I really had hoped for a special evening at Enzo's for New Years Eve. But we were disappointed. The space was cramped with all the windows closed due to the rain. The bar was crowded and busy, the space we were seated in was quiet but cramped. Our server Cathy was just okay. The food was most disappointing. First of all the menu was very ordinary and limited. My linguini vongole was passable not great, the linguini was not good. My wife's pollo alfredo was ordinary. Our friends both ordered eggplant stacks. The dishes arrived cold and took a long time to re-serve. The only thing good was the creme brûlée and the tiramisu. All in all a disappointing evening.

We love coming to Enzo's when we're in La Quinta. We were in town a couple nights early for our family Christmas Eve dinner so made a reservation at Enzo's. It was also my birthday. Jose had waited on us before and was my Late father-in-law's favorite server. He is so warm and attentive. We started with drinks and then moved on to romaine wedge and polpette. Both were excellent. Mains were melanzana parmigiana stack, salmon and fettuccini mare. All were perfectly cooked and delicious. Love the freshly made fettuccini. It makes such a difference. My birthday dessert was tiramisu. A large portion of we ate every bit of it. Thank you Enzo and especially Jose for making my birthday special

Enzo's Bistro & Bar is a typical American Italian restaurant. The layout is interesting: There is a bar, with a limited number of seats. There are two dining rooms, situated on either side of a central patio. There is some outdoor seating on a patio overlooking Desert Club Drive. This modular set up allows them to open sections, based on business levels. The menu is available for review, online. As you will see, pricing is reasonable for a restaurant with this level of ambiance. There were four at our table. No one had complaints about the food, or service.

Always love coming to Enzo's when we're in the Desert! Food is solid, good drink selection, prices are reasonable (especially in the bar) and service is fast and friendly. Love sitting in the bar - lots of TV's and a great vibe. Will be back again next time!

We enjoyed the atmosphere... the food was amazing.. waitress was very kind.. couldn't ask for anything better.

The Food and ambiance are really nice. It's a very pretty and authentically Italian brick oven feeling restaurant. The chicken on the Penne Vodka was a bit cold, but the pasta was nice and warm. The Woodford Reserve Old fashioned was really balanced. The Rotisserie Chicken was herb forward (which is nice) and the Pasta Alfredo was so fresh and well made. The Mare seafood Is solid. The Papperdale Bolognase was really tasty. We added Alfredo sauce on the side to make it more of a pink sauce. The food was great but it took a little salt and pepper to make it more flavorful. The best part of Enzo's was the service. A kind manager named Angela was so kind and engaging. She was willing to move us to a nice fireplace table since we were outside. Also...They have my favorite water - Aqua Panna. Our server Chelsea was great and attentive. She made the experience beautiful. I would suggest reservations, as this is a LaQuinta jewel.

Food was great. I had the romaine wedge and my wife had the tomato bruschetta. For entrees we had the salmon and I had the fettuccine with sausage. Both really tasty. The server was super nice. Jose helped make an accommodation possible in the dining room. My little ones wanted a burger and he made it happen. We really appreciated the gesture. He's a pro. His warmth and friendlyness is second to none. Very genuine person.

My experience was wonderful. The service was amazing. Michelle was an amazing waitress. The food we had quite a bit was so good And the atmosphere was perfect with Italian music playing in the background not too high not too low just perfect. Definitely going back I think we found our new favorite spot! Thank you Enzo's staff.

Stop in even if it's only for a cocktail & bar bites, so worth it! Try the Chocolate Espresso Biscotti Martini

This was my ONE-STOP shop for Christmas gifts for my entire family this year!  I was able to create beautiful gift bags and boxes with tasty items for each family, couple, single family members and three friends.  I also put together nice gift bags with the skin care products.  It was fun combining and pairing things together.  Their gift bags are cute and decorative and I did not need to buy any Christmas bags.  I spruced them up a bit with bows, curly ribbon and tissue. By the way, I had never seen Mexican Hats Pasta so I just had to buy it!  Very festive and fun!!  I have many family members that are great cooks and bakers so I know the Mexican Hats will be a hit. And of course I had to buy myself several gifts including many of the Olivella products!  Today (12-18-21) I bought another Raspberry No Sugar Added Jam.  It is the best jam I have ever tasted.  Another must-try! Ended up purchasing the cucumber melon flavor. With that I also bought some delicious sour cream thin crackers made from Italy. Quite different from what I usually buy at regular stores. I just started liking olives so purchased a jar of olives stuffed with garlic and cheese. Wow! It was bursting with tons of flavors. So good! Ate the whole jar within three days all to myself. My son had picked out taco seasoning which had all natural ingredients none of the extra unwanted bad stuff. Was a bit pricey, but thought worth it due to all good ingredients. There were so much more the store was offering, but of course couldn't buy the whole place. I had to leave otherwise would rack up the bill. Great place to make a stop if you are in the area.

We had been waiting awhile, so I carried our number in with me and made note of the numbers they were delivering... which were higher numbers than ours, but also very random. I went to the cash register and asked the employee if they called the numbers in order. She answered politely that no they didn't. I then mentioned we were sitting outside and asked if I should wait inside for my order so they wouldn't have trouble finding us. We were not in a hurry and were trying to make it easy on the hardworking employees....and bonus that it was cool inside *At that point, a man who I perceived was a manager or maybe even the owner , turned to me from behind the counter, handed me a bag and said " Here Ma'am , GO!" Then turned back around to what he was doing. What? GO? I don't know what his intent was because I'm not a mind reader, but it felt rude and dismissive. His facial expression was as though he was busy and or annoyed. I was so surprised at his response in such an otherwise pleasant environment. I'm pretty tolerant of grumpy people (you know, sometimes there's a reason) but this just felt really icky -it was our intended destination after a hot drive from Phoenix and it did not sit well with us. It became the reference point of the table, discussed long after the plates were cleared. I entrusted Carlos (who I adore) with selecting my entrée, a decision made without hesitation. The staff is incredibly educated on each dish, and Carlos makes the most spectacular suggestion: the Beet Ravioli. His guidance always feels intuitive and assured, reflecting a dining room that understands intention as well as appetite. Service at Trattoria Mezzomondo is polished and professional, marked by genuine pride in the establishment. The staff engages effortlessly with both regulars and visitors, creating an atmosphere that is welcoming without sacrificing precision-- they treat you like family and, for me, the feel is mutual. Having watched this restaurant grow, it is remarkable how it has retained its core identity. Its commitment to authenticity--rooted in a reverence for craft and tradition--has sharpened my own expectations of cuisine, making neighboring establishments diminutive by contrast. The Chef demonstrates remarkable command across the menu--combustible genius. From the most restrained preparations to dessert, each plate is thoughtfully executed, with clarity of flavor and disciplined presentation. I travel often, Italy included, and yet Mezzo distinguishes itself not by imitation, but by authorship. This is the type of excellence that precludes replication. Each dish is shaped by the senses, seemingly satisfying a singular culinary vision. It's more than a meal, it's art. Why go here? Because they introduce you to something genuinely special: a new way to experience familiar flavors. Their take on traditional dishes blends the unexpected into a desperately welcomed harmony of ingredients. There is a clear distinction at work here, evident at every level of the dining experience. It would be unsurprising to see Mezzo recognized with a MICHELIN Star distinction soon.
