Had my first laser hair removal treatment today with Hannah and it was great! I've had laser hair removal done before in multiple cycles over the past few years, so knew what to expect. With that being said, I was extremely satisfied with my first consult and treatment today, Hannah listened to me and considered my specific hair growth pattern, came up with a plan and package to target my concern areas, and had great bedside manner throughout. I also feel like the pricing was extremely reasonable compared to what I've received outside this area, but I did benefit from a "buy 5, get 3 free" package they are running until Nov 22nd. Also love that after those 8 treatments, they offer 50% off for "maintenance" treatments on spots that just need a refresh! I paid over $1,000 for Botox on my 11 lines, exceeding the typical units required for that area --more than double of what's typically needed--but my lines were barely treated. When I raised my concerns, I was told by Taylor, the injector that it was due to "my budget," and my request for a corrective session was outright refused. On top of that, the minimal results faded unusually fast...less than a month, making me question whether genuine Botox was used or the injections were not in proper area. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. Proper technique, transparency and respect for patients are essential, and unfortunately, I didn't see any of that here. read more

Really strange behavior when I requested a copy of my medical records. They told me it would take 30 days because 'it's an Oregon thing' when in actuality they just legally have to release them no later than 30 days after the request. From booking my consultation to the completion of my treatment, everything was perfect. I've worked in healthcare for 25+ years and in medical aesthetics since 2009. I'm VERY particular about where I receive treatments. I'm also very careful when selecting a healthcare professional to perform my treatments. I chose Jesse, an experienced Nurse Practitioner, for my laser treatment. She's very knowledgeable, kind, and overall, an excellent nurse who put me at ease. She did a great job describing the treatment, what I should expect, and how to care for my skin after the procedure. I also felt like her communication was superb during my actual procedure. The clinic is clean and beautiful. The entire team is professional and welcoming. I also found the pricing to be competitive, especially for the quality of care and instrumentation. Aesthetic clinics of this caliber are usually found only in major cities. Residents of Bend are lucky to have access to such a quality medspa with so many treatment options. read more

Amy was lovey and competent. Botox was $13/unit - pricey but not terrible. But as others have mentioned, they do a little 'bait and switch' in their marketing. I had confirmed the offer I found online in writing and when I arrived to the office they told me I was wrong and it was my miscommunication, even after me showing them their message! So - blamed me for their mistake and don't even apologize. It was really odd. Discounting me the $25 (given how much Botox is marked-up this would've been a drop in the bucket for them) and acknowledging their mistake would've changed the entire perception of my experience. I came in as a patient and was offered a job. It sounded great so I accepted. When I received the paperwork it was very vague and left out a lot of things that were discussed. When I had normal employment questions (comp? hours?) they became very annoyed with me and retracted the offer. It was very bizarre and made me lose a lot of respect for the owner. I will say though the facility is nice and they offer a lot of services that other clinics in the area do not offer. When they aren't trying to upsell you it's a great place. read more

Honest Botox injection review. My first time here was a very short appointment with dr covey. She left the room and came back with filled syringes, weird but whatever. I think she gave me too much, so when I came back and saw a different provider I requested to not put so much in between my eyebrow sorry lines. This was only a few less units, so still over 50 units given. Again, this provider left the room and came back with product in the syringes. At first what was settling was uneven so I sent them a message about it. They told me to come in to evaluate it, but I'd moved several hours away by then so I chose to wait a few more weeks. The Botox never worked. My forehead lines never changed, my crows feet never changed and it's been the most expensive mistake ever. I'm going to a new provider in my new city but wanted to warn you that they may be diluting their product here, purely based on my own personal experience. I've never had anyone leave the room to fill Botox syringes. My experiences in North Carolina and Portland were all very good and all the same and they all filled the syringes in front of me. Not here..so be very very careful about who you pay for Botox. I wouldn't give them a penny! You've been warned read more

When I first moved to Bend I had been thinking about getting some laser treatments for my acne, and decided to come here. I had my first clear + brilliant with Rebecca (the owner), and she did an incredible job. She went aggressive as I asked for, and she got every inch of my skin, highlighting the areas I tend to breakout more. However, for my second treatment which I just received I was assigned Suzy, an RN. SHE WAS TERRIBLE. She told me she was going to go a bit more aggressive, which is clearly not the case. The treatment was about 15 minutes. If you've had clear + brilliant before you know your skin is like sandpaper the next day on the treated area, let alone you can tell right after the procedure based on where your face is red. There are noticeable spots on my face where she missed treating, areas of importance for me where I breakout. She completely missed my upper lip, nose, between my eyebrows, and the lower corners of my lip. Not to mention how light she went on my forehead, which is a big problem spot for me. She clearly didn't tailor the treatment to my skin and wasn't through at all. Woke up the next morning and my face wasn't even red, compared to my first treatment when my face was red for a couple days. After paying $400 for this treatment and not even getting a full face procedure, I feel completely disappointed and taken advantage of. Unless your laser treatment is with Rebecca, spend your money elsewhere. read more

Whatever products they use, they don't work. I went in for Botox and had to go back in two weeks later because I had seen no effectiveness what so ever, so they added more when I went back in and charged me for it. No results what so ever. There products do NOT work, so I'm not sure where there sourcing their Botox but whatever they are using, you are wasting your money coming here. I decided to try esthetix md after visiting my 4th dermatologist and being unhappy. If you have acne then you know a dermatologist's routine. They see you for 5 mins, ask if you want to take acutane or some other pill, prescribe a $200-$500 cream and then you give them $100-$200 of your hard earned money for that 5 min appointment. Esthetix MD has been everything I had expected from a dermatologist (but didn't get). I had a free 30 min consultation where we discussed my skin concerns. The esthetician made sure to actually look at my skin throughly. They advised me on what type of treatments to do. Since my first consultation, I've been doing my treatments with Nicolas. I can't say enough about him! First, he's super nice and outgoing, we talk a lot during my treatments which makes them fun to go to. He's also really worked with me with my acne struggles and has given me so much advice along the way. He seems to genuinely care about getting my acne resolved. There has been a product that didn't work on my skin. However I understand that everyone's skin is different and when I told Nicolas, he was very apologetic and we discussed other options. And although he advises that I use certain products they sell in their office, I never feel like I'm talking to a salesman who pressures people into buying thing. The products I have bought from their office has worked great and I continue to use them, so I see why they advise people to buy those products. I have been hearing good things about this place from various people in the community to thought I would give it a try when getting my botox touched up. I was a little nervous about going somewhere new, but am so happy I did! Dr. Covey was so generous with her time and was extremely thorough going over my options for what I wanted to get done that day, and what to consider in the future as I continue to age. I felt like I was in excellent hands and am very happy with the result. I am giving an honest review of the Botox injections. I've had them in the past at other locations. I noticed after receiving it here that it didn't do much so I went back after two weeks (which is what they recommend). Two weeks after my second injection I still didn't notice a difference. I wasn't trying to look plastic but I did want to smooth some lines. Im in my 30s so I don't have that much. I never had Botox injections that didn't work. It honestly made me think they were diluted, expired, who knows. Also, they were the most expensive per unit I've ever paid. Because they advertised for a model search, 176 people sent in personal photos, only to be told by esthetix MD that they chose 8 of their OWN EXISTING clients. However, everyone that sent in photos are ALL invited to come watch these procedures being done on our existing clients. What does that say to any prospective clients? That I was just used in a bait and switch marketing scheme. I have saved each promo ad and no where does it say that none of us had a chance at winning, but we all sent you our information, and personal photos. MUST READ REVIEW! I've had intentions of writing this review for over a month now. Right when I think I'm ready to write it, I notice another benefit of the Emsella therapy, and I have to wait as I know there is another one right around the corner. I've had 2 children and am 40 years old. Emsella I honestly can say has changed my life. Things I forgot about or didn't realize because they became the norm are no longer part of me anymore. Here is a list of things I've noticed since I started my Emsella treatments. I had the initial 6 and was compliant. I started July 2nd, finished July 16th and have only done one post care so far. 1. I don't pee myself hardly EVER anymore. I had urgency and coughing issues. When it came on, oh girl I had to GO. It became part of my life to start going pee before I left to go anywhere and then I went places that had a bathroom, I would go to empty my bladder, even when I didn't feel I had to go pee. I sometimes would be in my kitchen, my hand would hit running water, and I couldn't make it to the bathroom before my bladder would empty down my legs and onto the floor. And then there was the urgency I could catch and coughing. These two issues caused me to come home with my panties in my purse at least 3 times per week. You know ladies how you be walking down the street and you realize you need to cough, so you stop, pull a Kegel and couch. Ya that! I see you. We all know most of us have to do this now. NEVER HAPPENS TO ME ANYMORE. I don't have to stop! I just cough like I'm 25, you know back when you could use regular sized tampons. 2. I can pull water into my vaginal cavity when lying back in the bathtub and then when I sit up it blasts out. Member this ladies. When we were preteens and teenagers. You lied back in the bathtub one day like normal, but when you sat up water would blast out. Like a natural douche. As you got older you realized how amazing this was when you were on your period. You could so easily clean out the cavity just by taking a bath. Well I've tried doing this many times after having children and realized it just wasn't possible anymore. I thought it was lost and only possible for the younger generations. Nope! I'M BACK!!! I was taking a bath and lying back like normal, sat up and to my surprise, I felt like I was 13 again. Honestly just for that one body memory, ITS WORTH IT!!! 3. I can go dancing for hours and my panties stay dry. Do you have any idea how unsexy it is to piddle yourself out at night dancing with friends? 4. A few treatments in I noticed this weight between my legs had been lifted. I hadn't noticed it before, since apparently it just became the norm, but the laxity in my pelvic floor muscles created this mild light drooping weight sensation. As the treatments progressed, I literally could feel my pelvic floor lifting and become tight. It gave me a new spring to my step. This might be the best self esteem therapy available. It has giving me so much more self-confidence. My pelvic floor and vagina feel 25 again. 5. I was not seeing anyone before having this treatment done. Shortly after I met someone and after a month or so of dating, I had sex with him and 4 TIMES he told me I had a tight p*$#! when we first connected and has every time since. Like he gets excited and talks about its amazingness. He was average. No girthier than the average dude, so I know it's the treatments and not his appendage. Honestly this was just a HUGE perk, but just for the incontinence issues alone this treatment has changed the way I live my life. But boy did that boost my self-esteem and make me feel like a million bucks!!! 6. I don't have to wear pads or sit on the toilet when I cough when I'm sick. You know what I'm talking about ladies. I do still have some tinkling since of course this happens when you are sick and have a cough that just won't quite. But its 80% better I hope anyone who can afford this treatment goes for it. For what it does and what its done for me, I think it's worth every penny and I am not a rich woman. I will do my post care as my self-care till the day I die. I'm not kidding. There is no way I am going back to the way it was before. I'VE SEEN THE LIGHT! What it has done for my self-esteem and my day to life truly has been life changing. The staff here were all very nice which is why I gave it 2 stars but unfortunately I got injected with dysport and botox and had no results, and I previously had a great result with dysport at a medical spa out of state. I used a coupon so the treatment was inexpensive, but still feel like I completely wasted my money and very disappointed. I will be going elsewhere for injections. read more
