I just had a full sculptured acrylic set put on and I honestly felt so rushed, like the lady couldn't wait to get to her next client. If you are fussy about details as I am, this is not the place for you. I left with acrylic pieces still on the sides of my fingers and the sides weren't polished properly.. I am debating whether to go to another nail salon to have them put the finishing touches on it and smooth these out! As I said if you are picky, I don't know about their pedicures, but if you are looking for a manicure I would recommend you keep looking. read more

I was there about a week ago to get my nails done, I don't know who did my nails but she did a good job. Anyways, long story short I broke a nail and just wanted to get it fixed. When I walked in they asked who did them and I just said I don't remember, it doesn't matter who fixes it. After I waited 15 minutes, the girl who was newly available, decided to take the people who just walked in (without an appointment). I waited another 5 and then left. Worst customer service, I work in the Industry and I know how salons work. AND I WORK IN THE PLAZA. I will not be sending anyone here. And my nail still isn't fixed. read more

I took my daughter to Lysa nails for her birthday she had a full set of acrylics done They fell off in less than a week I brought her back in they said that they told me that the nails were going to fall off. I said to them I would not have had the nails done if I was told they would just fall off. They are liars that do not stand behind their work. First time here and didn't like the service at all. I was served by Kim and I asked her for pedicure and full set acrylic nails. She push the gel on top of the acrylic and I agreed on it but I was very specific that I want my nails thin, don't like and don't want thicker but it seems like she doesn't understand the concept of thin. When she asked me to pay she literally asked for tip in cash and I said that I didn't have cash she gave a ugly face and attitude, I got caught off guard when she actually asked how much tip she could put in my card, I was totally disgusted by her but anyway I told her to charge an extra $5 on top of my bill that came out to be $62. When I look the nails close I was able to noticed that she left extra acrylic under my nails so o asked her if she could fine it with the machine and she complained about it: "Ohhh you making me do extra work" ... I didn't reply because I was pissed already. So for you that is looking for a new place stay away or go with somebody else maybe you have a better luck. read more

If I could leave less than 1 stars I would the service is unbelievably unprofessional! Annie is who couldn't be bothered to get off the phone while she repaired a nail that broke after a week. When I said something to her about being unprofessional she started yelling across the store at me. Then she processed to go out front and speak bad about be "because why should I have to get off the phone it was only 1 nail and now it's fixed" her words! This is how customers are treated my daughter, my mother and myself will NOT be returning. I will drive out of my way to be treated better. I also will be telling the people I recommend this place to the treatment they can expect from the staff here. read more

Worst service ever. I was treated terribly because I wanted a manicure and did not want gel or Nexgen. I explained that I previously had Nexgen but it made my nails brittle and I just wanted polish. Then she accused me of not wanting to pay the $35. It was definitely not about the money. She put lotion on my hands, had me wash them, and painted them. Luckily I keep my nails manicured or they would be all different shapes and sizes. read more

I saw this nail shop passing by one day as I was going to Subway next door and decided that the next time I would use them for my services as it is closer to my home. During my lunch break today, I decided to stop in to have my nex-gel nails removed, if I liked what I saw, I would return later to have them replaced on Saturday when I had more time. I was serviced immediately which was nice. But the manicurist took no care at all removing my nails. She yanked, tugged and pulled. I even snatched my hand back several times letting her know that it hurt. She could have cared less. I then explained that she was cutting into my skin and they were my real nails no tips or acrylic. It didn't seem to bother or phase her. When my fingers began to bleed, she told me to go wash my hands and return. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

After going back and forth what i wanted i wanted regular acrylics and they kept pushing for me to do some powder dip... after i said NO 5 times! Went with my mom, best part my mom gets told she must be born with a short finger... umm her fingers have been fine for 50 yrs lol .. wtf then she tells my mom the lady doing my nails will finish her nails... then pulls out the machine to file and starts to do her own nails... wheres the customer service... anyways im at anothrr nail salon for them to fix what this place did. read more

Came in on Friday at 12 with my mom and sister for mani pedi's, was told to come back at 2 pm. Came back at 2 pm, the girl who started my gel nails was told by the owner that she had to go pick up the owners son and she was not even done with my nails yet. Nail tech leaves while the owner sits in the front doing nothing instead of going to get her kid herself. Owner tells me the nail tech will be back in 10 minutes and puts me in the pedi spot for my feet to soak while I wait. 35 minutes later and the nail tech still had not come back from picking up the child. No one offered to do my toes even though there were 4 other nail techs doing nothing. I got up to leave, they all look at me and no one said anything. Even as I paid for my nails, I did not even get an apology. Now three days later, the polish has cracked under the top coat. Very upset that I wasted money read more

We will not come back. I should have read the reviews. .. No foot/leg massage... unless you count the one handed leg rub both legs at a time for about 30 seconds. Plastic basin cover kept creeping up around my feet in the water... she then just tuned off the water jets and told me not to move my feet. No leg lotion... rinsed toes with cold water...One leg wrapped with hot towel ...the she cleaned up the overflow from not turning water off...then came back and covered other leg...feet left out, never wrapped. She began the polishing, but I had to ask her to remove the now cold wet towels from my legs. Wow.... $22 for that....AND.....my husband got pedi at same time....kind of.... he waited in the next chair for about 15 min before water bin was filled to soak. He got lotion and no polish...when he was asked if he wants them buffed, he said yes. She then said $3 extra...forget that! He was charged $22 also... They even had a sign posted that if you are unhappy call a number...what business has a sign like that up? Perhaps one that gets a lot of complaints? ???. I will NEVER return. read more

I wish I could give no stars, but 1 was the lowest I could go. Do not go here it's the most unprofessional and rude customer service I ever experienced. I took my daughter to get nexgen nails with tips done and it was very rushed and sloppy. When asked how long she wanted them, Linda her nail tech, cut them shorter and said its looks better that way. She left her nails cut crooked and with chips on the side. She also had the nails glued to her skin overlapping her real nails they were too wide and looked horrible. When we spoke to the owner Lysa she argued with us and told us there are no refunds insinuating I have money problems! She said there's nothing wrong with my daughters nails without even looking at them. She then continued to rant in her native tongue and slammed things throughout the store. She wanted to redo her nails, but after her rant there was no way! I took her to get her nails done where she always goes and never has problems, where they actually take their time and do it right. I told the owner Lysa to keep her money, I will just leave a bad review online, she said people always do that...seriously?! When I told her to talk to my wife on the phone she wouldn't talk to her and handed me a refund receipt real quick, good idea on her behalf, as I don't wish my wife being upset at someone to my own worst enemy!! This was very uncomfortable for me and my 16 year old daughter. 1st and last time we ever go here! read more

This is the worst run nail salon I have ever been too. Appointments are never kept or run on time. Every nail tech rushes through the service to get to the next client. I have seen numerous people walk out. The turnover is unbelievable. Everytime I found a nail tech I liked, the next time she was gone. The worst person in that salon is the so called "manager". Her name is Kim. She needs to be educated in manners. I will never go back there or recommend this salon. read more
