My husband and I took breakfast at a local bar on the following Saturday and I asked to see this store again. As I was walking around, a lovely lady started talking to me about lines she liked. We got into a light conversation about the cosmetic industry in general, and found we had much in common. She introduced me to a gentleman from NY who had a new skincare product to introduce, and let me know about some changes I might find in my skin with a more dry environment here. I have always enjoyed a flawless complexion, which in part I credit my heritage, but I also have taken care of my skin and believe your base skincare sets the "foundation" for all else you put on your face and body. Anyway, I walked away with a couple of products that my lovey DH purchased for me. A day later and somewhat confused about what to get for DH female relatives for Xmas- and I had him return and pick up a couple of products. I ended up purchasing a good mix of what we used during the consult: new brushes, a moisturizer, sunscreen, and a few staple makeup items. I was apparently in desperate need of some guidance on my skincare routine and what types of makeup products work for Bend's dry climate and I've truly noticed a difference. My skin is less dry, and there's even a bit of a glow that normally comes post facial. But the real highlight came a few days later, when my 13-year-old daughter--the designated "Sephora girl" in our house--asked what I'd been doing differently because "my skin looked really good." If a teenager devoted to beauty trends notices, you know it's working! Overall, I highly recommend a visit if you're thinking about refreshing your makeup or skincare routine. The reconstruction, reduction, and lift was a journey. A journey that involved discomfort, self-doubt, and the urge to question life decisions. Dr. Vial's calm demeanor and reassuring presence were surprisingly effective at keeping the inner monologue of panic at bay. He explained the options in detail, and somehow made it seem that a new, improved silhouette was possible. The results? My wardrobe is experiencing a renaissance. I was listened to and never once was made to feel like a burden with my questions or concerns (Dr. Vial responded personally to a text the day after my procedure). He also was not pushy, which I really appreciated. He left the decisions and choices up to me while providing his medical opinion, but again, without any pushiness or saleslike tactics. Dr. Vial is so meticulous and a perfectionist, which in my opinion, is exactly what you want in a surgeon. I had researched my specific procedure for over 10 years before finally deciding to proceed. I had met with over a handful of surgeons, and Dr. Vial was the easy choice. I never once regretted it. Furthermore, my recovery was practically pain-free. Comparing my consultations with other surgeons, it was plain to see that Dr Vial really goes above and beyond to ensure a recovery that is as painless and comfortable as possible.
