I feel like my nails are still looking "fresh". The appointment process on their website was so easy and I actually prefer this method. I absolutely hate making phone calls. When you make an appt, you'd get reminder emails and texts which is super helpful. Also worth mentioning: I had to prepay for my service when I booked the appt. I didn't mind doing this. I just ended up getting cash for tip for the day of. The location is fairly easy to find with GPS even though I drove past it and has to make a u-turn but that was my fault for not paying attention. The salon is located downstairs.

Both ladies were very kind and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Jill was very attentive and her bubbly personality is sincere and is so refreshing. I had a deluxe facial and loved every minute! This is by far the best facial I've had! I was so relaxed I could hardly believe it. I've moved around a great deal and have always utilized this type of service. Thus, I've had plenty of experience (sugar, hard, cloth strips, tweezing...all that fun stuff). It seems that most of those "waxing" in Bend, use hard wax versus wax with cloth strips. The end result (in my experience) has been it takes longer (one must wait for the wax to harden), it leaves more wax residue (ugh...), it doesn't pull out the hair as well (I was told it works better for those "hard to get" areas...meh!), and really isn't any more comfortable (I've been told it's not supposed to hurt as much...there's just no getting past that part). Luckily, Jill uses cloth strips (what I'm used to, and has always seemed to work the best) and I must say....there was not one bit of waxy residue and there wasn't a single stray hair to be found. I was in and out in a jiffy and couldn't be happier. I can't recommend Jill highly enough! If a Brazilian is what you're looking for...well....this is the place!
