My mom and I live an hour away and after one time there, we were hooked. The service is prompt and everyone who works there is kind and accommodating. I am really ticklish and both pedicures I've received were done by patient workers. It's bright and cheerful. 10/10, no notes! read more

The WORST pedicure I have ever had. I wouldn't even call it a pedicure. She cut my feet in three places. I was bleeding and she didn't even clean the cuts. I went home and tried to disinfect my feet. She painted my toes before giving me a "massage" and that was just slapping me with some hot rocks for 3 minutes (I kept track) No lotion just oil and she didn't put that on my heels or toes?!?! I am not kidding - I thought I was on a TV show and someone was going to say "just kidding"...Then she had the nerve to ask me for a TIP?? I want my money back. Lots of rushing around and yelling by staff too. Not relaxing at all. Yuck! Shit this place down. read more

Polish coming off of toes within hours. Nice people, bad pedicures. Made a reservation for two at the same time. My daughter was finished before I even started. read more

Horrible experience! Man who worked on my daughter's nails was not listening to what she said and kept talking shit about her in his language. She had to go back the next day to have her nails fixed but it wasn't a great experience at all because they fought her tooth and nails about fixing it. They didn't want to replace the nails at first and then they had to. They made her feel horrible right before her wedding! I will NEVER go to another nail salon where there are men working and where they don't speak English and where they make fun of the customers! read more

My friend had a bad experience here, but nothing in life can be perfect every time.....so I decided to go see for myself. Went for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. It was a five star experience. The salon is beautiful. Yes they were busy, but they are great at multitasking (as they should). The staff was friendly especially Dave that did my acrylic nails to perfection! And I love his sense of humor. I live by a nail salon I frequent, however I will drive across town because of the value and quality of service I received here. Great first impression. read more

The staff were mostly friendly, except the woman working at the front desk. They were very busy to her credit, but she was not welcoming at all. I took my daughter to get manicures and pedicures, had an appointment, but we ended up waiting in the pedicure chairs for at least 20 minutes before they finally started on my daughters feet, and I was at least another 15 minutes behind her. After they finished my daughter's toes they took her to the other side of the salon to start working on her nails, and I noticed they did not clean the bowl, just replaced the liner. Red flag. Two weeks later and my feet have been itching and burning, telling me they infected me with some sort of foot fungus. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary practices, and being busy is not an excuse for this. My pedicure itself was fine, but definitely rushed the services in general after making me wait. I went over to get my nails done and they had already pretty much finished my daughter's nails. They had done gel on her and a design without asking me first, which they charged me extra for. I would have liked them to ask me for permission before doing this, not my almost 7 year old. For myself on my manicure, I asked for builder gel extensions with a cat eye effect, but she forgot to do the magnet to get the effect before curing it so it didn't come out how I wanted. And rushed me through the whole process. She didn't get the gel on my thumbs close enough to the cuticle and they ended up looking like I already had a week of grow out and was in need of a fill just a week after having them done. I won't be going back. read more

I've been looking for a good nail place for months that compared to the one I went to before moving here and was thrilled to finally find one! Everyone was so friendly and they did exactly what I wanted - didn't try to force me into getting what I didn't - which I appreciated. read more

Had a Mani and Pedi, it was the worst experience I ever had. Told them the service I wanted, and kept asking if I wanted this other type of gel, finally I just said yes. 1st mistake. Nails are not shaped the same and color does not go all the way to the sides of the nails. Then I was charged $70 for a pedi. Told the manager I did not get stones or the hot towels, which were part of the service. She asked the man who did my nails, he lied and said he did. I was watching him the whole time because it was NOT relaxing at all, never even turned my chair on because they made the whole experience awful. When I repeated he didn't, do either she agreed to change to $60. I was upset that a worker lied right to her and in front of me and I had to defend myself. I was upset that he lied and left me extremely frustrated! Worse experience. I'll never go back! read more

Lisa was absolutely amazing! I showed her a Pinterest photo for inspiration and she made it even better. The salon was clean and the owner was welcoming. We had a 2pm appointment and they were able to seat our party of three right away even though we were early. Parking was easy. We'll be back the next time we're in Bend. read more

Went in for a mani/pedi yesterday. The pedi was fantastic, Noma was such a sweetheart and did a great job. The mani was notttt my favorite though. Three of my fingers on my right hand are already inflamed and I can tell will have ingrown finger nails because of how short the other girl cut the edges of my nails. She also cut my nails so short on those three fingers (on the side where you would get a hang nail) and the nail took off skin when she ended up finally cutting it off. Didn't feel too great about paying $55 for three ingrown nails and inflamed fingers. The overall gel polish looks good enough, but my right ring finger is already inflamed and in so much pain and it's only been 24 hours. So just be forewarned if you end up going here for manicures. Maybe I'm just a one off case, but it is not a fun feeling on my hands currently. read more

Great Prices!! Great quality! Always making us feel better! And loved! The vibe is awesome!

Pretty salon, nice chairs, but I have honestly never had a worst mani/pedi experience in my life. There was no kind greeting, the people who did my nails were disinterested & chunked off the polish while trying to shove my feet back in my sandals. It was so silly to ruin freshly polished toes. My nails were uneven, no softening of calluses, just overall worst. $100 crap mani/pedi of my life. If you want to provide service work be of service. They clearly hate what they are doing and it shows. read more

Ok so if you go here, see Rose. She has alot of attention to detail and will make your nails perfect. She's also sweet and welcoming. The hard thing with this nail salon (in my experience 3 times here) is some of the other staff are rude, they walk around and look down on people like ??? It gives me bad vibes :( BUT I chose to come back because Rose is great and twice now my fills have been done amazing. I'm from California and it's hard to find someone who has standards and is that is a perfectionist, Rose is!! Here are both times I went to her. read more

This place was such a disappointment and they were very rude. Both my daughter and I were cut during our manicure and bled. The woman who checked you in asked my daughter if she was stupid when she was trying to decide what she wanted. I'm sorry we left a tip because I didn't know that happened till later. Went with a group in 4 and none of us were happy with the work and they were all rough. will never go back! I never leave reviews but felt I should after this experience. read more

I was shocked to see so many bad reviews about this place. I went right before Thanksgiving with my friend and we each got a deluxe gel pedicure. The pricing seemed reasonable and there's a discount if you pay in cash! I saw Tracy. She was super friendly and gives the BEST calf massage I have ever received during a pedicure. My gel polish still looks amazing over a month later. No lifting or chipping. The inside of the place is GORGEOUS. They have soo many options for colors and styles. Everything looked to be clean and professional. My only critique was that the service in general felt a little rushed and I would've loved for them to take a little more time because they were doing an awesome job. I wasn't ready for it to be over. I did notice that they were absolutely slammed, so I'm blaming it on that. I don't think it was due to carelessness. Overall, I cannot wait to go back! read more

I just received the worst pedicure of my life here. Tony was my technician and he was extremely aggressive, using way too much force without any care for my comfort or experience. The service left my legs red, sore, and irritated (photos attached). A pedicure should be relaxing not painful and damaging. I would never return and strongly recommend others to avoid this place read more

I have to say Bella is by far the best nail tech I have had ever. I almost don't want to give this review because she may get so busy I'll never get an appointment because she will be so booked. She's funny, kind and does an amazing job. The only thing negative thing, I went in with my co worker who is in her early twenties and we made an appointment . The lady that check us in, may want to soften her approach. I'm not a delicate flower, I can dish out sh** like the next person. Someone that could or would have been offended def would have been. She said in her broken English you young lady go to 3 and you old lady go to 6. I laughed and yelled woooooow! She didn't flinch and walked away. We joked about it , my coworker and I for a few days. Had I been in a bad mood , it may have went differently. Anyway! Go seee Bella!!! She is the best! read more

Went for the first time with my tween. She had polished with white polkadots. Polish was on her cuticles and all over the place as were the polkadots. I work hard for my money and this cost me over $55. The technician I had did a great job but she pulled out a rusty Altoid tin that had Dremel bits in it. She used the Dremel on the top part of my nails so the gel polish would stay on her longer. After she was done, she did not clean the bit or soak it in alcohol instead, she put it back in the tin. That's a hard no for me. read more

As a customer who was so impressed the first time I visited, I am so disappointed by my return visit. We made an appointment for a mani/pedi at 12:30 pm, by the time we even had water in the bowl and got started it was 12:55. The water was lukewarm and the receptionist at the front was not warm and friendly. I watched the tech set an 8 minute timer for the scrub, and watched as she finished the massage and left the bowl with 1:30 still left in the massage. The color looked nothing like it did on the bottle (I picked pink geranium and ended up with a yellowish nude shade). I also got a manicure here, and as you can see in the photos, the color is off, the paint job is messy and rushed, and a few of my fingers were bleeding. The cuticle push back was painful, I didn't receive a massage in the manicure portion (my mom did) and I was repeatedly called "baby" throughout the experience. This is fine, and I probably would have thought it more lighthearted if my experience had been better--it just got uncomfortable and annoying. I came to get a manicure because I'm not very good at doing them on myself but I paid $115 total for an experience I should have done at home for free. read more

Very disappointed in my mani/pedi. The pedicure was ok but my manicure sucked!! My nails were left uneven, rough at the tips, my cuticles weren't pushed back and they looked absolutely awful. They were so hideous that after only one day I removed the shellac, refiled my nails and repainted them. And guess what??? They look 1000% better!! My daughter went with me and she got a mani/pedi too. She's 10years old and even she was super disappointed in her nails. What the heck? I spent almost $200 for CRAP!!! I will never be back!!! read more

Absolutely the Worst Nail Experience I've Ever Had I never leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. From start to finish, this was a nightmare. First, the tech picked the wrong nail color and got mad at me when I politely corrected her. Then during the pedicure, she used boiling hot water--literally steaming--and acted like I was overreacting when I told her it was too hot. The shaping on both my hands and feet was sloppy and uneven. My acrylics? She ripped them off with an extra extension still attached--completely careless and painful. When she drilled my nails, they burned--like actual heat pain from poor technique or the wrong bit. That's never happened to me before. She touched my freshly painted nail, messed it up, and then got mad at me like it was somehow my fault. The whole thing felt rushed and aggressive, like she couldn't wait to be done with me. And to top it all off? She charged me $130, which was way more than the prices listed in the book. No explanation, no breakdown, just a number that didn't match what was advertised. Save your money and your sanity. I wouldn't go back here if it were free. read more

Not worth the effort or cost with so many other options out there. We went in for basic mani/pedi, trying to find a place in town that we can use from time to time...this isn't it. Easy enough to make an appointment and get in. Once we got there, it went downhill. The staff was late coming in so sat in the chair for 10 minutes waiting. One lady was ok but could tell was doing just the bare minimum to get the job done. The other, didn't even try that hard. My friend literally had to refile his nails outside of the shop to remove the jagged edges. On to the next place.... read more

Complete rip off! Sent my daughter in for a full set. Called and gave detailed info on what she was looking for, price $85. Sat with the technician and again gave full instructions and ask price. She gets her nails done while the technicians talk crap about her not having a mother there and getting her debit card was gonna decline! Ridiculous!! To finish the final total $140 DOLLARS! YOUR KIDDING! The price doubled while you spoke poorly about your client. So unprofessional! But that's not all. When my daughter stated the price he quoted at the beginning his return statement was 'we have an ATM where you can get cash, then it's only $100! Who's cheating on their TAXES and THEIR CLIENTS! A salon should not need an ATM at their establishment if their work is truly legitimate. STAY AWAY! Or pay DOUBLE the price unless you have cash. The Nail Place - Sang was amazing. Beautiful ambiance, good vibes and great service. Would definitely come back. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bend, Oregon

I went in to have gel polish removed. The manicurist immediately got her nail drill out, and sanded down my nails until they were paper thin. It actually felt like my nails were burning under the drill. They were all uneven across the top, and they look HORRIBLE. They are tearing, and the worst of it is, they're tearing below the skin line, so they're snagging on everything, and I go right through the ceiling every time because it's very painful. My "usual" salon uses a solution filled cotton ball to wrap each nail and then they wrap that in aluminum foil. They scrape off the gel and then lightly buff my nails. My nails are a mess, and it's painful. I will not go there again. read more
