Honestly so surprised at how good this place was. My friend and I desperately needed a new set of SNS nails on a Thursday night after work so we came to this place. I made an appointment maybe an hour before and the girl on the phone was so nice. The place itself was quite small and they didn't have more than 10 powder options for SNS. If you are looking for a spacious and serene salon - this one is not for you. Especially when the breakroom they heat up fish in is right next to your seat. Despite the size, it was a great pedicure and I didn't get that snotty feel. The price is very reasonable too. read more

I love this place. I moved here in the summer so I had to hunt for a place I felt comfortable and did a good job. The ladies are always so nice. And they engage in getting to know you. And the best part, I've always loved my manis and pedis. They tend to always be busy. Given their location that shouldn't be a shocker. And the place is small and pretty basic. I don't mind it though. I'm going for a manicure and pedicure, not a spa to be pampered. I go somewhere else for that. I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

I wanted to try LV Nails because its one of the nail salons open til 7 in Round Rock but I am not very happy with my nails. I was able to get in immediately when I walked in. I got a full set with color. The gentleman took his time but was kind of harsh on my hands. The color he did could of used 1 more coat and I felt rushed while I was sitting waiting for them to dry. I will probably just continue to go to my regular nail salon where I know I will get great service and great nails. read more

The ladies that did mine & my sister's nails were nice, but my nails just look terrible. I got a full acrylic set - paid $30 even tho there was a sign that said it was only $25. I have bumps and dips in my nails, there was tons of extra glue under my nails and on my skin...I'm really just unhappy with how they turned out. read more

They took forever, there was no bactrecide in sight and I was almost ready to gnaw my own hand off at the wrist just to get out of there. They overcharged me, the sign said $30 for solar nails and they charged me $40. They both worked on me and it took an hour and a half and simply because the guy was so inept with the materials that it was caked on and lumpy and took forever to file down. Did I mention the table I had to rest my wrists on for that long didn't have the wrist cushion? I go to Rio Nails usually and that's where I'll be going back to, don't be tempted by their mall convenience or late hours like I was, they aren't worth it and I hope they can't make their rent and have to close down or the health department shuts them down. My nails are less than a week old and already lifting, they're also too long and not the right shape (I wanted round but I guess they can only do square and I wasn't about to stay another hour and walk them through the process.) I've lived in five different states and hunted for a great nails salon in each one of them and I have to say next to having my toes sliced open at a Wal-Mart nail place (something to do while getting my oil changed), I've never had a worse experience and I've been at this for ten years now. I think it's a married couple that runs the place, judging by their obvious disdain for one another and though I can't speak their language I'm pretty sure the wife was berating the guy the whole time he was attempting to do my nails. Not that I blame her, he sucked but she wasn't much better when she grabbed my hand and started helping him out. I honestly can't say enough bad things about this place, just don't do it folks. So terrible. Do they know how to do nails? I went to LV nails at the outlet mall. The owner did my nail, he did my set for more than 1 hours and 30 mins. It came out so uneven, thick and ugly. While I was there, one lady came in and complain that his wife burn her skin when she did her wax. She asked them anyway to cure it, They did not even look at her. If you want to have a ugly nail or burn skin, come to them. They will help you. It was a waste of time and money to go there. By the way, my nail lift by the next day. read more

A group of friends were coming into town for a bachelorette party. They wanted mani/pedis as part of their weekend. I contacted a salon closer to their Round Rock hotel and they wouldn't make appointments for 11 people on a Saturday at 11 a.m. LV Nails, however, made appointments for us. They even called to confirm the day before the appointment. They were able to get everyone in on time or even early (even with the mall crowded for tax free weekend). I was very pleased with the spa pedicure I had here. The woman who did it took her time with my cuticles and trimming my nails, and the massage felt great! When it came time for the polish, she did a base coat, THREE coats of color, and the top coat. I haven't had any chips or peeling yet and it's been a week. I made an appointment for a pedicure, and checked to make sure it was all confirmed the day before. When walked in, they were very busy. I understand how the nail industry can be, I'm a nail technician myself. After waiting about 10 minutes, they finally took me back to the pedicure chair to soak my feet. After about 20 minutes, they still had not gotten to me yet. Meanwhile to entertain myself I'm watching Netflix, next thing I know it's been another 15 minutes and still no one has came to do my pedicure. I asked how much longer it would be, she said just a minute. I waited, ten minutes go by, nothing. No one should ever wait that long. I packed up my stuff and left. I made an appointment for a reason, I had another appointment shortly after. Again I'm a nail technician, I understand, but that is unprofessional. If you are not going to honor your appointments, don't make them. Appointments should always come before a walk in. If you know you have an appointment coming in, you don't take a walk in if it will overlap and interfere with the appointment. Common sense. Had a French Manicure here a week ago. Found blue fibers in the white part after getting home, then within 24 hours it had started chipping. By day 4 it was mostly gone. Very poor quality. read more

Well the only reason I gave it a 1 star was because I have to .... Where do I start ? So we go in the older lady sees me and my sisters tells up can u come back in 29 min so we go we come back there helping other people have up sitting down for another 45 min then one girl comes start doing my sisters nails doesn't do my other sisters nails until she was finally done with my first sisters nails so at this point I've been waiting almost 2 hours for mine and I'm commenting to my sister I'm done I'm not doing my nails anymore I was so mad whatever another lady comes starts working on my nails I'm really goofy and I laugh a lot so I'm doing my nails trying to forget that fact that I've been waiting almost 2 and a half hours to get mine done and the lady ask my sister if I was drunk ... Horrible place!!! When I came in I asked how much a set of acrylic nails are the lady tells me $25. There are two signs in the store that say acrylic nails $25 and one that says special: white tip acrylic nails $25 (which is what I got). When I check out the guy who did my nails told me $30 and when I asked him why and pointed at the signs and told him what the lady said he said that lady doesn't know what she's talking about! The service was really bad, and my nails looked really bad. I said I wanted a design, but they made the design themselves and it was the same color as the polish. I thought that after 2 weeks I would be less disgusted by the service and treatment at the nail salon, but yet, I am still horrified. I warn you to NEVER go here. The Service was just pathetic. The pedicure that lady did was just so bad that I did not get any of my cracks removed. The nail coloring was not good at all and had to end up doing my pedicure as well as nail coloring again after paying high amount to them. Will never go again! read more

Don't waste your money service is just plain horrible. $35 dollars for a full set of nails that will chip and crack in 2 days. Poor communication, the nail tech could care less about her poor work and will do nothing to fix it and her only response will be "not my fault not my problem". Don't even ask for a manager or owner because she wears all hats. She looks so nice but was just plain rude I asked for a new coat of polish I even said it's ok I will pay the difference. She ignored me and wanted to pain over the old chunky polish. I asked her 2 more times and then all mad she removed the old polish and told me once more it wasn't her fault. I saw she was upset and frustrated I then told her I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude or to upset you she once again ignored me. Any ways to the point this place gives you horrible service, horrible product and no management. This place is also connected to Lv nails & spa in burnet which has no owner or manager. What a bad experience. We called 3 days ahead for mani/pedis for 3 people, my sister my mom and me. Owner took appt and said it would be no problem, we could show up at 3:30. When we got there (10 min early) they said that they had too many walkins and could not do all of us, only could do 1 then and 2 of us in an hour. Seriously? When we made appt 3 days in advance for 3 people? The VERY rude lady that was "helping" us then got mad when we said that we had appts and wanted them to be honored and called her manager, put him on the phone with us. He pretty much said too bad, the walkins had been waiting and would be seen and we would be "worked in" as they could get to us. When my mom tried to keep talking to him he hung up on her. we were so frustrated and disappointed, had driven from 45 min away in central Austin to meet up here for a special afternoon together and it was ruined by these EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional people. Will never attempt to go there again and i hope they go out of business. AVOID. read more
