I get changes can happen and that's fine if properly communicated. I already found another cleaning service who handled my concerns clearly and timely while also being sure to actually confirm the time of appointment in multiple ways. I do not recommend this team purely based on their coordination, I'm sure their cleaning capabilities are fine but you better be over communicating with them to get the right work done. I used Yelp to look at 8-9 different house cleaning providers in the area, read all of the reviews, asked about prices, etc. I found that Ana's Detailed House Cleaning presented as the best option for me: prices were reasonable, ratings and reviews indicated they did good work and had been doing it for quite a few years, and above all else they were very responsive over Yelp's messaging service. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. They were also friendly to my cats. I'm looking forward to having them come regularly.

The most impressive thing of all is that they managed to clean our kitchen hood. We rent and when we moved in six years ago it was already dripping grease, it was so gunked up (like, it was literally coming out of the light and fan switches). We hired cleaners when we first moved in but they looked at the hood and said it couldn't be done, so ever since we never bothered to clean it or look into getting it cleaned. Response to business owner: I'm not sure why you assumed I had budget restraints. I'm concerned now about bias. This was for weekly service 3X per week (every 2-3 days). After waiting 90 minutes and with the cleaners nowhere to be seen and the movers arriving soon, I had to cancel the scheduled cleaning service. There was no apology or accountability for their lack of punctuality and dishonesty. I cannot recommend Patricia's Cleaning Services to anyone.
