We went after a baseball tournament and our kids were hungry. Our waiter was kind and pleasant. Our food came out shifts. It took forever to get our food. first Came out a pretzel, and pizzas. We reversed wings with the wrong sauce that the chef gave to us anyways which was nice to hold us over until more food came out. Then later came out wings. 3 of us were just sitting waiting for our burgers while everyone was finished their food. There were no french fries to go with our burgers as a side, they were completely out. So we asked what we would get instead we were given a choice of meatballs or quesadillas as a side, which was odd. Meatballs we're surprisingly good.! we had to take our burgers to go because everyone was done eating. The bill came. I was the last one to pay the kind waiter took my card and said thank you. I was surprised he didn't let me put in the tip. Nor did you get a copy of my bill receipt. I called to see if I could obtain a copy of my receipt for my records and also to see what the tip was that I was paying for since it was clear that there was a tip added. The person that answered the phone was the rudest person and I wasn't sure why. He kept telling me he wasn't there. I never said he was.. he said he couldn't explain to me what happened, but then he trained everybody to give them the machine to add their own tip in. I explained to him that wasn't what happened. And I just wanted a copy of my receipt. He continued and that he would just give me back my tip. I had never disputed the tip. I just wanted to know what it was that I was paying for. Not sure why he was so argumentative or why he was so upset. I have the right to question anything I want. We went on to tell me that he would reimburse my tip. He acted like I was asking for something back.. I wasn't. I wasn't even going to leave this review , but after speaking to him, I felt that it was the right thing to do.. had he listened instead of wanting to argue. He would've known that we were happy with our waiter.! To our waiter, you were amazing and patient despite being short staffed and all the problems that arose since chef called off. Came with a group of friends and decided to share 3 pizzas (Brewmaster's Pepperoni, Meat Tap, and BBQ Chicken) and 2 order of buffalo wings. The Meat Tap was definitely my favorite. I am excited to recommend this new Pizza and Beer Restaurant in Downtown Indio! The pepperoni pizza we tried was awesome! Devon the owner suggested we should try it with "hot honey drizzle" OMG! This was an amazing twist to the pizza. ALSO, It came out piping hot with just the right amount of sauce and cheese (our compliments to the "Chef"). The beer that my husband and I had was also amazing. It was a lager type "Date" beer brewed especially for the recent Date Festival in Indio. Great place! Plenty of easy parking. Picnic style & tall bar style tables as well as a long bar with plenty of seating. Hazy IPA was smooth & tasty. Pepperoni pizza was sooo delicious & the turkey cheddar melt (The Draft sandwich) was also very very good. Real turkey breast. Super fresh sauce on the pizza & tons of pepperoni & cheese! At this point, management seriously needs to step in and figure out what is going on, because it honestly feels like there's no leadership here at all. This place keeps going downhill, and after giving it another chance, the service alone completely ruined the experience again.Food issues happen, whatever. But what shouldn't happen is service this bad. The server's attitude was honestly unacceptable. No communication, no urgency, no apologynothing. We had to repeatedly flag her down just to get basic updates, and every time it felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being .there was zero effort to fix anything. Instead of taking responsibility, she came off dismissive and irritated. It's pretty shocking that someone with that kind of attitude is working behind the bar at all!it's a sad excuse for service. She clearly needs better training, or shouldn't be in that position to begin with.No one expects perfection, but basic customer service communication, accountability, and a simple apology is the bare minimum. Right now, it feels like the staff doesn't care if customers walk in or not.Until management fixes the service issues and properly trains their staff, there's no reason to come back again ! read more

They have some logistic/service kinks to work out, but I worry one flaw will remain. We ordered a couple beers (they have great guest taps too), a caesar salad, club sandwich and a pepperoni pizza. When our pizza came out, we expected the other two food items (that did not need to be cooked) would follow right behind. After about 10 minutes we decided to get up and ask about our other items. They had been forgotten. Fixable issue, could happen to any restaurant at any time. Although I think we were the only ones eating food there at that moment. The club sandwich was a delight, so so good. I saw a picture online before going and thought "man it looks like they use the pizza dough to make the bread". I am not sure that is the case, but the doughy bread was really good. The caesar salad was also lights out great. The pizza was shockingly disappointing. It falls somewhere between a Totinos and one of those build your pizza type of places, not good. I wasn't expecting the best pizza ever but pizza is supposed to be their jam. Im hoping they ran out of their normal ingredients or something there. Its also a tip before you're served place. Considering the results of the night they would not have gotten the 20% I put on our order prior. That kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Its new, they have time to suss some stuff out and they have some good stuff going on. If what we got is the normal pizza, it may be worth reinventing the recipe though. read more

This is a new restaurant in downtown Indio. Spacious and clean with a bar, high and low tables and TV's. I had the BLT. It was tasty and came with a large quantity of nicely cooked THIN fries. I met the owner and manager. They were sooo nice as was our waiter. I'll go back soon at dinner time to try their beer and pizza. They brew their own beer, plus have other micro brews, wines, sodas and ciders. Oh, and root beer floats made with their own root beer. Stop be soon and check them out. read more

Average. I heard about this place and I like the Desert Brewing in Palm Desert. Pretty basic, hard to find, no sign, plain inside. Had a pizza, I didn't like the sauce. I wish them well and I hope its gets better because I do like this part of downtown Indio. read more

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a negative review for any business. We arrived around 3:20pm on 4/4/26. Location was not busy, a few people at the bar (approx. 8 people with no food seen) and one family at a table with food. Orders were placed for 5 people and an appetizer. 2 pizzas arrived after about 20 minutes with no other meals in site. 1 pizza was not one that we had ordered. I went up to notify the waitress politely at the bar the wrong pizza was given and if it was possible to order the correct one. She said "I heard her say a different pizza" but placed the correct pizza in the computer. Waited another 10- 15 minutes with no other food received. Another family member calmly told the waitress "if we can't have the food within 15 minutes if we can just take it to go". 1 more order was received with others still missing. Afterwards she just placed the machine down on the table for payment and stated "have a good night". The bill had multiple items that we had not even received yet. Another family member went up to her calmly and notified her that there were items on the bill that we had not even received yet. Once the family member returned to the table the waitress came back to the table and aggressively removed the pizzas and chicken fingers we were eating from and stated "you guys are good. Have a great night". There was zero communication from the waitress with what may be causing the delay in receiving our food. The waitress just pushed us out with no apologies or explanation.
