Well worth the hassle of trying to book with them! My partner called three times and had no luck but I called once and got a call back within a minute. Their website shows they are booked so far in advance, but rated highly. And I can tell why locals like them! I got a shellac mani/pedi and my partner got a pedi (no polish). The inside is insanely clean and they take pride in their work. The women were so kind and put effort into having conversations throughout the service. I was super pleased with their work. I loved the shade of green they chose for me. Perfect for Xmas! I think some of their color shades are dated but they had a pretty good selection. I'd love to come again! read more

I had a manicure today with a new manicurist, Hannah. She was meticulous and did a great job!

Easily fit me in for a last-minute pedi. Based on the reviews I anticipated excellent service. They were nice enough but I asked to have the tech redo a fake nail on my big toe. As you can see by the pic, he filed the heck out of it for some unknown reason and now-three days later-I have a massive ingrown nail. He did a good job with the massage but other than that, I'd look somewhere else. It was way less than Portland for a pedi so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Quality service! I've visited several nail salons in Bend and have had mixed results. Sue takes care with each client and wants to make sure you leave the experience satisfied. The salon is very clean, full of healthy plants and welcoming techs. In fact, while I was there Sue greeted each person by name. She's committed to quality so there are not a ton of people working there, which is why it takes some planning to make an appointment. They are also open early, which I appreciate! i was extremely disappointed with how expensive these nails were just for them to be very poorly done. it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. almost ZERO nail prep, half my nails were VERY crooked, it felt rushed, she cut me twice due to rushing, AND to top it all off my nails started completely falling off 3 days later while on vacation. so disappointed :(! read more

$10 additional for chrome and $10 additional for French were not clearly posted but the manicure was fine and the French was well done. The pedicure was not the best French I've ever had but not the worst. I wish that they would have made sure the acrylic was closer to my cuticles as they looked grown out after only a day or two. The worker also continued to pressure my mother to get a manicure / get her cuticles done after she said she was not interested. The owner was attentive and staff greeted us as we came in. read more

This is the cleanest nail salon. The owner is the sweetest. She started the business a year ago after working so hard and saving up. She had to work super hard under a bad boss who gave her no say in all the work she did. My nails are beautiful and I had the best massage I've ever had. I think it was 20 min long. In any case, she took her time and did a great job. Highly recommend. Also, you don't have to hear a bunch of chatter between nail technicians as is so common at a lot of nail salons. Super clean and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Bend. They line their tubs with a disposable liner and wear gloves to massage you. They also wore masks. I had a wonderful first experience this past Friday. I was able to book my appointment on their website the night before. This is so convenient because you don't have to call during business hours or risk not having a set appointment like many nail salons usually do (just pencil you in on their calendars). I received a few reminder texts which was nice. The website is very transparent with all their prices, descriptions and how long each service would take. Prices are VERY reasonable too. I got a regular pedicure, plus manicure & shellac color. I was greeted upon entering and felt comfortable. Everyone was wearing a mask and the door was kept open for fresh air. There was a great variety of colors and good brands. The salon was very clean and pleasing to look at. I have no complaints except I wish they offered waxing (eyebrows, etc). I would love to be able to do everything in one appointment/place. Nonetheless, this will now be my go-to for nails. My technician was Oanh and she was very nice (everyone seemed to be very nice!). I have been following the owner Su for years as she worked so hard to get to the place of opening her own salon. She is a clean fanatic and will make sure you have the best experience getting your nails done. She and her staff are top notch.! The best advice I have for you to get into this salon is to go online and book your appt in advance. They fill up fast and I know they would love to hire qualified people to help with the high demand(they have to say no to walk-ins everyday) but they say the applicant pool is slim. They are big and have plenty of room to take more clients but don't have the staff yet but be patient, they will eventually get that piece in place and they are worth the wait! While visiting in Bend, I went to the shop for a pedicure. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. I paid $50 for a pedicure and 10 minute massage. The problem wasn't the price, but the thoroughness of the pedicure. I assumed that a pedicure included cuticle trimming and adequately filing my nails. My cuticles weren't touched and my nails were barely filed....i had chips that weren't smoothed. It's overall a nice place, but I expected better. read more

I wanted to update this because I am astonished at how long my mani/pedis have been lasting! They must use a really high quality top coat because I bring my own polish. This was from 10 days ago - and it's *not* gel. Last year when I couldn't get an appointment, I went to a different salon in town and the polish started to flake off after 3 days.
