The place is beautiful. Staff is very friendly. I love that they are open until 10. I got nexgen and I thought the price was reasonable and the color selection was great. My nail tech was Christy... She was overall pretty nice and did a fantastic job. My only complaint would be that she was a little rough and cut me twice, but I'm definitely coming back. They sort of ruined my nails a few days ago, literally right before my wedding, I'm not trying to be dramatic but it was hard to communicate with what I was wanting for the look... I asked about my cuticles being trimmed before starting my nails & she made it clear that they would be trimmed during the filing process... and made my pinky & ring finger bleed & red (trimmed too much cuticle with the dremmel machine) it was painful & I did mention that my cuticles hurt, she didn't really respond or acknowledge it & still charged me full price. I am pretty unhappy with it overall right now , especially since I made it clear these are my wedding nails & to be careful with the cuticles. Updated... I added 1 star because I had went back to see if they could fix some of the edges & to let them know they caused me to bleed at the cuticles. The guys at the desk was so apologetic & had empathy. Another woman fixed it and they looked nicer that before... but she made a few other cuticles slightly bleed on the other hand. Smh. Maybe this Nexgen is not for me... I've never had it done so I don't have any other experience to compare it to. I'm used to having my cuticles pushed back & trimmed, not dremmeled with the file gun. In the end my nails looked cleaner than the first woman who did them, but my cuticles still looked abused. The ladies are so nice which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. But it was one of the worst pedicure and dip manicures I've ever had. My nails are bumpy and there are streaks all in them and my pedicure took nearly 2 hours and I've been home 2 hours and gone polish is still so gummy that 6 toenails are completely smudged. If I touch the polish it smudges. I'm going to have to take all off. The salon is so clean and beautiful but unfortunately I do not recommend. read more

So bummed!!! I REALLY want to like this place. I've been here twice and both times my nails started chipping way too soon. The first time was with gel nails, and they only lasted a week before peeling off. This time I opted for regular nail polish thinking it would last longer than the gel... nope. It started chipping in less than 10 hours! It's been two days and the polish on one of my nails actually came off by itself (I looked down at work and was shocked as I have real nails!). I'm not sure if they're just rushed or not using enough alcohol (or maybe thinning the polish?! I don't know). However, it's pretty expensive ($85 last time, $66 this time) to have your nails destroyed this quickly. Please fix this problem and you would have a loyal customer for years! read more

My experience at this salon was horrible. They were so disrespectful to us and completely wasted our time. We went a few times, hoping that it was just a fluke, but it was always the same. We made an appointment, but when we arrived they didn't have it saved. We requested ahead of time to have our hands and feet done at the same time and they promised us that was possible, but all they did was make us sit with our hands in acetone for 45 minutes while they finished our pedicures before moving onto our manicures. I truly blame the manager for how the salon is run. He is disrespectful and extremely unwelcoming. He also lies about what to expect from their services. Why is he saying that two people can work at once if they clearly can't? It's unacceptable. If you want to have a decent experience go anywhere else. If you want to waste two hours and feel like an inconvenience and a burden, this is the perfect nail salon for you! read more

It's now a week and 3 days and they all popped off. I went back in to have the design fixed only for it to peel off again and to have an attitude form the girl fixing it.... Really clean place with very nice staff! I would go back again if I had a different person to do my nails. My nails look nice but every nail is a different shape and I had square nails before this. I got nexgen powder and she curved my square nails without asking. I had Cindy and she was soooo rough that my fingers are still on fire every time I wash my hands because I got nicked in so many places. She was so rough that she started bleeding herself. I gave them three stars because I went with a friend and her nails look great, the tech she had was very detail oriented, and they were very clean. read more

This was my second time coming to this salon and I was very unhappy with the results. When I came into the salon I already had an old set of nails with tips that I wanted to get removed in order for them to be redone. My nail tech used my old tips and didn't remove the old set and then she didn't use a new set. Those nails also did not get filed or cut down for them to be maintained as they grow. She didn't ask me what I wanted and only put new fake tips on the nails that were missing. There was dip powder residue all over and underneath my nails. The shape was not what I asked for and my nails are very lumpy. and in the second picture you can see my natural nail under all the tips because she did not take off my previous tips or cut down each of the nails. What I mean by this is she used the electric filer on all the nails from my previous set but didn't fully take it off and left some of the previous color. read more

The only reason I gave a 4 rating vs a 5 is because I was treating my mom to a mani/pedi for her birthday and she was less than thrilled with her service provided by another tech. She brought a few concerns to his attention and he would scoff at each request..He did however reapply her polish evenly and remove access polish after making a formal complaint. I wanted her to enjoy this service, on me, given it was her special day as well as it being over a year since she had experienced these services due to diabetic neuropathy. Ive only been once before for a pedicure, and that was great - I got MUCH longer of a massage than expected. HOWEVER, this time is not the same..... Technician: "Phuong T" (as indicated on the receipt) My most recent event has turned me off from being a customer in the future. I got a nexgen manicure - and ACTUALLY wanted a manicure. To start, i did not get the base coat - even though I asked for it and my colleague got hers. When the technician next to him said something, he ignored her and continued with the colored powder. My nails are super thin. Then he came out with the manicure tools - he did two fingers worth of cuticles and rushed the massage. I still had lotion all over me when i left. THEN when i checked out, i knew i had 15% off when i entered a phone number. I said "hold on one moment, i have a discount to enter" - before i even typed one number of my phone, he swiped my card faster than a child running from a bee. Did not apologize. Then he stood over me, waiting for me to write out my tip - which honestly, was going to be very low. Then when i handed it back, he stared at it for a couple of minutes - then walked away, not so much as a thank you. It seemed as though the was rushed...WAY too rushed - for such expensive services. I regret paying extra for a "manicure." I regret tipping as much as i did. I wont be back. read more

Walked in at noon on a Monday, not busy at all. I came to get a NexGen nail fixed even though I didn't originally get them done at this salon. The young lady at the reception desk wasn't very welcoming and my nail technician didn't speak a word to me... I'm all about going in and getting the service you need done and get out, but I feel that I was given no interaction the whole 30 minutes I was there. Probably won't go back. read more

So many to choose from, also they have a drink list from non-alcoholic drinks to Alcoholic drinks. Their prices are average, also their spa chairs give amazing massages with built-in-remote. The ladies had me dip my both of my entire hands in acitone instead of foil, which, if you know anything you know that's bad for your skin. I was uncomfortable doing so but they insisted. I voiced I was uncomfortable and they continued to tell me to do it, after it was done they apologized. Both my Nexgen and toes chipped within a week- when I went to get them fixed they told me I was clearly lifting heavy things because I was right handed and that's where the polish chipped- in fact I'm left handed and all I did was go to a wedding. When everything chipped a 2nd time, I didn't even both to go back because it was such a hassle. I don't have time to keep going back within two weeks of getting my nails done. Worst nail experience ever. Went in for NexGen and he continuously burned my fingers with the drill while removing my old set. My nails were too thick and shaped horrendously. When I complained he got upset. Then when he attempted to fix them he created patches where there is no color. This took over 1.5 hours. At the end when I was checking out they asked if I liked my nails, I told them my experience and I still had to pay full price and was given a $10 gift certificate. No thank you.
