The staff were mostly friendly, except the woman working at the front desk. They were very busy to her credit, but she was not welcoming at all. I took my daughter to get manicures and pedicures, had an appointment, but we ended up waiting in the pedicure chairs for at least 20 minutes before they finally started on my daughters feet, and I was at least another 15 minutes behind her. After they finished my daughter's toes they took her to the other side of the salon to start working on her nails, and I noticed they did not clean the bowl, just replaced the liner. Red flag. Two weeks later and my feet have been itching and burning, telling me they infected me with some sort of foot fungus. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary practices, and being busy is not an excuse for this. My pedicure itself was fine, but definitely rushed the services in general after making me wait. I went over to get my nails done and they had already pretty much finished my daughter's nails. They had done gel on her and a design without asking me first, which they charged me extra for. I would have liked them to ask me for permission before doing this, not my almost 7 year old. For myself on my manicure, I asked for builder gel extensions with a cat eye effect, but she forgot to do the magnet to get the effect before curing it so it didn't come out how I wanted. And rushed me through the whole process. She didn't get the gel on my thumbs close enough to the cuticle and they ended up looking like I already had a week of grow out and was in need of a fill just a week after having them done. My friend had a bad experience here, but nothing in life can be perfect every time.....so I decided to go see for myself. Went for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. It was a five star experience. The salon is beautiful. Yes they were busy, but they are great at multitasking (as they should). Horrible experience! Man who worked on my daughter's nails was not listening to what she said and kept talking shit about her in his language. She had to go back the next day to have her nails fixed but it wasn't a great experience at all because they fought her tooth and nails about fixing it. They didn't want to replace the nails at first and then they had to. They made her feel horrible right before her wedding! Went in for a mani/pedi yesterday. The pedi was fantastic, Noma was such a sweetheart and did a great job. The mani was notttt my favorite though. Three of my fingers on my right hand are already inflamed and I can tell will have ingrown finger nails because of how short the other girl cut the edges of my nails. She also cut my nails so short on those three fingers (on the side where you would get a hang nail) and the nail took off skin when she ended up finally cutting it off. Didn't feel too great about paying $55 for three ingrown nails and inflamed fingers. The overall gel polish looks good enough, but my right ring finger is already inflamed and in so much pain and it's only been 24 hours. So just be forewarned if you end up going here for manicures. Maybe I'm just a one off case, but it is not a fun feeling on my hands currently. read more

Ok so if you go here, see Rose. She has alot of attention to detail and will make your nails perfect. She's also sweet and welcoming. The hard thing with this nail salon (in my experience 3 times here) is some of the other staff are rude, they walk around and look down on people like ??? I was shocked to see so many bad reviews about this place. I went right before Thanksgiving with my friend and we each got a deluxe gel pedicure. The pricing seemed reasonable and there's a discount if you pay in cash! I saw Tracy. She was super friendly and gives the BEST calf massage I have ever received during a pedicure. My gel polish still looks amazing over a month later. No lifting or chipping. The inside of the place is GORGEOUS. They have soo many options for colors and styles. Everything looked to be clean and professional. My only critique was that the service in general felt a little rushed and I would've loved for them to take a little more time because they were doing an awesome job. I wasn't ready for it to be over. I did notice that they were absolutely slammed, so I'm blaming it on that. I don't think it was due to carelessness. Overall, I cannot wait to go back! read more

I just received the worst pedicure of my life here. Tony was my technician and he was extremely aggressive, using way too much force without any care for my comfort or experience. I have to say Bella is by far the best nail tech I have had ever. I almost don't want to give this review because she may get so busy I'll never get an appointment because she will be so booked. She's funny, kind and does an amazing job. The only thing negative thing, I went in with my co worker who is in her early twenties and we made an appointment . The lady that check us in, may want to soften her approach. I'm not a delicate flower, I can dish out sh** like the next person. Someone that could or would have been offended def would have been. She said in her broken English you young lady go to 3 and you old lady go to 6. I laughed and yelled woooooow! She didn't flinch and walked away. We joked about it , my coworker and I for a few days. Went for the first time with my tween. She had polished with white polkadots. Polish was on her cuticles and all over the place as were the polkadots. I work hard for my money and this cost me over $55. The technician I had did a great job but she pulled out a rusty Altoid tin that had Dremel bits in it. She used the Dremel on the top part of my nails so the gel polish would stay on her longer. After she was done, she did not clean the bit or soak it in alcohol instead, she put it back in the tin. As a customer who was so impressed the first time I visited, I am so disappointed by my return visit. We made an appointment for a mani/pedi at 12:30 pm, by the time we even had water in the bowl and got started it was 12:55. The water was lukewarm and the receptionist at the front was not warm and friendly. I watched the tech set an 8 minute timer for the scrub, and watched as she finished the massage and left the bowl with 1:30 still left in the massage. The color looked nothing like it did on the bottle (I picked pink geranium and ended up with a yellowish nude shade). I also got a manicure here, and as you can see in the photos, the color is off, the paint job is messy and rushed, and a few of my fingers were bleeding. The cuticle push back was painful, I didn't receive a massage in the manicure portion (my mom did) and I was repeatedly called "baby" throughout the experience. This is fine, and I probably would have thought it more lighthearted if my experience had been better--it just got uncomfortable and annoying. I came to get a manicure because I'm not very good at doing them on myself but I paid $115 total for an experience I should have done at home for free. read more

Very disappointed in my mani/pedi. The pedicure was ok but my manicure sucked!! My nails were left uneven, rough at the tips, my cuticles weren't pushed back and they looked absolutely awful. They were so hideous that after only one day I removed the shellac, refiled my nails and repainted them. And guess what??? They look 1000% better!! My daughter went with me and she got a mani/pedi too. She's 10years old and even she was super disappointed in her nails. What the heck? I spent almost $200 for CRAP!!! Absolutely the Worst Nail Experience I've Ever Had I never leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. From start to finish, this was a nightmare. First, the tech picked the wrong nail color and got mad at me when I politely corrected her. Then during the pedicure, she used boiling hot water--literally steaming--and acted like I was overreacting when I told her it was too hot. The shaping on both my hands and feet was sloppy and uneven. My acrylics? She ripped them off with an extra extension still attached--completely careless and painful. When she drilled my nails, they burned--like actual heat pain from poor technique or the wrong bit. That's never happened to me before. She touched my freshly painted nail, messed it up, and then got mad at me like it was somehow my fault. The whole thing felt rushed and aggressive, like she couldn't wait to be done with me. And to top it all off? She charged me $130, which was way more than the prices listed in the book. No explanation, no breakdown, just a number that didn't match what was advertised. Save your money and your sanity. I wouldn't go back here if it were free. read more

Complete rip off! Sent my daughter in for a full set. Called and gave detailed info on what she was looking for, price $85. Sat with the technician and again gave full instructions and ask price. She gets her nails done while the technicians talk crap about her not having a mother there and getting her debit card was gonna decline! Ridiculous!! To finish the final total $140 DOLLARS! YOUR KIDDING! The price doubled while you spoke poorly about your client. So unprofessional! But that's not all. When my daughter stated the price he quoted at the beginning his return statement was 'we have an ATM where you can get cash, then it's only $100! Who's cheating on their TAXES and THEIR CLIENTS! A salon should not need an ATM at their establishment if their work is truly legitimate. STAY AWAY! Or pay DOUBLE the price unless you have cash. I went in to have gel polish removed. The manicurist immediately got her nail drill out, and sanded down my nails until they were paper thin. It actually felt like my nails were burning under the drill. They were all uneven across the top, and they look HORRIBLE. They are tearing, and the worst of it is, they're tearing below the skin line, so they're snagging on everything, and I go right through the ceiling every time because it's very painful. My "usual" salon uses a solution filled cotton ball to wrap each nail and then they wrap that in aluminum foil. They scrape off the gel and then lightly buff my nails. My nails are a mess, and it's painful. I will not go there again. read more

I went to get my nails done because I was attending a wedding. I got a gel extension mani and a regular polish pedicure. I stated which package I would like and was immediately asked if I wanted to choose the next package up. I declined. I wanted just regular polish on my toes and was lectured on why I should get gel, how it's so much "better". When I picked the color I wanted on my toes, the lady working on my manicure told me the color was "too light and wouldn't look good". Never have I been told I chose the wrong color. It happened to match the dress I would be wearing perfectly. My nails only looked good from a distance. When examined up close there were major imperfections and extra gel left. I left the salon disappointed. When I went to get my manicure removed, I had a less than ideal experience. The lady dremelled two of my nails until they felt hot and were burning. It was so painful! She could tell by the look on my face that something was wrong. I still had gel left on my nails, when she told me I was done. I washed my hands and then went to the man up front. I asked him if this was the best that could be done, he sent me back to the chair. The lady wrapped only 4 of my nails in foil with acetone and cotton. They really all needed that but I just wanted the process to be over. I had a very disappointing experience here, and will not be back. read more

Went for a gel manicure. Nail tech clipped and ripped all my sidewalls off so deep into the nail beds one finger start bleeding filling the whole cuticle and she grabbed nail glue and shoved it into the pool of blood. A week later my nail is still painful and bleeding. Told me the shape I came in with I couldn't have and the cat eye wouldn't work because my nails were too short when really it was applied incorrectly. Polish was lumpy/patchy and shape was really bad I had to refile the jagged edges when I got home. Products and tools were covered in dust and way too dirty for having just opened a few months ago. Not returning. Went in for a gel fill and after a week of nail growth I noticed my natural nail was WAY over filed leaving damage and infection to my nail beds. All of my nail beds are red and sore underneath and are having to completely re-grow from my cuticle. So upset!!! Going to take forever to heal and re-grow all of my nails.
