My appointment yesterday was changed, then changed again and then canceled. No one offered to accommodate me another way (after hours? Saturday?) My well-laid plans, ruined. I've been a good and appreciative, easy going client for many years. This was the final straw. They're there for you. Until they aren't, and it just happens too often.
