Very disappointing experience at Luna Restaurant. We arrived just before 8:00 pm with a party of four and were told by a young, very dismissive hostess that they were "totally committed." The confusing part was that there were clearly several empty tables visible throughout the restaurant. When I politely asked what that meant, she simply repeated the same phrase without any explanation or effort to help. This is not the first time we've encountered this issue here, where they appear unwilling to seat guests well before their posted closing time. If the restaurant chooses to stop seating early, that should be clearly communicated instead of turning people away with vague responses and an unwelcoming attitude. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was poor. Between the lack of courtesy and the inconsistent seating practices, it left a very negative impression. I will not be returning and would not feel comfortable recommending this restaurant to friends or clients. read more

We went here for dinner with a large group of-- they were quite accommodating with seating us inside, and the service was very attentive. The food left a little to be desired, though. The garlic bread pictures with the small tin of dipping sauces, which was recommended by our server, was $17 and quite a small portion considering it was just bread and sauce. The garlic bread was good and somewhat cheesy, but definitely not worth the price. We had well-prepared main dishes, including the enchiladas and eggplant parmigiana. This restaurant reminded me of a BJs or Cheesecake Factory, only with higher prices with no increase in quality. It is perfectly fine for a dinner in a pinch but I would probably not go back. The booth we sat in also had crumbs on the seat when we arrived. The overall ambiance is upscale but there were some details such as the number of plates and water glasses served and the little cleanliness pieces that left something to be desired. read more

We ordered 2 Gin & tonics and were charged $16.75 each for what should be a well drink highball. ($14.75 for an ounce of Gin and $2 for the tonic.) We approached the manager since it's not the server's fault and all she said was Thank you for your feedback and did not seem to care much. She did nothing to fix it or explain why the price of house Gin was so high and that the mix was extra. We will not be going back. This pizza was delectable!!!! The right amount of cheese, sauce and crust ratio was happening and this girl's taste buds were doing the happy dance. Who cares that it was 113 degrees out at 7:30 pm, I was eating that hot cheesy pizza while driving. Shhhh you didn't hear that:) Yummmmmm! And my side salad was good too. We had dinner there on Sunday and I must say, I really love this place. The service was wonderful, the drinks were on point. The food as well as the presentation of the food. Desserts were amazing. I can say one thing for sure: BEST CALAMARI I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE...BAR NONE 3 days before, I paid top dollar for calamari at the Marriot desert springs I wish I would have taken pictures.
