Worst pedi I've had in a very long time! Nickle and dimed for every little thing. Got charged to take the existing polish off my feet even. Service was supposed to include both callus removal and foot massage, we got neither! When I asked if they could cut my toe nail shorter I was told "no". Should be zero stars! Kim made no effort to give me the manicure that I made an appointment for several days ahead. She handed me to one of her guys who put clear nail polish on me and called it good. I had a very special occasion coming up. I'm flying to Chicago and she could care less about making it right for me. Went in for full set of acrylic.Online manicure price said $35 with polish/manicure. The menu in store said $45 with polish/manicure. What i got was not manicure or polished. I got stark white tips, and a dab of acrylic with no attention to my cuticle health at all. She was also doing someone else's nails at the same time. Over charged, weird looking nails, and bad service from Kim. I was taken advantage of. Never ever again. I was charged $60 and had AWFUL service. Some of her nails popped of and others stayed on. Great pedicure and a great staff, I love how clean they were and loved the little dog they had in the shop. I went with my friend and sister and all of us loved it there. I went in on a Sunday afternoon for a mani/pedi. The staff was friendly and the salon seemed clean, but the experience was definitely not worth the $70+tip cost. I got the "deluxe" pedi which was really quite standard and a mani that took about 15 minutes to complete. The technician was not in a hurry, but she wasn't trying to win any awards for quality work, either. My nails are very sloppily painted (both fingers and toes) with uneven coats of paint and I had to ask the technician to clean the paint off my cuticles (which she still did not really do). If it had been a $40 experience, I would've given it another star. But I definitely did not get what I paid for. read more

My daughter and I visited today for a date together and were getting mani/pedis for an upcoming wedding. We were sorely disappointed! The woman in charge did our manicures, and she became curt as soon as we said that we did not want a gel or specialty manicure. She rushed through the process and had us both done in 30 minutes. Many of our nails are misshapen after she cut and filed them, did not even paint our whole nails, and did not do any hand massage. I have never left a negative review because I'm a positive person and can see the good in most establishments/services, but I don't want another family wasting their money at this place and be treated badly read more
