WHY IS MY NAIL LEANING?!

This is the WORST nail salon I've EVER been to. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY. How are you rude and you do a piss poor job on a manicure! I gave this place 3 visits. Rude all 3 times, nails were horrible all 3 times. That shop is always empty for a reason.

I have never been able to find a reasonably priced nail place till I came here. Amy is amazing and takes so much time on your nails so they are perfect! I was expecting it to be like 80$ because of how perfect she was making them and they were 45!!! It is amazing here and I will be coming back!

I have been going here for years, but never again. I came in today with a friend to get an acrylic fill with gel polish. All started well, but towards the end of my appointment I noticed that there was some discoloration and lifting from the previously existing acrylic. I mentioned this to my technician and he did not fix it. When I left an unhappy review, he told me to come back so that he could fix his mistakes. Upon my return, he was extremely stand-offish and immediately told me that my nails were not his fault. He then proceeded to say that he would not fix them and that the only thing he could offer was a repolish at the cost of $30 (not including the $50 I had already paid). I told him that I was very upset and disappointed, but neither him or the other technicians were willing to fix my manicure. Not only was the manicure poor, but so was the customer service.

The worst pedicure I have ever had!! I went on Friday afternoon and was able to be seen right away for a pedicure. The gentlemen doing my toes handed me a book of polishes (gel) to choose from and I selected 032. Once the color was on it didn't match the book after 4 coats!! I completed and he never offered to remove it and switch it. He simply said "the book is old"..THEN I paid extra for the callous removal and he said mine were "too thick" and he couldn't get it all.. I went home and had to finish the job myself! $53 for the worst pedicure ever. I told them I will never be back! Photo is of my nails 4 days later- the color has completely changed and is SO faded!

I got a quick gel manicure with two colors and the staff was quiet but friendly and my manicure came out nicely. There was no wait and I was a walk in. I don't get my nails done often but it was reasonably priced with good service.

This place is awesome! Friendly staff, updated technology, and in a clean atmosphere. I was referred here to see Nicole to do my nails and I'll never see anyone else. She is by far the best and always does the best styles for me. 5 stars from me!!

I don't even know where to begin. I'm not someone who complains about businesses, but if I could do zero stars I would. I had a super young looking girl who put about 8 coats of nail polish on the first time I went (the white and teal nails), within 3 days I had 2 chipped nails, and 3 where the polish ended up peeling completely off. I went back in for them to fix, and they were going to charge me $25 for a COLOR CHANGE, even though my nails were messed up after 3 days and I obviously wanted to change the color so the same thing wouldn't happen (I thought maybe it was the polish that was bad). They ended up "fixing" them for free (the pink polish), after I explained again at the check out that it wasn't my fault they needed fixed so early. Since I ended up with the same girl, 1 day after she fixed them, I had 2 more nails chip, and you can SEE where the acrylic is SUPER thick on one side, and thin on the other (where it keeps chipping and breaking my nail). My middle finger is so lumpy that you can see/feel it. I had to cut 3 of my nails down now to prevent the acrylic from chipping further. I've never had this much of an issue anywhere else and I've been getting my nails done a long time. Never had a complaint until I went to this salon. Will NOT be going back and making sure I tell everyone I know, not to bother with this place.

I know I don't have nice hands to begin w/, but really, is that what a manicure should look like?

When you need to file your own nails at the salon because they can't file them round w square edges, and you have to wash off your lotion after your 30 second massage (not exaggerating), and the buffing machine burns your fingernails, you don't need to go back. $40 bucks for a basic mani-pedi, never again.

Pretty toes and nails, fresh from yesterday.

I actually moved out of the Robinson area recently and into the city, but I still make the trip to get my nails done here.

HOWEVER I will not be returning after leaving tonight feeling so disrespected. This has been brewing for a while. They have really started "nickel and diming" people and that's even after their prices went up significantly! I book an acrylic refill with gel manicure for $50. My nails had already been shaped almond during my previous visit when I paid over $100 for a full set. I got no designs. No special polish. Nothing. My bill has now jumped to $65 and then my intelligence is insulted cause I'm told that's a "discount". That it shoulda been more. FOR WHAT?! I pull up the menu. Extra length is $5. Shape is $5. He claims the length of my nails are $15 alone. How they get you is they put a "+" behind these "extras" with no perimeters to guide them meaning they can make up whatever they want. Please don't make things up as you go. Picture below of my nails. He proceeds to claim he "discounted" me on the bill like I'm now supposed to be grateful it wasn't more! He claims the shape - how when they were already shaped! I didn't change the shape nor did I have them cut shorter. He the claims I shoulda been charged to cut my cuticles. That is included in a manicure AND not listed as an extra. Again, gaslit and insulted. At this point I'm upset because now I'm consistently being gaslit and played as a person who doesn't want to pay what they are supposed to pay when I am a regular customer who always pays my tab and tip always. I have just started to call them out on their horrible business practices and they don't want anyone to challenge their made up rules and if you do, it's you that's the problem. He had the audacity to tell me not to come back. Considering how long I've been going there and how much money I've been swindled out of, I'm mad at myself for patronizing them for so long.

They do a great job & have a loyalty program. If you have a specific technician, they're normally close to on time or even early. I like the music they play and the chairs are comfortable. I should have trusted my instinct and walked out. There were no sanitary measures, the pedicure bath was dirty; I saw the clippings from the previous customer. I was about to leave but I figured I'd give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she'd clean the bay? Nope. It did not seem as though sanitation was a priority at all. It seems like all the tools are not sanitized, there was a UV sterilizer but it looked like it was for show. The tools she pulled were in her basket already and looked dirty. I was repulsed but committed. I figured she'd wash them, but no. Everything was going fine until... the nail tech pulled at my inner corners of the nail, claiming I had an ingrown nail. It hurt A LOT! She did not ask me if it was ok to work on it. She yanked at it & I'm worried as heck that I'm going to get an infection. I didn't say anything because it was too late. And, I felt like it would have been an awkward encounter after a previous awkward encounter when I asked to cut my toes shorter and she adamantly said no. I feel bad writing this, but, the business needs to hear this feedback. Toe infections are real, and sanitation measures need to be taken seriously. If working on an ingrown, disposable tools should be used. Both toes and they are throbbing now. She was not gentle when moving my feet, the massage was effortless. There were no prices posted, but the gel pedicure was $58. All in all, I would not recommend this nail salon. If I get an infection, I'll update this post but I'll spare you the pus. At the end, I did ask for her to spray my nails with alcohol & she was very confused and told me I didn't need that. Update: yes it's infected, and now have to go to the doctor.
