Their customer service blew me away…read more To begin, I called to get an appointment, as another nail salon had done a shoddy job on me, and I needed a quick nail fix. I couldn't wait (they were full), as my husband had a meeting that I needed to attend. The next day, I called for another appointment. I didn't think they would recognize me, but I was told to pick my color, then to enjoy my time waiting in one of their massage chairs. One of the gentlemen came over to remove my ruined nail, interspersing me with another lady, whose nails he was waiting to dry before continuing... then, another woman came to complete his work. They kindly took care of me with such efficiency, I asked to sit in the massage chair as I waited for my husband to pick me up. Taking my wallet out to pay for the nail (again, NOT their poor quality or job that heralded me into their store), I was told that I was NOT to pay, as they felt so badly about me waiting the day before. WOW! I was blown away! I will return IN A HEARTBEAT! Thank you so very much for your kindness.

Its not every day that you go to hair salon to get a haircut and they ask you that question. They were also very friendly, I felt very welcome and at ease. At the end of the appointment she gave me a mirror and spun me around so I could look at the back, She also moved my hair around so I could see it with different positions that my hair could possibly be in. She did an Amazing job with my hair and it looks almost exactly like the picture but better to mach my facial structure. I would recommend this salon. 10/10
