That is an unacceptable response. She works there, and she should be able to answer questions about every item they sell. To me, that question would be a pretty common one, so "Let me find out" would have been a better response. I bought a few things and I'm sure they'll be good. But I hope they'll train their folks more thoroughly.

Bustling with customers and staff pushing out various types of delicious breads, some pastry/desserts, and their pan style pizza. I have had the pizza a few times. It's not your typical slice of pizza but very delish - nice and cheesy and light on the sauce. It comes cold and is rectangular shaped (made on a baking sheet pan). I think some people eat it cold?? but I heat it up briefly in the air fryer /toaster oven. I have only had cheese but it does seem like they have toppings. You can get a few slices or a sheet. I have gotten a few breads too and they are always great! Super fresh and great ingredients - guilt free! The slider buns are really good - cute slider size. Service I had was very nice though, she was very patient and understanding. Ambiance was not my favorite, a little to much chaos with the bar especially it being so close to the bakery display where you order your food (people bumping into each other), but nothing terrible. Cleanliness was acceptable, pretty clean for how many people occupy the space and how tight the space is, but just so many people coming and going that it's hard. If you like banana a lot, this Acai is for you, and I think it's objectively a better Acai than some other places but it wasn't for me.

However, they gave me the acai by itself packed in a rectangular plastic container and the toppings separately in smaller plastic containers. This is not an acai bowl! It was like they were lazy and couldn't be bothered making an acai bowl (bowl containers?) with the toppings already on top and bowl sealed. For the amount of money charged, I would expect a nicely made acai bowl instead of the DIY. The acai with the two toppings tasted very sweet, which was expected. I've been to other places which specialize in acai bowls and for similar prices or less, I can get a custom made nice looking acai bowl with lots of interesting toppings included, not just 2 ordinary toppings. Look up Playa Bowls, which set the bar on how acai bowls should be made. This place really needs to put forth some effort in making acai bowls nicely for takeout customers.
