I have very expressive brows, and with other injectors I ended up looking like Jack Nicholson -- or honestly, a clown. It was obvious they didn't fully understand how all the forehead muscles work. Dr. Covey absolutely does. She's an actual doctor who specializes exclusively in this, not a nurse or part-time injector. She's been treating me for five years, and I've never had that look again. My husband and I have been coming here with great satisfaction for 2 years. Yesterday I went for more filler and was told by Kimberly that I didn't really need it, it wouldn't look right and that I was too old and that "most places won't serve someone your age (75) anyway." She ultimately injected some Radiesse into my hands but with great hesitation. The botox injection I got from her in June has already worn off. Should have lasted at least 9-12 months. I have been having fillers with a board certified plastic surgeon with great results until he retired. Being told I was probably too old doesn't work for me. I called my dermatologist who was shocked at the comment and said fillers would certainly be appropriate for me or anybody who wants them. I suggest you find a place with only board certified medical staff in the future as the skills I needed were lacking here. Very sad outcome. read more

I do not write many reviews, but value letting people know about a good thing especially when it comes to your body! For me, once I turned 30, I realized wanted to take the next steps of getting botox. However, I was not fully aware of what to ask for, where on your face to get the botox or can I trust this? Kimberly did an amazing job of talking through the process, giving constructive feedback, and being kind as I repeated some questions (out of being nervous). Let me start by saying I never review anything EVER, but my experience with Dr. Pamela Mondorf today was so incredible and enjoyable I HAD to let other people know how fabulous she is! I went in with concerns with aging skin and under eye bags, and she recommend PRF filler--I have never had filler before and I was literally terrified going into the appointment today because I have heard varying things about pain and brusing/swelling. Not only did she personally call me after our consult to discuss my fears and concerns, but she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and safe in her hands! My appointment today was a breeze, she comforted me the entire time, did a phenomenal job, ZERO pain, and I am already soo happy with the results, I told her she better not be going anywhere because I will go to her for life now. I bought a scrub and massage for my wife and was very disappointed. She liked the scrub a lot but the massage was sub par. Wasn't the tranquil experience she is used to. From the waiting room to the table, the tone was loud and uninviting. Most people want to talk as little as possible but she got the whole 9 as if she was bellied up to the bar. For me, I went to pick her up and my wife had disappeared! They told me her treatment was over and she was nowhere to be found. As i was leaving, I was told she took a shuttle back to our cabin. When i got home, my wife called and said she was just getting out. The lack of awareness drove me nuts. I also heard an employee out loud in the lobby say, "you ever feel sick to your stomach when you know you have to go to work?" I don't usually yelp and i love the Sun River experience, but save your money on this gem of a spa. read more
