Also, they have a limited amount of cupcakes for walk-in customers with around 12 kinds of cupcakes on hand, so they are open until they sell out on the weekend. The pricing (in 2022) for each signature cupcake is $5.50 each, $20 for 4, $27 for 6 and $48 for 12. I stopped by Maine Girl Cupcakes at opening time and there was a line crammed into the very small shop. I picked out 6 cupcakes to enjoy back at my home which is halfway to Maine, lol. I got: Orono Oreo (cookies-n-creme cupcake, cookies-n-creme buttercream, cookies-n-creme candy bar, chocolate covered Oreo) Camper (chocolate cupcake, marshmallow buttercream, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate drizzle, marshmallows ganache, miniature chocolate bar) Cozy Cocoa (chocolate cupcake, hot cocoa buttercream, chocolate ganache drizzle, marshmallow bits) Southern Belle (red velvet cupcake, cream cheese buttercream) Best Friend's Friend (chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache drizzle, chocolate sprinkles) PB Party (chocolate cupcake with peanut butter buttercream, chocolate ganache drizzle, & mini PB cup). He walks with crutches, and on his way back into the store, something happened and he fell. At that very second, everyone in the store went running to help him. I helped to get him up, and the entire store staff went into helper mode. One person brought him paper towels (he had hit his nose and was bleeding), someone else brought band-aids, someone brought a bag full of ice, and someone else brought him some water. They asked him to have a seat, and kept checking to see how he was and if they could do anything else to help. The manager even gave me her personal phone number. I assured her that this wasn't the store's fault. She understood, but still wanted me to have her number. Everyone there remained calm and knew exactly what to do. It was an extraordinary experience. I did use the manager's number to text her my heartfelt thanks, and also emailed the company's owners to tell them about the experience, and to praise the staff at the Wellesley store (as well as the customers, who were also extremely compassionate). Even if their pastries weren't so delicious, I would return the Quebrada in Wellesley forever because of how they handled this mishap. But their pastries ARE delicious, so you should go there and try some!

Nothing wrong with it, but some bakeries have me thinking about what looked great in the case that I didn't have, and might have next time. Not the case here.
