old countertop without breaking the existing wall to wall mirror, and install the new countertop so our project stayed on schedule. That kind of responsiveness, problem-solving, and dedication is incredibly rare. They consistently put their customers first. Their pricing is very reasonable, they communicate exceptionally well, they show up when they say they will, and they consistently deliver exactly what they promise. After three projects together, they have earned our complete confidence and trust. If you're looking for beautiful countertops and a company that truly stands behind its work, Plamar Fabrication is the team to call. They never disappoint, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The high standard that Aldrin and his team have set make it impossible to consider someone else.
