I really liked the crab paste noodle soup -- broth was not too salty and the noodles and toppings were all yummy. It's a huge portion too. We also got fresh grilled pork rolls which had a bit too much vermicelli, and I think I prefer shrimp rolls a bit more with the peanut sauce so I'll get that next time. I was really craving pho so I decided to check out Ly's. My initial impression was that the food was priced reasonably considering the area. I ordered the beef pho combo, and my husband ordered a roll. Unfortunately the roll was very bland. He could only eat one before losing his appetite. It wasn't visually appealing and didn't taste good. For the pho, the broth was very flavorful. However, the toppings plate with bean sprouts and herbs was quite small. I came here on a Friday night with my friends because we were craving warm, comforting soup on that chilly night. We walked to this place since we were in the area. Street parking seemed difficult since everyone was going out that night. For us, we took the muni here, so we didn't have to worry about it. I've only ever ordered the garlic noodles and egg rolls. Both of these are consistently good. I like the flavor of the garlic noodles and beef, but the beef itself isn't super tender.
