Great repairs and value compared to other stores and the bikes are good no problems brand new 10/10 experience-talaria x3

Great selection, clean and fun atmosphere. They had guys come out to help load it in my van without me asking. :)

Getting right to the point... Luna X2 is a darn good bike. Ordered and received mine within one week. Assembly was made simpler by Luna's helpful videos. My backstory: Sold my Harley 3 years ago and bought a fat-tire ebike, put 3,000 miles on it, knew I really liked it, but the unstoppable squeaking of the fat tire bike's one-piston brakes had me ride a friend's X1. I had only a guess of how comfortable a full-suspension bike rides. Holy crap! Why did I wait so long? Before writing any review, I wanted to ride my X2 for a month, during which I got the cockpit dialed in perfect...(brakes, throttle, mirror, controller, bell, dropper seat post, shifter, all set at comfortable wrist degrees to the bars). I added a 3" stem because I'm 71 and need to sit slightly straighter, bought a soft seat, added a kickstand, mirror, bell, and also purchased the 860 color display (highly recommended). The X2 ride is so smooth, the power is more than plentiful, the paint shines like a star-filled universe. Yes, there was due some tweaking of nuts and bolts, and psi settings for the high-quality Rock Shox rider's weight. Again, all made simpler by Luna's helpful videos. And when I contacted Luna's support staff with a question, they were spot-on. Now all the hills and trails and roads around me are keeping me young. Thank you, Luna.

Ramsey helped me unload the bike when it couldn't fit in my sedan and made it work thank you so much Ramsey this place is super cool Thank you again

Purchased my Talaria Sting MX4 and couldn't have been more happy with the process. Just some advice, its easier to get ahold of their customer service via email than a phone call. Didn't receive a response when I called a couple times and left a voicemail, but did get a prompt response when I sent an email. Either way, Luna Cycles is awesome but one star less since they were initially hard to get ahold of over the phone.

A+++ found everything I needed for my sur ron. I was expecting higher prices to be honest. I was surprised. I bought handlebars, graphics kit, grips, and a seat.

After waiting two weeks, I received a text saying the bike was ready and that the total would be $89.99, including parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. I would strongly recommend others double-check their work before riding
