So smooth! My daughter had her braces done here and it took couple years but we love how convenient this location is to our house and school. Many to her HS friends go here too. Hence I wished they did a sponsorship for our volleyball team lol but totally understand why they couldn't :) but we do really like how they try their best to accommodate an athlete and student hours because scheduling monthly checks can be so hard. They are open pretty late and some Saturdays even they are available and early mornings although it was very hard for her to make those during volleyball season and especially now when she had to schedule a 2x a day appt BUT they were so accommodating and allowed her to come earlier during lunch so she wouldn't miss too many classes which she has already bc of volleyball. Anyways super kind caring staff and dentist. Will definitely recommend our and her school friends to come here :) her teeth look great! Hopefully her retainers will work too because my son who got them done elsewhere they messed up on a bit :( so I feel this place should know what they are doing because it looks great already! This genuinely has to be the most incompetent orthodontist I've ever dealt with. I 1000% regret coming to LuvBraces over a traditional establishment. My teeth have never been extremely crooked and I used invisalign 12 years ago. Over time, my teeth shifted and that was my reason for working with LuvBraces. I was quoted for a 9 month treatment plan. We are now in month 20 and my bite sits uncomfortably in my mouth, my teeth have sensitivity for the first time in my life from all the teeth shaving, and the original tooth that I wanted to move back into place is STILL misaligned. And even though it's apparent to the naked eye that the tooth is misaligned, his plan was just to end the treatment if I hadn't vocalized my concerns. That just shows me that this doctor is willing to take my money regardless if he fails to deliver results and is apathetic to any permanent oral health and aesthetic changes. I would never recommend this place to anyone I love. I'm upset that I now have to wait an additional 6 weeks for my 3rd/4th set of aligners and I'll have to waste another 4-6 months of visits hoping he doesn't shave off more of my enamel and HOPEFULLY fix a tooth that he's unsuccessfully aligned up to this point. read more

After 3 years of braces, finally I can smile big and happily. My husband and my daughter did the invisalign. They love it. We got a life time retainer program. We saved a lot of money from Luv braces's program. My husband lost and broke his retainers very often. So with thus program we can get unlimited replacement, just pay a small copay. I can not compare this place to any other given that I didn't do research, we were recommend by my daughter's dentist. Our experience here is still on going because my daughter is still in her treatment. So far going here has been good! The doctor, orthodontist, Dr. T is very professional and polite! Dr. T and his wife do have a second location which we have gone to, and the treatment from the staff there is much more superior to the location on Palmer. Now, it's not to say all of staff members are rude or mean at the Palmer location but they have a lot to improve on compared to the one from the second location! Getting started on Invisalign. I looked then up online and read through many of the reviews before setting an appointment. Scheduling was super quick and easy, i submitted a form online and emailed back and forth quickly with their team to set an appointment. Appointment one was consult and xrays, their office was super clean and pleasant, and Staff super friendly. They went over my options, i told them normal braces were a no-go for me since i did a lot of client work face to face. Invisalign was the route we went with. Visit 2 was just as easy with paperwork, payments, and teeth scanning. The process is a little lengthy on how long it takes to get my trays back (4-6 weeks) but i am sure that isn't on their end with why it takes so long. They also recommended a great regular dentist i went to get my teeth cleaned at. Overall 2 visits down and very happy, they earned all these 5 stars for sure. read more

I've been bringing my son to Luv braces for 2 1/2 years and for the most its been an awesome experience up until recently. The front desk clerk Kimberly is very RUDE! her phone etiquette is not professional at all. I called to make an appointment for my son she put me on hold and never came back to the phone so I hung up and called 2 times back to back prior to her picking up the phone to ask me to hold again. I told her I needed to reschedule my sons appointment and that I didn't appreciate her leaving me on hold and not coming back to assist my call. So, today I arrive at my son appointment and immediately, I knew who she was because of the RUDE facial expression she gave when we walked in and she asked to take our temperature and asked my son his name. I took my 11 year old her for her consultation and was very pleased with the service we received. To start the decor in the office is gorgeous it's Austin themed very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Mindy in the front was a doll very upbeat and very courteous, Omar the coordinator was also nice and accommodating with explaining Treatment and payment options which are excellent and include a satisfaction guarantee which I love. I'm very impressed and happy with Dr. Tahbaz at Luv Braces! He has done a phenomenal job with my orthodontic treatment. It was very important to have my teeth properly aligned before having corrective double jaw surgery. He did so well positioning my teeth that it helped minimize the extent of my invasive surgery. He sure saved me from the pain and suffering of having my upper jaw cut into 3 pieces so that my bite would be right. Dr. Tahbaz kept in great communication with my oral surgeon before my surgery. My oral surgeon mentioned to me that he was very impressed with the orthodontic work I had and that it was one of the best he has seen. He did not have to make any changes to Dr. Tahbaz's work. I was 30 mins early to our Appointment. There was a patient that was running late and I was there I had been waiting 30 minutes and they were 20 minutes late. They put that patient before my children. We finally made it to the back where a young lady was changing out my daughters braces and then switched over to another client and went back to my other daughter without washing her hands. I asked do you not wash your hands in between clients? The girl got mad and went to the back. This was for most the worst experience today that I ever had going to luv braces. It's almost like Covid is not being taken serious no one is washing their hands in between clients just using hand sanitizer which does not works for all germs. You would even think that they would be grabbing materials that's going in clients mouth with tools or with gloves on and neither of that was going on.
