I've honestly to pro solar nails for a couple years now. I've tried other salons, but found pro solar nails to be the best, friendliest and reasonably priced salon. The staff are excellent and I've never been disappointed. You will truly enjoy your salon experience at this wonderful place. I had an amazing Experience here! Visiting from California and I needed a Gel mani and deluxe pedicure bad, I called and easily made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival I was impressed by the cleanliness and COVID procedures they took to ensure everyone was safe. I myself work in a salon atmosphere and know what's clean and sanitary and I can say they do a great job. My manicurist took her time and was very detail oriented which I appreciated. Didn't rush at all. I was very impressed and will definitely return whenever I'm in Bend Oregon. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience here. I came in to do a wedding nail trial, and showed him exactly what I was looking for. I think the pictures speak for itself but the set they did were awful. I don't know why the pink was such an intense bright color. I couldn't tell how bad it really was until I went outside. The shape was awful. You could see where the tip met my nail through the pink. I was horrified. I called the salon to let them know how disappointed I was and to see if there was anything they could do to fix them. They told me they could paint over them which I didn't want, because I paid for and wanted French tip. At that point I was told there was nothing they would do. I had to go to another salon the following day to have them fully removed and a new set done. Not at all impressed and I will actively tell brides in the local wedding group to avoid this place. read more

I honestly didn't realize how bad they were till I left. The white was super low and all my nails have air bubbles of you zoom in on the thumb and all the nails you can see. Also on my middle finger they couldn't even put the line in the middle and it's smeared ‍‍ this was by far the worst nail Design by far. read more

I am really disappointed to write this review. I have used this business for over 6 months and even though it is more expensive than most, I thought it may be worth it. I was wrong! I went in a week ago Wednesday and got the worst pedicure ever, jagged toe nails that I had to file when I got home, then they picked the wrong color dip. I thought maybe once it was filled it would be correct however when I compared, it was really off. They asked if they could cover it with the gel and since I was in a time crunch I said yes. Big mistake. Within 2 days the gel had chipped off and the powder beneath had broke off. When I called the business they said they could not fix because it has to be within 3 days. I explained that I have a busy schedule and didn't have time to address nails until today. When you are paying $150 for a service, it should be good quality and last at least a week. Normally it lasts me 3 weeks. I am frustrated that this business does not stand behind their work and doesn't value good clients. read more

When someone shows up and they're asking for something specific and provide a picture of exactly what they want and are told that that service can be performed, and in the end my nails looked nothing like the picture! If you cannot do something please do not say that you can. I am very specific about my nail art and again my hands look nothing like the picture that I provided. Just got a special pedicure with the hot wax. It was DIVINE MASSAGE FELT HEAVENLY NOT TO HARD OR CREEPY TO SOFT. Perfect polish job and my little baby girl received a full mani and pedi. I'm a recurring customer at Pro Solar. I really appreciate the quality of work they do for me and the overall customer service is great.

I requested a same or next-day appointment for a mani/pedi at 1 or 2. I was asked if I could come in at noon she said no. She pushed, 12:30? I said maybe. I arrived at 12:35 with my own polishes and nail kit. The chair wasn't ready. The girl comes out at 12:45 and says "Were you late?" I told her what was said when I made the appointment. She barely spoke to me the entire time (I've had her before and we've had nice minimal conversation in the past) and spoke in a foreign language for the rest of the appointment, with the exception of telling me she has people coming at 1. I said well you can skip the mani this time if that will help. She left me sitting a long time while she tended to her 1:00. The massage chair seemed to be struggling and I could get part of it to adjust. It seemed to be malfunctioning overall. Once the pedicure was over I went to pay. The owner made me wait. I tipped very generously for how rude they were and she proceeded to inform me that I need to specify which person I want next time I call because she doesn't recognize my voice (when I don't care anyway!). Some guy was doing floor maintenance and scraping gross stuff off the floor while I was there. They had a last-minute cancellation and offered to do my mani before I left. They shouldn't have tried to cram me in between clients! I overheard them scheduling a 1:00 when I was there. The girl did a nice job on my pedicure but there are cleaner and more professional places. No one needs to be treated badly when they're trying to relax and tip well. Pro Solar Nails is the ONLY place in Bend that I choose to get my nails done! I can always find a convenient appointment time and I can set my watch to exactly when I will be finished, depending on the services I am receiving. They are always on time and I receive compliments all the time on my nails. Ben is the BEST! I have acrylics, pink and white and they stay looking great until it is time for my fill. Both Ben and Kim are so professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

How does this place have a solid 4 stars? Nice people...nice polish, but I can polish my own toes. I go to get my feet and calves massaged. My heals were not touched at all. It was 18 min total. Went with my mom and they didn't even get to her before finishing with me. I went to Albertsons next door and when I came back she was outside. Did they kick her out?? They left her toe dividers on too!!! Very poor!! Shame on you. Shame on me for not being more outspoken too. I will not be back. read more

Very rushed pedicure. To me, seemed unclean, my chair was definitely not cleaned before I sat down. and in Covid times that was a problem. The floor and my chair were dirty. The tools didn't look all that clean. So I wouldn't recommend this place for a pedicure. Nails look okay but not an enjoyable or relaxing experience. read more

Some places in Bend have grown so big they've lost that personal touch - not this place. Did an excellent job on my pink/white nails, and gave an incredible pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I have been going to Pro Solar nails for 4 years. They never recognize me when I go in. In May I had my gel nail polish removed. The man that removed my nail polish use a little sanding tool. Every one of my nails is dented and messed up from that tool. I haven't had a manicure there since that happened. I went in the other day to have a pedicure and spoke to the owner and showed her how each of my nails are dented and completely messed up. She said,"Tell him not to use that anymore!" She did not offer "I'm sorry"or "Let me comp you a manicure", just nothing! I won't be telling him anything, because I won't be returning! My nails will be messed up for another 3 to 5 months until they grow out. I can't wear any kind of color polish because it enhances the dents in my nails and looks awful! This is very poor customer service! You should do yourself a favor and not visit Pro Solar Nails. You can thank me later! read more
