Garlic lovers

Just wanted to update I haven't been here for a while. Came back and got pretty good service, typical American Thai, setting - Definitely has some Thai decor... And the food is pretty good. I asked for the level five spicy and they did not deliver on heat... So the spice level is definitely not there. but overall, a decent option for lunch. And I don't believe the portions match the price they charge. I left wanting more food.

Food was really good and service pleasant but I am freezing cold. Make sure to bring your coat and maybe a lamp blanket.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes it's good other times it's bad. Wish for some consistent meals or even open times.

Panasia - Chicken Teriyaki Yakisoba

Panasia

Food is excellent, the specials are always fresh. Staff is friendly! We go here all the time to eat.read more

This is the second time we've ordered from Panasia inside the Silver Reef Casino in Ferndale, WA…read more It has limited hours and is only available for take-out Thursday-Sunday 4-10. Seems odd for a casino but I don't run the show. We like to get away for a night during the week every month or so and we like the Silver Reef. The take-out policy at Panasia is perfect for us. We order and bring it all back to the room anyway. Their menu is limited but they have some good stuff. I order the Mongolian Beef and we share Sweet and Sour Chicken. Mama gets the Yakisoba and we add their fried rice as well. All that feeds us twice each because we take the leftovers home the next day. Appetizers are limited to egg rolls or bbq pork. I've had both and prefer the pork with the hot mustard. The egg rolls were a little soggy last time. The MB is excellent. The right amount of green onions and the sauce is flavorful. I wanted to mention the sweet and sour chicken. They do it right. It's not just breaded chicken with that sweet red stuff drizzled on it. It's more like I remember from growing up in the SF Bay Area. The sauce was still red but it had red and green bell peppers in it with onion and pineapple chunks. Perfect. The Yakisoba is also excellent. Portions are good size and packed in plastic covered dishes. Prices are decent. At my local Chinese place in Stanwood I pay over $17 for less Mongolian Beef. Here it was less than $12 for more and it's better. When we order at our local place the bill can get over $80 fast for the same amount of food or less. Sorry there are no photos this time around. I recommend Panasia for the food alone. Being take-out only in a casino operation isn't the best concept but maybe they will open up their sit-down dining at some point. I'm not dropping a star because of the lack of dining in.

Quality of food 4* Flavor 3* on sole entree…read more Ambiance 3.5* Bar restroom 1* Overall 3.5* Lunch stop on way to Blaine and Canada. Street parking, 2hr free was easy to find before noon on a Monday. Chicken Palak spinach, ordered medium spice had just enough flame on the tongue, totally edible just not memorable with little pronounced spices other than heat. Pieces of chicken were moist and about 8 good size pcs. Downside for lunch is the same menu goes through dinner, so its pricey $13.99 Chicken and 15.99-17.99 Lamb, but includes rice, 4 triangles of nicely charred naan, raita, and a soup--a spicy black urad and pinto type bean. Still with a drink $4 Lassi and tip = $22.00 for one person, so we split an entree which should be aok if both aren't mega hungry or you take leftovers for dinner. Would liked to have tried another red curry were a more reasonable lunch price available. As expected it was a ghost town, being the sole diners. Since the doors are open, would be a better business model to make it an $7-10 meal deal with a chai or lemonade to bring the lunch crowd in, with everything on one plate, scaling down on dishware and portions. Took 15-20 mins, as only customers, so not a quick stop if you are in a lunch hurry. Server, Cashier, Cook were the owners I assume, and very nice and personable. The dining room has nice murals and comfortable booths, some Indian music would of been nice. Could hear faint commentary from a soccer game instead. There is a bar attached, dark at lunch. Dining room restroom was busy so I had the displeasure of using the grimy bar restroom, no seat covers, missing garbage can, pink industrial soap with cobweb, and mop bucket. It didn't quite set the mood that the dining room had set!

Thank you Verizon for telling me they are busy... ALWAYS busy Yeaaaah...no. No, I'm never gonna reveal who I am now cuz heck yeah I'm going back! Food's the bomb! Chai so nostalgic makes me think I'm at a train station in India... waiting ... for the train... still waiting... (OMGAWD it's been 16 hours!!! I could've walked!!! The snake charmers took off on their own **** snakes!!!) Anyway white folks get your white bread (naan) and butter chicken (shouldn't that be ghee ) but you should also try the other stuff. Because expanding your taste buds may lead to expanding your world - and you may just discover that uncle is actually a pretty nice guy who is also still learning to navigate this beautiful world we break bread on together. Ommmm.... Oh & much tastier with some spices...
