Sue and her crew are incredible! My besties and I went there for pedicures today as part of our annual girls' trip to Central Oregon. They accommodated all five of us at once and we're so pleased with the services we received at Three Sisters. The salon is sparkling clean and the polish selection is top notch. I've been here twice now for a pedicure and both times have been amazing! Rachelle is awesome and gives an excellent foot/calf massage. The scheduling site they use is great, and I haven't had any issues booking. The ambience inside is lovely- the place is FILLED with plants which makes for a super sentence environment. So I called on really short notice and they were super kind enough to get me in. Then to make matters worse for them , I got stuck in traffic and was 20 minutes late. I get it, I was way too late for a full pedicure. I didn't expect a massage or a parifin wax, but I did expect at least a good polish change. While the more experienced of the two technicians (possibly the owner or manager) sat there the whole time focused on her cell phone, the obviously new and very nice nail tech tried to do what appeared to be one of her first pedicures there. This is two days old. The big toes are pretty mottled. They still charged me $45, which I happily paid for their time. It was a super cute location and I visit my daughter in Bend often so it's too bad that the results were not up to par. I wanted to find a place in Bend I could go everytime I visit. I wish I had a better result so this could have been my go to nail shop. read more

I made an appointment for a manicure at this salon. The next day we had tha family member get sick. We were concerned it may be COVID and we're waiting for test results so I canceled the day before my appointment (23 hours prior). I guess because I was one hour short of their 24 hour notice they said they would charge me. As a result, I will not be making another appointment with this salon. I received one of the best pedicures I've ever had today. Suong was wonderful, she actually "heard" me when I requested my nails cut shorter than usual and was so kind, professional and personable. I'd had trouble in the past getting an appointment so I'd been going elsewhere but they've added new staff so it's much easier. I won't go anywhere else! read more

Brand new nail place on the ever growing East side. Great location with great parking, food, music and beer all near by. They're smaller and have limited staff but that is the problem for a lot of businesses currently. My wife and I both received pedicures and they were excellent and very relaxing. The place is very clean and well thought out by a highly experienced owner that has been serving the Bend Oregon community for a long time. Absolutely love this place! Women owned business in a great location with awesome service! There is a high attention to detail and costumer service. Oh and wine is offered if you want. I saw Three Sisters Nails as I was driving by and have been looking for a new nail salon to go to. I easily booked an appointment online and made the drive from Redmond. This place did not disappoint!! I wanted a nail start over so Suong removed my grown out acrylics and educated me on how to take care of my natural nails so they can last longer and so that I can stop biting them. Unfortunately it is the worst dip manicure I have had. I have been getting them for over a year and they have never fallen apart like this. All of them crumbling off after 4-5 days when dip normally lasts 2-3 weeks no problem. I really wanted to like this spot:( read more
