Visiting from out of town, I was a walk-in. They were very busy (speaks volumes) but they got me in right away. Loved the atmosphere and selection of Christian music. My technician was sweet, gentle and thorough. She asked me several times if all was ok. My feet feel amazing and the services provided were superb. I was in desperate need of a fill so I walked in and they got me in an hour later. The wait wasn't an issue for me but I almost got up and left due to the fact it was so dirty. A young girl sat me down to do my nails and didn't lay down a towel or wipe up the nail debris from the client before me. What appeared to be a black table was white with nail shavings... I have never been that disgusted at a nail salon and I should have just gotten up and left but since there were so many people in there getting their nails done I thought "well it must be good if so many people are here" lol wrong. My nails started lifting the next day and it's been a week and I already have nails coming off. It was pretty cheap but you get what you pay for. ZERO STARS! I had an appt at 3:15 Friday March 29, 2024, before Easter Sunday. Since I had never been here before, I asked for an appointment with first chair. I didn't even get acknowledged until 4:00 pm not even a "hello". Walk ins were seated before I was! Once I finally got seated, I asked the man if he could do any of four designs I had picked- he said no. He said he didn't have enough time. He made me bleed with the nail drill and burned every fingernail while filing. (With drill). He never apologized for lateness, making me bleed, burning me.... He glued two tips on they were CROOKED! When I said something he coped an attitude with me so I asked him.... Did you just start doing nails??? He said no... seven years. (Bs I thought.... ) I asked for coffin shape but he took the angle all the way down to the beginning of the attach point?? WTH? Then when he matched my nails for length consistency, he would hold my ring finger up to index finger on other hand?? WTH?? He cut my index finger so much shorter then the other nails that he tried to dollop the acrylic past the nail tip without using a form.... I showed the lady next to us ands she shook her head. There was no way that would stay there for a minute! They look like crap... bumpy and not even to the cuticle, look like total amateur did my nails. My ten year old niece has done better work than this guy. I wanted my nails to look nice for Easter Sunday- but I was actually embarrassed about them. Now it is one week & a day post visit and 5 have fallen off and three more have lifted. I am so mad that I was charged 62.00 for his shawdy job, especially since I was told my appt. would be with first chair. I would NOT EVER recommend this place but if you do, don't pay cash, so you can file a dispute with your bank, like I am going to do tomorrow morning. I came in to have acrylic nails removed and a pedicure. My toe nails were done well enough but just an "ok" foot massage. As for the manicure it was non existent. They took off most of the acrylics and covered over the remaining with clear telling me they would finish next time. I got my nails done last week and by day 4 the middle finger nail on my right hand fell off, and two more were already lifting. I was out of town and could not reach out til Monday morning. I was going to see them Tuesday after I had let them know how they were holding up. A medical emergency with my child kept me from going to that appt. I called today, 6-13-25, and explained the situation about my emergency but that now 3 more nails were lifting on top of the one that had already fallen off and two that were already lifted. They now won't see me until Monday but are now saying I should have gone sooner(sorry medical emergency) and that I was almost at two weeks. I am very disappointed. Now the nail set in general is not great. The acrylic where the cuticles are very rough and catch on everything. I wish I could get a refund at this point, and am now just going to cut them off they are that bad. I use to love going to them when they first opened, but I have noticed a quality decline. I don't think I will be returning to them again after this. My finger is also just now healed from the woman slicing the side of the tip of my finger. I def will no longer be referring anyone to this nail salon. **UPDATE** They all popped off like press on nails. I will not be going Monday at 9:45 am. read more

Worst customer service ever. Came in for a fill and lady who started was nice enough, but the guy who took over was extremely rude. He also did a terrible job on top of it. Did not get the acrylic and gel to the edges if natural nail tip. Which has caused them to lift. When I suggested it was not right, he got pissy. Then he told me he moved out of his parents house so he could say and do whatever he wanted. I was dumbfounded. I have never had such horrible service!! read more

I feel bad leaving a bad review but better after reading similar experiences.. Poor service. I've been here a few times and I always make an appointment but I ALWAYS have to wait at least 20-30 mins before I can get any service done. I feel like people who are walk ins are better accommodated. Makes no sense. My nails were ok. Noting to brag about. I did ask for my cuticles to be cleaned up and the lady just went right into drilling and not cleaning them up.. also got one coat of top coat gel.. so it's noticeably chipped off. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I asked for a gel manicure expecting to actually get one but he basically just filed my nails and painted them. I was expecting what I have gotten at every other nail salon but that didn't happen. He soaked my fingers in warm water for literally 3 seconds before going straight in to paint them. After he painted them he swiped some cuticle gel on my hands abs said, ok it's $32. No warm towels, no hand massage, no lotion. Also paint job was pretty poor. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place really frustrated me. My nails turned out fine (nothing to write home about) but the service wasn't very good. I had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes while they helped a walk-in who came in after me. After they finally got to my pedicure I had to wait another 20 minutes for my manicure while ANOTHER walk-in was helped before me. It was a huge effort to not walk out. read more

I was really disappointed that I arrived 5 mins early for my appointment but they couldn't seat me for 15 mins and it took another 5 mins to get started. Visited this salon yesterday with a few of my girlfriends. It was a friends birthday so we came to get pedicures and a couple girls got manicures/full sets. We were all pretty bummed with our expierence. The pedicures were very rushed. Each were only maybe 20 min. The men who provided the service seemed irritated. My feet did not feel refreshed at all. The massage was more like someone rubbing lotion onto me. And the polish job was ok but the tips of each nail are showing. The friend who got the full set was also done in only 20 minutes and unfortunately they almost look as though they need a fill. The birthday girl got a gel manicure and the gel did not go all the way down to the cuticle. So all in all, not a great time. There was one woman who did a pedicure for one friend and she was super sweet. If you're just looking for something quick to basically change polish then this is probably a good place. But if you're trying to relax, feel pampered, or maybe help with dry feet, I'd skip this one. read more

I felt like these guys were really good. They accommodated me at the last minute and let me come right in. The gentleman who did my nails was both efficient and speedy and did a lovely job! I was very pleased with his work! I see there are some negative reviews. As a person who has worked in the customer service industry for over 17 years, I feel like the reviews are somewhat petty. People often believe that the customer is always right, and that the customer is the most important element of business. In my experience the customer is most often a self-absorbed jerk and has no grace or compassion or understanding of what it is to work in the real world. The gal who did my gel manicure and pedicure was very nice and the salon was clean. However, I am only giving 2 stars because I am so disappointed. I treat myself to a mani/pedi only a couple of times a year and this one was for my mom's memorial service. I get gel so it will last as long as possible. The gel on my fingernails started to peel after 5 days on a few and almost all within a week. Because of this I wouldn't go back. Went in as a walk in for a mani/pedi. Pedicure with Lana was great but the gentleman that did my Manicure was not so good. Filed and painted my nails. That was it. I'm so extremely happy with the service and the nails I had done! They were kind, knowledgeable and fun to be around. I came in for a fill and a pedicure, however my existing nails were lifted and the gal who did my nails said she would not risk infection and that I should get a full set. She was so right, and did a fab job. My grandma (88y/o) came with me and she is very hard of hearing. The gal who did her mani/pedi was patient, kind, and helpful to her getting around the salon. She helped pick out her polish color and my grams is so happy with her pretty nails. They've only been open a couple months, but I can tell they will be very successful! I tried this mail place 4 separate times believing in the hope that they would improve. Nope! I had scheduled appointments each time I went and each time was left sitting anywhere from 20-40 minutes. The last visit I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appt and then was rushed through my appt as a wedding group began to arrive and apparently all hands were needed for them. My manicures/pedicures were always well done but the continual waiting long periods for my appointment and then the extreme rush on the last one was enough. I won't be back-lesson learned. read more

I've only been there a couple times; there rude to their clients, the rush through your nails, they don't make sure there even so I had to file down a couple, I asked for square and they gave me round, and they don't cite your cuticles but who does?? I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I wish I could say they were good. I also do half to say there pretty aggressive when buffing, filing, and drilling. They also can't do much designs.
