The service was absolutely wonderful and so was the overall vibe of the place. We had the sweetest server who gave us great recommendations. We had the bruschetta, the vegan borracho burrito, the vegan meatball sandwich, and the Mexican lager which we are all absolutely delicious!! The burrito and meatball sandwich were particularly excellent. The impossible meat in the burrito was so well seasoned and tasty and the whole thing was just so good. The meatball sandwich was my favorite tho! The impossible meatballs were so tasty with the tomato sauce and vegan cheese and peppers and onions!! Sooo yum. Then for desert we had the most delicious vegan pineapple cake which we were later told was baked at home by the owner herself!! It was seriously some of the best vegan desert I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Barrel District, especially if you're vegan!!! Can't wait to go back :)

I kept things simple and ordered the 6 oz grilled chicken with a side of sweet potato and avocado since I'm trying to watch what I eat (doctor's orders).
