I've now been to this place 3x , the first time I was given a full set with the French tip done incorrectly. I then came in a 2cd time and my service was paused over 3x so the technician could handle other business. When removing my nails they made fun of the design and asked where I had went. I felt very uncomfortable considering I had been wearing these nails for 3 weeks. I then got my toes done as well & two of them chipped & two completely popped off within 2 days. I went in today to get my toes fixed and I had called letting them know what had happened. They said they'd fix it for free. This place price gauges worse than a celebrity nail shop. I am never going back. I literally was a customer here for roughly 2 years and I have seen the prices jump astronomically I had half a broken nail and they charged me $20 for 1 nail. Short French not even a whole nail or work. But they have slowly lost business from me over the past 3 months but now I am done with them for good! After spending hundreds of dollars here I honestly thought I would have gotten better customer service not only that but only the owner speaks any English so good luck trying to converse over what you are looking for. As nails are a luxury and not a necessity for me when I am paying for a service and especially high price I expect to be able to get what I ask for delivered. They are slowly getting worse and worse as far as work, and the customer service here. The only time I was honestly accommodated as a customer was when the owner gave me a pedicure (only polished my nails) instead of charging me $55 or $65 I was only charged $20 for a toe polish! Yeah this nailshop is a joke and especially to be in such prime location. I also am not a person that wants to sit in a chair for a 2 hour lash fill or short set of nails. My nail techs that I prefer are half the price and time! 45 min to an hour plus the quality of work is honestly worth more than i have ever gotten from LV nails. I was shopping and luckily I had a lot of that day. I decided to get my nails done and I was surprised to see the rates - They were pretty reasonable. It's a small shop nothing fancy. They had couple of customers for pedicure and manicure. I decided to get a Gel manicure. The young girl was sweet and told me to decide a color. It was a quick one, din took much time. Very basic soaking , filing and gel procedure and for the price I felt excellent... To my disappointment - Not even 24 hours .. just after my shower the next day my gel paint came off completely from couple of my fingers !!! It seemed to be a thick layer that just came off. A week and everything was off. Probably they use some cheap brand of gel polish.. I could had better just done polish myself and I bet that would had stayed more than definitely 2 days !!! Excellent service and impeccable technical skill. While they lack SNS colors, their attention to detail is bar none. They are very humble, pleasant, and appreciative of the business. I'm a perfectionist and often have to ask the nail tech to make corrections to sloppy work. I didn't have to ask Son to do anything. He was intuitive to my current nail shape and shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them without me having to say a word. The nails are thin and well done. For the price I paid and how my nails came out it was not worth it. I spent about $75 with tip for ombré nails the lady convinced me to do. I wanted regular acrylic ombré but she insisted that the dip was better. Anyways, they came out not blended and super thick. I tried to "trust the process" but the end result wasn't the best. I left with very bulky nails because they add too much acrylic powder. I spent 1.5 hours in the salon for a mani and pedi. I had to go back the next day to get the mani fixed. Walked in this place while shopping here at the outlet malls. Shellac mani & spa pedi for $50. I am having a hard time unlocking my $5 off Yelp offer.. Hope they honor it! This place isn't really all that clean but the gals are kind and sweet. Being in this location across from BCBG & MK I would definitely suggest some spring cleaning and maybe some wine options. I am sitting here getting a pedi with no chair massage... They did use sanitized utensils but the buffer and file are used.. My pet peeve... I typically go to Linda's Nails up the street in Georgetown but they couldn't get me in right now :( They use new buffer and files every time. read more

Came here at 8:20 pm for an upper lip wax and two toenails to be repainted and was told they didn't have enough time to do it when they close at 9 pm. The fact that their hours state they close at 9 and turn people away 40 MINUTES away, I would not recommend. I can only imagine what else they do to customers. read more

This place was packed today (a Sunday) when I went to get a manicure, and although we called ahead, my friend and I both had to wait about 20-30 minutes to get our nails done. She got a pedicure and I got a manicure but they let me sit in a massage chair while I waited which was nice. The girl who did my manicure was quiet but very nice. She did a great and very thorough job. Many places I've gone in the past I've been disappointed with how they neglected my cuticles, but she did a good job of really getting them under control. She also did a great job on the French manicure paint job. I even enjoyed the hand massage more than usual! It felt nice on my swollen pregnant hands. Overall I will definitely go back again for another manicure. The prices are fair and the only downside was how small the building is and the wait. read more

Went in on a Tuesday at 12:45 to get mine and a friends nails done and they told me it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait and to walk around the mall if We could. So two and a half hours they never called and we finally walked past the place only for them to be completely empty. So I called and the answer I got was we forgot to call you. They have their specials located on the window, which is what got my attention -- but beware -- they were not good for Saturday (which is when I went in) -- a little disappointing, but the prices weren't so bad and the staff was friendly. They are BUSY! Hey! Truthfully, I never write reviews on Yelp, but when I saw how low the ratings were, I had to write it. I'm nineteen, and I've been to many different nail salons before. This place, though, was my favorite. I hadn't planned on getting my nails done, but my mom and I were at the Round Rock Outlets and decided 'why not'. Sure, the place, when you first enter, doesn't seem as pristine or shiny as the other nail places, but I think that's what make LV a bit more special! It has personality. I got a regular spa pedicure, and the lady who assisted me was named Jo. My feet are somewhat sensitive, so I'm quite used to flinching away from filing and buffing, but Jo was amazing. She took her time and her hands were so gentle. When it got to the massage, she did it so well that I felt so relaxed. I never got that feeling before during pedicures. Normally they're rushed and trying to get the next client in. Jo took her time, and she was super sweet and gentle. I was a bit skeptical when I first entered because the nail polishes seemed a bit old, but Jo made sure they looked smooth on my nails instead of clunky! Keep in mind, it was also a slow day. I went at Tuesday morning, so if you go during a busy hour, don't be too upset if the ladies are a little rushed. Nevertheless, I'm super happy with the massage and the entire experience! My on and off nail place for a few years, hours are great because they are open until 9pm which is a bonus since other places close at 7ish. I always get shellac manis here, not other services. I have found in most cases they prefer to not let the foils sit to remove the shellac but leave on 5-10 ish minutes then file the nails. They also do a 30 second lotion and cuticle massage I went two months ago and it chipped within a week (I type most of the day but keep them fairly short). I ended up just removing myself since I was busy with work. Then I had them done last Thursday and by Friday morning the tips of the shellac had chipped off over half of the nails. I called on Monday and asked for a callback, the woman on the phone who answered said she didn't speak English and someone would call me back. I never received a call back. I then called on Tuesday and made an appt to get them repaired. Mind you, 6 out of 10 nails total were chipped and 2 broke since the polish was missing from the end. The same lady greeted me when I walked in and proceeded to ask me "repair?" I said yes, but could I do new polish. She gave me the colors to choose from and again said "repair?" I said, yes, THIS one, pointing to my new choice. I continually tip 25-30% and did on my first order. She went through the long process of removing the shellac and then repainted them. Then she said $20. I said "wait, they chipped, really, $20??" She smiled and laughed and called another girl who came over. Then she said "if you choose new color, $20". I said no one told me this and she said sorry, "$20". At this point I have spent $40 the first time ($10 tip!) and now $20 plus tip (which I still tipped her $7 on $20?) Then the lady who did my nails pointed to the camera and said "she watching, have to charge" (how unprofessional, considering you are providing a service). If it were me I would have gotten on the phone and called the owner to approve a comp or a reduced price! Ridiculous considering they lasted 1 day!! You've lost my business LV because of the poor quality of your services, unreliability with customer service and unable to communicate effectively with your customers. read more

I came in for a basic manicure. Two concerns. The tech cut s little too close on my cuticles and it bled. Secondly, as my nails were drying I watched her take the clippers and other tools too the sink and just rinse them off. No autoclave or other disinfecting. Hubby and I drove into town from Waco for Greek food and I needed a mani/pedi SOO badly. I called the salon an hour ahead and scheduled an appointment. When I walked in I didn't have to wait (but people who came in after me, did. I'd recommend making an appointment). My nail tech (her name sounds like 'My') did an amazing job. I am a perfectionist and this was just perfect! I got the shellac mani and the spa pedicure. She spent so much time on my cuticles, best mani I've ever had. I am very, very happy with this salon! The people are so, so, so nice. The prices are so affordable ($20 for gel, $30 for gel and manicure). They have over 100 gel colors to choose from! The woman in her 50's did my manicure and Louis painted my nails. They, by the way, look so pretty and shiny. Their English is good, you can actually understand them and vice versa. The salon is small so I'm sure if you go on a weekend or prime time, you'll have to wait for awhile. Also, when they took my nail polish off (it was previous gel) they soaked them off the RIGHT way with cotton and foil. I don't give 5 stars out often but I do feel this salon deserves them.
