I love this place. Annie is the absolute best. She always does an amazing job on my nails that last a minimum of 3 weeks before I need a fill. Great people, great vibe, a complete treat. Highly recommended! read more

I got there 20 minutes before closing. All I wanted was my eyebrows which I mentioned they all gave me attitude because they were closed. They also told me they close at 6. Ummm clearly there's 2o mins in I'll closing. Well you lost a customer for the easiest job they can do. read more

Live the staff, quality and pricing of this salon. My fav place for the past 5 years.

They're good. Just be on time! They don't mind letting you wait, but they really do not like having to wait for you!!!

I went here for the first time to get a fill (have been trying to find my new nail spot since moving to the area, haven't been sold on any salons yet), and this is my new spot. Just listening to the staff's interaction with the clients, you can tell they've formed relationships with them, they remember details from their last appointments, there's jokes, laughing, just a very friendly environment. And of course, very important, the quality of my fill/manicure, which obviously matters, was EXCELLENT, I wanted a natural look and he delivered 100%. Just completely satisfied with the whole experience. read more

Lotus Nails and Spa - Acrylics with one coat of "Bubble Bath" gel, shape square round - Nail Salons Near Me - Redmond, Oregon

As far as finger nails go, they do a decent job. Pedicures however ...hmm... let's just say that man is never going to give mea pedicure again. It hurt!. He rubbed the skin right off of my 2nd toe on my left foot. So why didn't I say something, because 4 letter unkind words would start to roll of my tongue. But since then I also had to cut one nail back so it would not catch on my sock. He never apologized, never took a few bucks off for what he did and didn't do. I get a pedicure for 1) the message. I am on my feet all day at work and I have no one to do it for me. It's my one splurge a month on myself. 2) I have tiny nails. It is hard for me to get my leg up and paint them myself. I am not limber as I was 30 years ago. Just message my feet and paint. That's it. But for some reason I thi k he wanted to inflict pain read more

Lotus Nails and Spa - 3 layers of polish in about 90 seconds & polish all around my toes. - Nail Salons Near Me - Redmond, Oregon

The gel polish from my manicure was fantastic! The rest of the manicure was ok. The pedicure fell short. Usually after a pedicure my feet are soft & smooth but disappointingly they still had patches of rough skin. And my heels I barely noticed a difference. Final note though is the polish on my toes was beautifully done. Honestly Im not sure Im going back. Just because I looked so forward to smooth feet afterwards. They are pleasant enough & professional but perhaps short handed as it seemed rushed. read more

Very disappointing experience. When I arrived I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The nail tech was not friendly or personable at all. After a few minutes, I decided to go elsewhere for my manicure. I would not recommend going to Lotus for any nail service. read more

Moving to the area and looking for a new nail salon. I did a walk in, and asked for a manicure, this salon doesn't offer shellac or dip nails, so I settled on acrylics with gel polish. Seems like a friendly, clean salon with regulars. The owner who did my nails was friendly and funny. I won't necessarily write them off yet, but my thumb nail chipped and broke off the very next day (never had that happen to me before, and I get my nails done regularly)and the rest of my nails seem bumpy and a little sloppy. Not sure if it's old polish or what. read more

Great quality and service. Love how fast I can get in and out. My nails always look good.

Nice, neat, clean nails salon. Simple menu: manicure or pedicure, gel nails. Probably the fastest pedicure I've ever had. Was in and out in less than 45minutes with removal and new application of gel. They are busy so worth setting appointments. There was a cancellation so we were able to get in quickly otherwise it would have been another day. Friendly staff, engaged in conversation. read more

Went there to get my nails done for my wedding the lady on the phone told me to come in at 10:30am got there at 10:25am. Got there told them I had an appointment at 10:30 the one gentlemen told me no we don't have you done for 10:30. Talked to a different lady she then yelled at me in front of my 9year old daughter and gave both of us attitude for no reason. Never will come to this place again. Did not feel welcomed or COMFORTABLE. read more

Just got worst pedicure today. Paid for gel, got regular polish which when put under light, bubbled up and is now peeling off. No real shaping of toe nails or cutting cuticles. I didn't even get the color I'd asked for. Worst part is that my employer gave me a gift certificate for this. What a waste!! Will never go back! read more

Absolute worst client interaction! For one I've called this place several times to try and get an appointment and they are unable to do so. So today I walk in to ask if, at any point today, they have time for a fill/pedicure? (lady in pink shirt) rudely responds no. I then ask if they might have anything within the next two weeks that I can schedule for? (lady in pink shirt) tries handing me a card saying, why don't you just call (&rambles some other sh*t about only having 3 people and they're too busy) as she's standing over the appointment book with a pen in hand. Unless you're a regular don't bother wasting your money here because they're SO rude... Tom, you're the only real one! That star is for you! read more

Besides the fact that they're incredibly busy to it's hard to be seen without an appointment, they do a great job. Annie does good color and designs. I used to go here 4 years again when I lived In Oregon and it was a nice feeling to be back. They did a great job on my nails! read more

They literally don't care about their customers and only care about getting people in and out as quickly as possible. The gal that did my nails whipped through them so fast and couldn't care less what they looked like. Not to mention she was totally rude and short for no reason at all. I called and made an appointment for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures. The minute we got there it was a fire drill with getting us in and out. We didn't even get to have the pedicures together and were split up. I showed the tech what design I was after for my daughter and so snapped "no i can't do that". Her tone and deliver was uncalled for. If you can't provide good and quality service to people then don't book appointments plain and simple. I'm not spending $200 to someone who doesn't give a sh*t. I will not be returning, lesson learned. read more

Ordinarily, this was a pleasant opportunity to relax and have a pedicure. I decided to try gel nails and it was okay for a brief time. I am elderly and my nails have always been thin, so the gel proved to be a bad idea. I tried acrylic which was hard on my already thin nails. I went back to a pedicure only. I injured my back and, inadvertently, missed an appointment. I went for my last appointment at Lotus yesterday. I was treated as "persona non grata". I came with a back brace and a cane. They couldn't care less. The owners are all about money. They don't give you an appointment card or a reminder call, and you are given a date in the middle of the owners working as they the dates and times are back and forth. They really don't care about the people as customers unless they are regular, big money customers. read more

I had an Excellent Experience at Lotus Nails and Spa. I've recently moved to Redmond and have been looking for a new nail salon. After 5 years with my last nail artist I'm pretty picky about where and who does my nails. After the first few attempts, here in Redmond, I am happy to say I have finally found my new salon! Now I'm about to call to book my next fill and pedicure, they were getting busy as I left and I don't want to waste more money or time going anywhere else!! I highly recommend Lotus Nails. read more

Visiting from out of town, went to Lotus with my mom. I do recommend calling at least a week in advance to make an appointment (no walk ins). It was very nice and calm inside. They were busy but not loud. My nail tech worked fast (30 mins for pedi and 30 mins for gel mani) and my nails look good- exactly what I wanted. The leg massage was very relaxing! Definitely recommend! read more

I called at 4:33 to get a gel manicure that evening or next morning. Knew it was a long shot. Annie said if her 4:30 doesn't show I can come. She called me right back and said head over! Thanks to the stars for aligning and thank you to Annie for squeezing me in and doing a great job. :) read more

I am pretty sure I just had the worst pedicure ever. From beginning to end it was rushed and painful. She cut my nails down to the painful bits and filed as if she had a vendetta against my feet! Lotus Nails and Spa - The worst pedicure ever!! My second toe nail was cut down to the seriously ouchy place!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Redmond, Oregon

I don't know what to say about the low-star reviews on here except that it seems indicative of Yelp's biggest flaw: 1) most of the time, only people with negative experiences leave reviews and 2) the negative experience doesn't usually have much to do with the actual service. (However, I feel it's only fair to caveat with the fact that I only ever get pedicures, never manicures.) I walked in without an appointment here today-- I wouldn't have, but highly-rated Redmond Nails was all booked up-- I called another salon which was described as doing nails. They didn't, but said that they normally referred people to Lotus. Really?? Even with all the bad reviews? Because my toenails were driving me crazy, I plunged in anyway! How bad could it be? I'm so glad I took the plunge. I walked into a room of happy, chattering repeat customers. The pedi basins were glittering and spotless. The color selection was adequate-- not to criticize folks who need a choice of more than 300 colors-- for my purposes (gold-glitter-on-gold selection, in the spirit of Aretha Franklin-- "Sweating Diamonds") it was fine. The chairs were really comfortable, and all the massage functions worked just great. But then, before I knew it, out of nowhere, I was in the midst of maybe the best foot massage of my life. Seriously. I learned things about my feet I never knew. I feel life-fluid is now circulating from my left foot to my brain for the first time in ages!! Hours later, I'm still feeling it. Paul is the name of the tech. He's apparently in high demand, and I got extremely lucky on a Thursday afternoon. Aside from the bomb massage, the rest of the pedi was luxurious, while efficient. I got exactly what I asked for. My toes are now cute. I'm in a better mood. IDK, something in Redmond always pleasantly surprises me when I visit! Thanks, Lotus Nails! read more

This was my first time to Lotus. I'm typically a positive person and look for good in people and situations. So here is the good: the manicurist was responsive in conversation and she gave a very good hand and arm massage. That is the weigh in on the pro side. The cons unfortunately out-weigh: The polish did not fully cover the nail bed so it looked like there was a 3/4 day grow-out. The second coat was not applied to the same area as the first coat. No top coat was applied. Multiple pin-holes showed up within minutes of leaving. Despite my efforts to preserve my investment, the polish started chipping after the second day. Finally, the whole thing felt rushed and though I can't be certain there was a sense of a speed competition between the manicurists (my friend was with me and had a similar experience to mine). I do not plan to return to Lotus. read more

Love lotus! My nails are always great! Such nice owners! They always seem to be able to fit me in!

Lotus Nails and Spa used to be my favorite nail salon. However, each time I have gone the pedicures seemed to get shorter and shorter. I took my daughter the week after Thanksgiving while she was visiting from out of state, and we both were really disappointed. From the time we put our feet into the soaking basin to the completion of our pedicures, only 23 minutes had passed! I will not be returning. read more
