He's a miracle within himself. And big bonus here - he tag-teamed with my Oncologist Surgeon, Dr. Walling and stepped right in after she performed the partial mastectomy to work his magic. Initial expectations were set somewhere between "functional" and "doesn't scare small children". Dr. Vial exceeded my expectations, even when they were set comically low. The reconstruction, reduction, and lift was a journey. A journey that involved discomfort, self-doubt, and the urge to question life decisions. Dr. Vial's calm demeanor and reassuring presence were surprisingly effective at keeping the inner monologue of panic at bay. He explained the options in detail, and somehow made it seem that a new, improved silhouette was possible. The results? My wardrobe is experiencing a renaissance. I can put on a shirt that previously I had struggled with, bra lines showing, boobs not at the right height, and would, most times, throw it in the "hell no" pile. Now? Now I put it on and think to myself, "Wow. That's what it should look like! Hell YES!" The symmetry is spot-on, the lift is a "lift", and the reduction? Gravity no longer holds quite the same dominion. To Dr. Vial, I would tip my hat to you, if I wore one, anyway. I can wholeheartedly give Dr. Vial and his entire staff (a special shout-out to his PA, Anna too) provided me with exceptional care from beginning to end. I was listened to and never once was made to feel like a burden with my questions or concerns (Dr. Vial responded personally to a text the day after my procedure). He also was not pushy, which I really appreciated. He left the decisions and choices up to me while providing his medical opinion, but again, without any pushiness or saleslike tactics. Dr. Vial is so meticulous and a perfectionist, which in my opinion, is exactly what you want in a surgeon. I had researched my specific procedure for over 10 years before finally deciding to proceed. I had met with over a handful of surgeons, and Dr. Vial was the easy choice. I never once regretted it. Furthermore, my recovery was practically pain-free. Comparing my consultations with other surgeons, it was plain to see that Dr Vial really goes above and beyond to ensure a recovery that is as painless and comfortable as possible. I'm over the moon with my natural results. If I ever need further procedures, Dr. Vial will be the first and only one I call. Side note, he also helped my family through cancer reconstructive surgery and they also had nothing but phenomenal things to say as well. They also mentioned how easy recovery was from their rather invasive surgery, and we both feel that further proves Dr. Vial is an expert and meticulous at what he does. They were good at calling me before the appointment to remind make sure nothing else with my health has changed and then again to make sure I knew I needed to fast 8 hours beforehand. The day of was still terrifying but now that it's all done I can say I am happy with the work that Todd Schock did. Obviously won't need any more wisdom teeth removed, but I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for any major procedures and I recommend them!

It is a gross mutilation i have to look at. Then she thought I would pay her to redo it? If i was her i would be wanting to do it for free just so my patient would not walk around showing people what bad work she did. What i discovered calling the state board of medical examiners is that is allowed in a cosmetic surgeon. They will do nothing unless you are incapacitated. all of those boards she belongs to take her check every year and send her a certificated stating she is a member of their board. So buyer be ware. Those boards have nothing to do with competency.

The first visit lasted less than 10 minutes. He acted like he was in a hurry and blew me off. Instead of answering my questions he kept repeating the same things he said initially. I am an RN of 30 years and have never had any doctor act like this. The next visit I had with him wasn't any better. He very quickly looked in my nose with a scope to check for polyps but it was more of an "in and out" which lasted seconds, hardly long enough to actually see anything. Again, the visit lasted less than 10 minutes. When I asked why I cannot breath through my left nostril he told me to make another appointment to find out. No thanks. I am not spending another penny at your pathetic office. If I am going to pay $400-600 per visit I am going to someone that cares about the patient enough to find the problem.

There was NO sinus packing and when it was completed I needed NO heavy drugs or medication for pain - not even an aspirin and this was a 6 hour surgery. I could breathe again.
