When I booked our hotel, I had no idea we were basically on the edge of civilization. It is not really near Palm Desert, Palm Springs, or much of anything. So when it came time to eat, I thought, well, this could be a challenge. Then I noticed La Quinta Brewing Co, and saw they had beer too. That changed things quickly. We walked over from our hotel and were pleasantly surprised to find a lively, bustling spot. Instead of waiting for a table, we grabbed seats at the bar near the kitchen, which turned out to be a great call. We ended up meeting Casey, a food runner, and he could not have been nicer. We had a great time eating, drinking, and just chatting. There was also a private event happening inside the brewing space, something with city engineers. Even so, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and they let me step in to snap a photo of the brewing tanks and the proudly displayed American flag. The food was good, the beer was solid, and the whole team made the place feel easy and inviting. Honestly, it felt like an oasis in the desert. La Quinta Brewing Co earns high marks from me. We went here for burgers and fries. I had the spa water which was a hard seltzer with a cute name. It lived up to its name and I'd go back just for that. Every table was filled and our waiter was on top of his game. He treated us like friends. It would be fun to hear live music or attend events at LaQuinta BC. read more

Happened to be staying at the Fairfield Inn adjacent to La Quinta Brewing so wandered over to grab lunch. Nice ambiance with a pub/sports bar vibe. We were greeted by I believe Nathan who had a great happy and service forward disposition. He made a solid recommendation to try their Summer Blonde, perfect for a hot desert afternoon! There are plenty of TV's showing the games. They also have a shaded patio outside but too hot for that today! Ordered the Pear Salad with candied pecans and a delicious champagne vinaigrette dressing! So refreshing and so good! Also ordered a BLTA served with fries which also hit the spot just right! We happened in on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised they had weekend Happy Hour! Definitely will be back when in the area! read more

My husband surprised our family with lunch at La Quinta Brewing Co today and I can testify that this place is absolutely amazing! The decor is very modern and eye catching. There are two sitting areas. One main dining area and the second is where you can dine and view their own vats of beer to purchase by case made on site. Absolutely awesome! The food is delicious! A wide array of sports bar favorites such as wings, tacos, burgers, fish and chips just to name a few as well as gourmet salads and sweet deserts to compliment your meal! La Quinta Brewing Company is the quintessential brewery in Coachella valley. They have a wide range of in-house beers from the Even Par IPA to the something-to-say lagers like Una Mas Por Favor Mexican lager. They are not one trick ponies. They can make them all well. The kitchen is not huge but its quick and the food is good pub food. But the people here are what make it. Friendly and ready to help. The only thing they need to make it over the top would be a pizza kiln. Love LQBC. read more

We came here with some friends for a bite and to hangout and we enjoyed our time here. There are so many options for beer and the staff was above and beyond great. There were various areas that you can sit in and we were outside at a fire pit and it was a great setting. We had the poutine, which was not what I expected, as I was thinking it would be cheese curds as described. The Caesar salad with chicken as a wrap was very filling and refreshing and the fries had wonderful seasoning. Driving through on way back from Arizona. Met up with friends at La Quinta Brewing Co. for a quick drink and some food. The service was great. The server was very attentive, it is pet friendly too. We had our dogs with us, they got some carrots and water while we ate. Nice outdoor patio, food was great! I had the fish and chips which were delicious. Then we asked if they can put the World Classic Baseball game US vs DR they declined, she immediately said we cant change the TV (mind you it was a trivia game on there). After a long week, this is where I hit reset, sometimes it's the patio with a cold Poolside Blonde in hand, other times it's inside trading tasting notes with the bartender (who, by the way, knows their hops like they grew them out back). What keeps me coming back isn't just the beer though the Indian Canyon IPA deserves its own fan club. The service was poor. Our guy took forever to take our order and bring us our check. And he was standing around disinterested while we waited right in front of their counter. If you're going for some beers and ciders on a hot day, go. If you're going into watch a game and eat, probably not. read more

This is our first time at any la Quinta brewery . We went to the one at cook and the freeway in Palm desert. The service, atmosphere, and food was better than we expected. Even the fries which at first looked like they may be over done and dry were actually very crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Everything was very tasty overall. We like this place a lot, however on Saturday the 31st of January we had a lousy experience. We ordered beer, fish tacos and onion rings. Beer was great, tacos were very good, onion rings came out cold. We sent them back and it appeared they put them back in the fryer rather than making us a new batch. They were very greasy and it was disappointing. They comped us the onion rings, however, who wants to go and complain about their food and get crappy food just to have it comped. We'll go back because I think it might've been one off experience for us, however, putting your onion rings back in the fryer seems to be something they may have done before. My realtor gave me a nice gift card so we took our friends out to La Quinta Brewing. We chose the Palm Desert location because the Palm Springs location has no kitchen and the La Quinta location has a completely different menu than Palm Dessert. The brewery is nice, it's sort of off the beaten path near the 10 freeway in an industrial park/motel area. They are building condos nearby, so the area is changing and growing. A lot of outdoor seating and nice indoor seating. I bet it's fun at night. TVs with sports on all around. We ordered beers, I had the Haboob hazy IPA. It was good, not great, but good. I had fish and chips for lunch. The breading was a bit heavy in spots on the fish, and frankly, sole isn't really a fish and chips kind of fish. It was okay, I would pick something else next time. My friends all enjoyed their food and beers. Jack, our server, was a bit of a fast talker but got our orders correct and brought everything out quickly. Not sure how often I will get back to this location but will definitely check out the Palm Springs and LQ locations. read more

Great beer batter, not heavy and greasy, crunchy and flaky. Cooked perfectly. Fries were good too! They offer a small portion, 1 piece of fish at $11 and a larger plate at $19. Server Jack was attentive and had our food to us hot and fairly quick. If you like beer....try the Hazy Haboob, brewed onsite, outstanding! Outside seating under the stars was awesome. Good beer, good food, good customer service. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business, and making customers pay to use a credit card blows. For every $1 million you make, you're paying $30k in credit card fees. I can tell by the number of people I see here, as well as distribution to Costco and local venues, for example, that La Quinta brewing Co. isn't struggling to make money. This is just punishing the customer to make more money. It's pretty much turned me off of coming here. read more

Stopped in at the La Quinta brewing company for a bite to eat and a beer, yes just a beer. Drive up and the building beautiful and welcoming, the outside patio area is not too crowded with tables and misters!! Sat at the bar and ordered the Haboob Hazy IPA, the beer master's suggestion (I call him the beer master because he knew his beers!). Ordered the blue bomber burger with a salad and it was so good!! Sorry I did not get a picture of the burger but highly recommend it!
